I am really happy with the customer service here. Shout out to Melanie, the assistant manager. I ordered an ice-cream cake online and no longer needed it. The worst Stone Cold Franchise ever! I came here with my wife and son for some ice cream. All week my son's been asking for ice cream and I finally get the chance to take him. At the counter, a girl by the name "Quiayame R." has the most awful attitude. It was like she hated her job and people. My wife asks for chocolate batter cake, not knowing different stores have different flavors. She let's out a long sigh and said no we don't have that flavor. So my wife sensing Quiayames attitude, she just said just give me the plain chocolate flavor. Before I could stop her, I said ma'am, could we get a spoon to see if my son likes this flavor? By then she had already put a scoop in a cup. She then stared to the side for about 3 seconds, let out a long sigh, and said okay. My wife then orders her and I a large Germanchocolatecake in a cup. At the cash register I handed my card in and paid for the transaction. There seemed to be a problem in the receipt paper not rolling out. So then good ol Quiayame says, your payment didn't go through. I said yes ma'am it did. She then let's out an asthma attack sigh and gets her manager. Enter Amanda B. She says sir, your transaction never came through, you have to run your card again. I'm second guessing myself now, and since my son was using my cellphone to watch YouTube (wife left phone in car), I didn't have a chance to check my chase app for a double charge. She insisted that the payment never went through so to no longer delay the line any further I went ahead and paid. Back at the table, I went through my phone and saw they double charged. Here's where the fun starts. I show one of the workers at the register my phone evidence, and uh oh I see Amanda goes around the corner. The same worker I tell, is talking to the manager Amanda for about a good long 5 minutes. During that 5 minutes I'm in line waiting to talk to her and she never comes out. Meanwhile my Germanchocolatecake ice cream is melting and my son is coming to daddy wondering why he left the table. Both of the ice creams melted during the debacle. Finally I peep around the corner and see Amanda on the phone. Soon as she sees me see her, she comes up. She did refund me but said people have tried to "rip them off", and she felt like I was trying to. You see, people are so quick to play the race card and I wanted to, but I chilled about it. It wasn't that serious for me. I showed her my badge and said, look I'm not some random guy trying to rip anyone off. I'm just trying to take my family out for ice cream. I told her the bad part about everything is that everything melted and we tossed it. (While I continued to talk to Amanda, my wife took my son back to the car). She then comes with some BULLSH $T and says, "even if we could make you another one, I don't have enough supplies to do that". I looked at her and laughed. I said it's not about ice cream, it's wasted time here at your eatablishment. DO NOT COME HERE! read more

Cold stone is always delicious, and this location is absolutely delicious. The ice cream is so tasty, and the employees are very nice and helpful. I always go for a cake batter shake, but this may be too sweet for you. The only missing star is because my shake is a little over seven bucks. read more

although quality of ice cream is never a question, staff is extremely slow, if you are to get a smoothie and ice cream you are there for a while,although well staffed ,employees need additional training,especially when more than 1 employee decides to serve 1 family with multiple people,instead of helping the next person in line waiting.I will not visit this cold stone again nor recommend it. read more

It was strange having a healthy smoothie store inside and next to the cold stone creamery. It was nice and clean inside and what was interesting was that the girl working said that they make the ice cream there themselves which I didn't know they did that unless they became franchise. But even if the ice cream was "home made", it's a little crazy for me that i spent almost $7 on a small cup of ice cream. I'd rather just buy a pint from the store. Way to expensive. read more

Place is only a couple of years old and already seems tired. Staff is not up to speed. Very slow to serve and if you are truly unlucky, You will get a trainee, that add twice the time of your stay. As I approached walking in to ask a question 2 female workers were ignoring me and then came with an attitude saying we are closed when they didn't lock the door and also had people waiting on line. She didn't want my business and then sucked her teeth. They are disgusting people. Even the floor was sticky. So that means that they don't maintain the place. Why are they having children running this place? They need a manager. If I was the manager I would FIRE these 2 female workers for their performance and attitude towards customers. read more

I went there today and stood in line for over 15 minutes with no one saying as little as a hello or I would be with you shortly. These workers are amazing. Of course they are not perfect. But are surely are working hard. I've been there 3 times thus far. All I can say that they are managing the best they can and I appreciate that. They are very apologetic! I know it hard being behind that counter and having to deal with people who have no patience.
