Coffee ice cream with Oreo mix-in...yummy!

3 stars. It's cold stone. Yep, it's a chain and pretty much the same everywhere. Try the milkshakes! Get a large...you'll be glad you did. Totally worth the calories. I only wish they'd fill it to the top! They have tables inside and out. From a sustainability standpoint, this place lost a star for serving their delicious frozen treat in styrofoam bowls. Not only is that likely in violation of their franchise agreement, it takes away from my enjoyment. Please restock your branded cups! Lost another star for lack of personality and customer service. My friend and I frequent this joint because they are open later than most. Usually the same two ladies there and they seldom greet us or say anything beyond asking for our order. Kinda meh, right? And the waffle bowls sometimes lack the crispy texture we desire. They are sometimes "bendable" and "chewy" which neither of us like. Totally doable ice cream spot and yep, we'll be back. It'd be great if you'd Smile and ask us how our evening is going!

PLEASE READ There was a young girl and boy behind the counter, terrible service and ambience, barely any acknowledgment from her whilst ordering. I ordered two "Gotta have it's" she skimmed both batches (they were barely full & without a cap), the total for the whole order was $19 with additional mix ins. She was visibly upset and staring down all the new customers as they walked in, by the way she did NOT greet any of them. There were about 10 people in line and she was visibly becoming more upset. When our second batch was ready she slammed it down on the ready counter. She did this to absolutely everyone. Also her hair was loose, she did not have on a hair net/hat or gloves. Her and the other worker (who seemed to be her brother or other relative) also started arguing behind the counter. If your looking to take your family or friend to this location DO NOT DO IT. I HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere to enjoy your time and get your moneys worth. I certainly will NEVER go back.

We have been cooped up in the house for 4 weeks and I decided we needed a sweet treat. I haven't had Cold Stone in years and it tasted exactly how I remember. I devoured my cheesecake ice cream with all of the Fixins. Great customer service with ice cream you can't beat! It's set up to take your order in a safe way because of COVID-19. We felt safer being inside to pick up and go.

    The is nothing left....delicious

I cannot have dairy , so I avoid ice cream places for obvious reasons. I passed Cold Stone and decided to stick my head in. Asked about non.dairy and they had some. Then Tara offered me a taste of LEMON DELIGHT. It was delightful It was flavorful and I forgot that I could not have ice cream, temporarily. #worththetastetest

They are made daily in the morning. They are so fresh. The icing is perfect. This is one of the best cupcakes I have ever had in my life. The service was great. There was a woman there. She told us all about the cupcakes since it was our first time and that they have the weekly rotation of a certain flavor of cupcakes and then they have their originals that they always have. The shop is super cute. You can sit in and eat your cupcake or you can take it home. Just absolutely amazing. I highly recommend.

I also appreciate that there are vegan, gluten-free, and canine options for furry friends. When I walked in, the young lady working seemed uncomfortable, like she didn't know how or want to speak to any customers inside, so that made for a weird experience right away. We quickly made our selections, my husband getting the banana snickerdoodle and I got the chocolate cream filled. I ate mine as soon as we got home. I cut it in half and was surprised to see the "filling" was smaller than a penny - what a joke. Luckily the cupcake itself was moist and fresh, with the double icing on top also delicious. My husband liked his but it was not nearly as moist. For $4.50, I'd go back for the chocolate filled cupcake, but I'd probably go to a different location where I felt more like a valued customer (who hopefully gets an actually filled cupcake).

I came for one free donut... and left with a box full of bad decisions…read more I'm originally from Connecticut and was driving through Indianapolis on my way back to Louisville when someone told me, "Don't leave Indianapolis without stopping at Long's Bakery." Whoever you are... thank you. You changed my life. The sweet woman behind the counter heard where I was from and handed me a complimentary glazed yeast donut. Let me tell you... WHEW! It wasn't even fresh out of the oven, and it still melted in my mouth. Light, soft, perfectly glazed... I knew right then I was in trouble. I ended up buying a box with blueberry cake, applesauce cake, cinnamon sugar, Bavarian cream, glazed yeast, and a few others. Everything was incredibly fresh, and at those prices, I had to double-check the menu because I thought I was reading it wrong! When I got back to my parents' house in Louisville, we warmed a few up for just a few seconds. Game over. They somehow tasted even better. My plan was to take some to church tomorrow to share... but judging by how fast they're disappearing, I may be testifying about them instead. Before I left, the woman smiled and said, "Make sure you come back when you're in town." Oh, I'll be back. I may even create reasons to drive through Indianapolis now. Long's Bakery doesn't need fancy displays or trendy flavors. They simply make outstanding donuts with friendly service and prices that make you wonder if they accidentally forgot inflation. 10/10. Worth every mile of the detour.

It is small, but the magic and atmosphere are just as big as the Carmel location! I got my usual pick 2 combo of the chicken salad sandwich and the tomato soup. We each got our own pot of tea. I do miss the larger pots they had a couple years ago, but the smaller pot is good for one person. I finished off my meal with the earl's court cake! It's my favorite and always tastes good later on too! And of course service was phenomenal! Our server was so lovely!

That could not be more true. We both did Pick Two: I got a chicken salad sandwich and my mother got a turkey and cheese both with the soup of the day which was butternut squash. Soup was OK, sandwiches were OK. I got a side of chips (not made in-house) for $3. My daughter was upset when we arrived bc she was napping in the car and she proceeded to cry for about the first 10 minutes so, I walked around with her to calm her before I sat down since it's so cramped to try not to disturb everyone else. She was not happy the entire time so we were trying to calm her and feed her. Cake slices and cheesecake are $17-20 each. They're large but other reviews say dry and taste old. That's pricey. We skipped dessert at those prices based on the quality of the rest of our meal... I got an $8 peppermint mocha which was good but, served in the smallest teacup imaginable. It's extremely small inside. Like, uncomfortable. Granted, I had a lot of items with my baby and her and we were seated at a table for two with her in my lap but it was close quarters and the waitresses were squeezing between the chairs to walk around. They have about 6 tables inside with a small event private room in back. Our waitress was kind but, the manager or owner was off-putting. She went to every single table seated except ours to ask how their meal was and experience and, when time to pay, she wanted to personally ring me up to ensure we left in a hurry. I get it, some places are not meant for babies, but, since it's billed specifically to kids, I thought this was. Nope, I was wrong. (She's 19 months - so, too young for this bougie of an establishment clearly) I would not come back at all unless it was for my, older daughter to have a birthday cake experience and get a couple cute pics. As far as instagram-worthy goes, they know what they're doing. As far as quality of food. It's like a 2.5 stars. I wish we'd waited and walked into the larger one in Carmel and just shopped and got some cookies to go!

The owner responded quickly and was able to make 50 cake pops for our party with only a week's notice. Not only did she make cake pops, but they were intricate, incredibly-themed cake pops that brought a lot of fun to our event. The party was right before Thanksgiving, so the cake pops had fun toppers that looked like turkeys, footballs, autumn leaves, etc. They were also delicious, which is sometimes hard to do when they're that beautiful too. You can now order dessert tasting platters from this business, which is definitely the next thing I want to try!
