Great ice cream for a dessert and post dinner snack it does hit the spot. But the workers tonight on 07/22/2020 were very slow! We waited outside in line for about 22 minutes with only 3 people ahead of us and inside for another 15 mins it almost took 40 mins with a line of 6 people behind us. Of all places I wouldn't have never thought I would receive amazing customer service from an ice cream shop. Basking Robbins is closer to my house so I frequent it more than Cold Stone. Regardless of location, all BRs that I've visited have the same staff that look like they hate their jobs and probably say as little as possible to their customers. The ladies working tonight handled the busy crowd very efficiently and with a smile on their faces. Kay was incredible. You can tell she loves her job and is eager to do a great job! My daughter went to this location on Friday 4/1/16 @ 8:30 pm. While waiting for the ice cream she felt something crawl over her foot (had sandals on). While my friends and I were still sitting inside eating we could hear him shouting demands to them.. and very loudly. "Sweep the floor! Pick up the trash cans! I am a huge ice cream fan and Cold Stone never ceases to amaze me! I went here with some friends the other day and the service was terrific! It was very crowded in the store so I was not expecting any special treatment or service. However, the workers here still found a way to make their customers feel valued. Our server was more than willing to let us try however many samples we wanted to try and also helped me construct an amazing ice cream/candy combo. Thanks to our server or ice cream creator (I'm not sure what the call those guys here), I got Cake Batter Ice Cream with Reeses mixed in. He even through in an extra Reeses for me! Came to get ice cream after my movie. They offer 15% off with same day movie ticket and recipe. The sign says just present recipe and ticket. Never does it say it has to be a paper copy.
