I normally loooove Cold Stone but the last two times in a row we've ordered delivery from this location we have paid for extra mix ins and then continue to get let down with mostly plain ice cream. I mean, if I'm going to gorge myself on this many calories I want it to be more that just plain ice cream with less than half of what I paid them to add to it. Am I being petty? Probably. I added to that a "chocolate dipped waffle bowl" and got a "regular" size for an extra dollar. Due to price, I generally only come here if I have a gift card. The 32oz OURS size is a great value. This is my top pick and even have some for later. This location is clean. The staff is fast and efficient. The staff kept themselves busy with maintenance and up keep during down time. they did not lounge around. Very nice to see young people keep busy at work and not socializing. My husband and I were able to agree on a signature creation. It had the what we'd like to have in our ice cream. One of the worst cold stones i have ever been to. Paid nearly $7 for a love it size ice cream and the lady filled it up not even half way. I asked for gummy bears in my ice cream and I got 3 gummy bears and I had to ask for more. I just received the most pathetic ice cream I've ever had. How do you fail to make a coldstone ice cream you ask? When the untrained employee making it has no idea what they are making and puts in the most pathetic amount of toppings possible. A single oreo in my entire large ice cream. Also failed to mix it in at all. I got the batter/cookies ice cream and it had basically nothing in it other than a single oreo chopped in half. You only have one job and its stir the toppings into the fucking icecream. I am actually in shock. Never go here unless they get some new employees. Absolutely pathetic. You would think that a chain like this would probably know that there is more than one flavor of sugar free ice cream in the world....but no, they choose to carry only non-fat sugar free sweet cream. It tastes like sweet coffee creamer with a corn starch and sour milk aftertaste. The staff at this location are slow and apathetic and obviously don't like their jobs because it shows in their bubbly personalities and the service they provide. I felt bad for them, actually. Plus, there's absolutely nothing inviting about the atmosphere...very school cafeteria like. Not sure where the others were visiting, but this store was great. We were there close to closing on a Monday night. Ice cream flavors = great. Toppings/inclusions = stocked. Ice cream staff = amazing. Seriously, this one girl was a pro. And so friendly. We ordered some things off the menu, some special concoctions, and everything was fantastic. They are also spot on on the size you order. Normally you order a "Like It" and it ends up coming in a "Love It" bowl, but they were perfect. Otherwise, they would have had to roll us out of there! Price is great. Ice cream was great. Overall, I really enjoyed it. I also gave them a tip but told the girl she didn't have to sing. For that, she was grateful. :) read more

This is a great place for ice cream. I voiced my disappointment sometime last year at my dismay they would stop cinnamon flavored ice cream. I used to get one bucket of it plain and one with chocolate chips it was probably the best thing since sliced bread. When I originally saw it was missing from the bin I was told they keep some in the back and the owner of this store likes the cinnamon flavor so they keep some on hand. Worked very well for a few months and than it stopped being around and having it mixed wasn't the same. Still a great place for ice cream and generally it isn't that bad of a wait. If you can get the cinnamon flavor you should try it, I also like the Oreo overload. Great selection and in the past very cheerful staff I haven't visited in just over 6 months though so it could have changed. read more

I always enjoy coming to this location. The staff are all very young, but gave exceptional customer service. I wanted to get their names to give recognition. I will try to update on my next visit. One girl decided that slowly stacking waffle cups was more important than the line forming. She kept looking back at the line but didn't change her speed or task. I was very dissatisfied with the service I received today. I usually love getting ice cream from here and how the staff always is so helpful but today a women with brown hair and glasses was very rude. She walked out like she didn't want to be working and had an attitude. She then asked if I was ready to order and when I said "not yet" she left to the back. She then proceeded to walk back out and ask again to which I said yes and still had an attitude. Went to get an ice cream cake 4/19/19 at this store. Store supposedly opened at 11 am. By 11:15 the door was still not unlocked but someone turned lights on. Went to this location about 3 months ago as I do not eat ice cream often and it was very delicious so I decided to try it again and treat myself instead of going to DQ. The people were ok friendly and there were not very many people there waiting but about 4-5 people behind the counter. I ordered my cheesecake fantasy and asked to add banana in the Gotta Have it size and my boyfriend ordered the March madness. I watched the gentleman start to make mine and then he walked away into the back room leaving my ice cream sitting and then I went over to the counter to pay. When I got my ice cream... there was very little toppings on it and the fruit was disgustingly frozen and was not mixed up at all!!!! I basically was eating plain cheesecake ice cream. The march madness gotta have it only had one peanut butter cup and was not mixed either. We noticed this when we got home and called to get a refund but the manager was not in so I left my name and number as they said the manager would call me the next day. Never heard back from the manager no call no nothing. Will not be going back there again!!! read more
