When I went through the drive-through, the employee taking the order seemed unable to hear me clearly, and when we received our two concretes, the cups were not filled very much and the order was incorrect. There also appeared to be quite a bit of distraction and joking around among the employees behind the counter, which likely contributed to the mistakes. I expect better attention to orders and customer service, especially from a location that has done well in the past. I hope this issue is addressed so the quality and service improve.

I also asked the cashier what the $1 "Custom Item" was on my receipt and she moved a bottle opener out of the way to show me a sticky note on the register that mentions a $1 charge for using a card. My bad for missing that, I guess. I can understand a local business needing to raise prices to survive right now, but this was practically deceitful. I've never had that happen before. You really can't go wrong with anything here (as long as it isn't filled...I recently found that I dislike the fruit fillings). The girl at the window helped us understand all the ice cream options and even though had many questions answered them kindly. Presentation was on point for everything but the root beer float. Only downfall was parking. Their isn't a lot of options and with a full lot we parked in business next door watching our car the whole time for a tow truck.
