Went to grab some ice cream last night around 9:30pm with my family. I'm so sad I didn't get the woman's name who helped me but she was really pretty and Hispanic. Anyways I wanted the chocolate peanut butter creation but I wanted cheesecake ice cream instead. She asked if I tried it and I said I couldn't remember. She then gave me a sample and she wanted me to try it because it's a little on the cheesier side and wanted to make sure that's what I wanted. She suggested the sweet cream ice cream instead and that's what I went with. I thought it was so nice of her to do that instead of just letting me go with the cheesecake ice cream. She also made a few more suggestions which I gladly accepted. The shop is small though which means it gets crowded fast. But there is plenty of parking as it's in a big shopping center. read more

This place is awesome. GREAT customer service. I order through Uber Eats (A LOT) and for some reason it doesn't let me make changes on the app to my order regarding the ice cream. I always "create my own" and I like it a certain way, so I'll call in every time I place the order and they make the changes for me. I pay for the extra brownies/toppings and they never short me. I've ordered from other Cold Stone stores that are much closer to my home and they don't even answer their phone and when they have answered they don't even bother helping me with my order. We received our order through Uber Eats. Our ice cream was 95% ice cream and had 2 little bites of toppings at the bottom. We called to speak with the manager (I believe his name is Mohammad, he has an accent and is difficult to understand especially when he just yells and screams the entire time) and after we explained the issue, he asked "what do you want me to do for you?". We were not asking for a refund or for it to be remade, only for him to teach the employee who made our order the correct way to make it...but as a manager HE should have suggested what he could do to make it better. Instead he just yelled and hung up on us. We called back to speak to him again and he yelled and hung up again. This is not the first time our order has been wrong from them either. We received our ice cream before with NO mix in at all and we received someone else's order in the past. The manager needs to be retrained or fired. I am a huge fan of Cold Stone, they are one of the only places that I know of that serves banana ice cream, which is one of my favs. So imagine my disappointment when I took my first bite and had to think about what it was I was eating. First let me state what toppings I requested for my personalized creamy concoction. I asked for Banana Ice Cream with the following toppings: Chocolate Chips Marshmallows Graham Crackers Caramel I normally also get walnuts, but forgot this evening. Nevertheless, I was still excited. If you've ever been to any of these locations they work really quickly to get you your special treat. She fixed our ice creams, we paid and walked to the car to head home and start eating. Upon first bite all I got was ice cream. I was a little disappointed but shook it off. Second bite, chocolate chips and marshmallows. After that I finally got some graham cracker. It was a huge piece. I shook that off as well, but the more I ate I noticed there were sooooo many big pieces of graham cracker in my ice cream. I was so disappointed. SO DISAPPOINTED! After throwing up, calling and complaining and the only resolution I could have was the promise of ice cream with no actual follow through (the 'manager' at the time of the shift, a woman working on 02/23/22 hung up right after the offer of a replacement without advising me on whether or not I should pick it up or how it would work and failed to make this wrong be right again.) I just want to say that this was my first bad experience with cold stone. The worker that was working was incredibly rude. For starters as he was making the ice cream he did not use any gloves, and he was continuously being aggressive. He was slamming the ice cream into the cups and the ice cream had tipped over, and I had seen him touch the ice cream without using any gloves. I'm so disappointed. read more

We went in twenty minutes before closing on the 25th. We waited in line and as we got to the front the blonde employee told us they where closed. Me being a tad bit snarky said thanks for the heads up we wouldn't have waited in line. The employee began to berate us and multiple customers on the way out the door about how we should have used our heads and seen that they where closing. I have been to this place before and bought ice cream, today I ordered online picked up and when I got home and opened it the ice cream was runny almost a milk shake consistency. Mind you I only live less than 5 minutes away. We actually had to put it back in the freezer to make it into ice cream. I called the store and all they could say was that's the way cookie dough ice cream is that it melted more in my car and there's nothing else they could do or say! I asked for my money back and they said NO they don't give refunds asked for the number to corporate and she said I don't know it and you can look for it online. The service was great! The workers were extremely nice and helpful. I ordered a small to go and they put the small cup in a medium cup to prevent spillage which is extremely considerate of the workers. They worked really fast and I was out within minutes. I got vanilla ice cream as my base and I added peanut butter cups, oreos and peanuts. You should definitely try this combination out it is so so delicious! The ice cream here is amazing and they have a lot of topping options to mix in. I believe the first two toppings are free and then they charge per topping after. Rather than come out 5 minutes before you close and tell the line of three separate parties (us being the third) you will only take 2 more parties. I think may have made more sense to come out a little bit sooner and inform the line who will be the last served. Instead and unfortunately for us, wait the 20 minutes for your associate to tell the three parties who've been waiting they can only serve the first two parties. read more

My kids love getting ice cream here. I recently ordered a small midnight dash ice cream cake through Door Dash for Father's Day, but they called to inform me they were out of that flavor in a size small. They only had two other flavors in the same size, so I sadly chose one; however, the DoorDash delivery person dropped off a size Large Midnight Dash cake. The ice-cream is good but so is Rite aid and Baskin robbins half the price too. If you're not careful you can walk out with a $10+ ice-cream. It starts off with a cup size of your liking choose your flavor plus one topping (smallest started at around $5) add $1+ for a Chocolate waffle is an easy call. Then your eyes see all the topping options so it's another $1+ for each extra topping. I cut my kids off at the One topping. They literally wanted all topping. The Asian guy is not friendly but he wasn't rude either. I didn't like that he used the same surface to mix the ice-cream, he doesn't wipe or clean board. My Cinnamon flavor had a little cotton candy ice-cream. The texture was soft. It was good ice cream and the way the waffle cups breaks so you mix it with the ice-cream was delish!! My favorite part.
