Great selection, clean store. Came here to pick donuts for an event. Service could be better and staff could be little warm, maybe I got the odd one. I asked for 40 donuts and was told donuts comes in dozens only and imo that was odd, first this is your daily routine & you should be able to convert a number to a dozen in your head, instead of going back and forth with customer, what if need only 3 donuts? Are you expecting me say quarter dozen ? that's why 1 less star. Donuts were fresh and tasted good.
Such a cute Kristy Kreme. Has a drive thru and you can even host a party there where you decorate donuts. When the light is on, you can actually watch the donuts being made, pretty cool for kids and adults. I went to the bathroom and it was sooooo clean. Stop by you won't regret it!
I was really excited about this location, because it was so huge and they had so many different options for donuts. I also thought it was cool that they offered a party room, as I had never seen anything like it. Instantly, my excitement changed when I interacted with the 2 women working. The cashier barely spoke when I greeted her and when I asked about the Harry Potter specialty box she reassured me it came with the donut. Well, when my donut was ready I received the regular box. I then asked for the HP box and I was pretty much looked at as if I was asking for too much and bothering them. I was then provided with this huge box for a dozen donuts when the photo in the store showed it came in a small personal box. My issue is, why advertise something and then get mad if you are out of the item or frustrated when a customer asks for the items. I specifically asked about it before I purchased the item and why act frustrated to be doing your job? The store was practically empty and when we walked in it was like an instant attitude from both women. I will not return to this location. The donuts were good, but I will take my money elsewhere for now on.
This place satisfies my Krispy Kreme donut cravings. It's big in here and usually not busy, but the workers are usually a bit too chill with no hustle. Also sucks that you'll only see hot donuts early in the morning. I think they just make a huge batch early on the day and just fall asleep for the rest of the day, idk. It's fine though, because once you bite into a tasty donut, it's hard not to feel better about your visit.
Having a Krispy Kreme within a few miles from my house is dangerous... There are so many great flavors to choose from. Make sure to go when the red light is on! I came yesterday around 4 PM to get the specialty Harry Potter donuts. It's so fun that they do themedflavors for each house.
With my sister at a volleyball game in New Jersey. Stopped at a Krispy Kreme to buy a dozen to take back with us. The pumpkin spice one that I could not resist, and had to eat it right away, was delicious.
I stopped in to get my free birthday gift with purchase. They have great flavors. I picked up an Oreo for myself and an apple pie one for my husband. They were moist and fresh. There wasn't a line so I was taken care of quickly. They also have a drive through.
I was on the way up 22 to another store in Union and caught this out the corner of my eye. I must be late bc the only ones I knew of were way up north and Jersey City. I did what any self-respecting person would do - took a u-turn, missed the entrance, and then did the exact same thing two more times before finally pulling into the parking lot. Side note: I don't know how yall up in Union, Springfield, etc. navigate 22. No signs, just vibes. Smh. Anyway. They have a drive thru!! I got one glazed for a car snack and a raspberry filled for the next day's commute. They were perfect. Fresh donuts and service with a smile. No complaints!
Get the KK app. for every 9 or 10 dozen they give you a free dozen. Raspberry filled is the best.
How can you not love Krispy Kreme? Today was my first time visiting this northern NJ location, but it was definitely worth the trip. Yes there's a lot more specialty donut stores around there days, but Krispy Kreme is such a classic. This location in Springfield is a large store with a great selection of donuts. It may have been nicer if this place was closer to me, but now that I know where it is, I may be making detours coming home from Newark Airport!

We came here to try the Strawberry Glazed doughnuts that Krispy Kreme had widely promoted for Labor Day weekeweekend--Sept 1-4 only--Special Promotion, bla, bla, bla but it was an incompetent-management scam! By Sunday afternoon they had NOTHING! "Sorry, no Strawberry Glazed--fooled ya! But now that you're here, spend your money!" But the 3 of us found the entire dining area was closed for garbage clean-up and sweep up. The sweeper told us we could sit on the outside high stools and face the sweeping up going on. No thanks! Their website says the Hotlight Hours (when the doughnut machine is running for visitors to see) are 7-9 AM and 5-7 PM Daily. But that's a come-on also. The machine was off at 5:30 PM and the staff member says it only runs 6-11 AM. FOOLED ME ONCE, KK, but NEVER AGAIN!
The line here is a bit long. The wait inside is a bit long. But wow, it's completely worth the wait! Of course there are other places that serve fancier donuts. But for a good old fashioned dozen of original glazed, this place hit the spot. Then hit the spot again and again, until I realized I should have stopped 3 donuts ago! There's a steady flow of people here. But while I was here, customers were properly distancing. The parking area had some snow covered spots, but there was still a ton of parking on the side of Krispy Kreme. It was $15 for a dozen. Which was a lot higher than Orlando. However, the hot sign turned on while we were inside, and we would have honestly spent more. Thankfully there's no hot tax!
I attended this place when a large deal was being offered that I was unaware of. The place as a whole was extremely large. There looked to be a section of the establishment that offered a birthday party for kids, which was odd. The deal was buy one dozen of assorted donuts ($16.99) and get a dozen of glazed for a $1. Due to this, the line was extremely long, but it did move quickly. The deal was ordered and my thoughts on what I ordered were below. There were a number of donuts sold out given the promotion. Glazed - This was one of the better glazed donuts I had, cannot go wrong with their trademark. Glazed Raspberry Filled - This was my favorite. The raspberry jelly was thick and very enjoyable. Glazed Kreme Filled - Unfortunately, this was just a glazed donut. The staff must have forgot to fill this one!! Glazed Lemon Filled - The lemon filling was ideal here, not too sweet and just enough of the filling. Sour Cream Cake - This was the only cake donut ordered and it was very good. It was not too heavy with just the right amount of sour cream taste along with a glazed presence. Cake Batter - I was most interested in trying this one. I was afraid it would be too sweet, but that was not the case at all. The filling was appropriate and tasted just like what one would expect a cake batter donut to taste like. Strawberry Iced with Sprinkles - The strawberry flavor here was extremely sweet. Chocolate Iced with Sprinkles - This was one of two chocolate flavored donuts ordered and it did not disappoint. Cinnamon Apple Filled - This was very good with the cinnamon apple filling, big fan of the cinnamon flavoring here. NY Cheesecake - This was alright. I enjoyed the crumbs on top of the donut and the cheesecake filling was not too overpowering. Original Filled Chocolate Kreme - The other chocolate flavored donut was appetizing as well, plenty of the chocolate filing present. Dulce de Leche - This was my least favorite one. The caramel taste just did not do it for me for some reason. Will I go back? Yes, preferably when I do not have to wait in line!!
This past week, I bought the $12 classic doughnuts special. You couldn't pick your own assortment of doughnuts. But a pair of doughnuts was not available and they had me choose to replace it with the blueberry cake doughnuts. The price was excellent. My favorite doughnut, Boston crème or KK custard doughnuts doesn't have a good custard filling. It taste artificial. But overall the doughnuts are delicious and fresh. read more

I don't even know where to begin with their presentation. This location usually mot really busy at the actual store and there is no reason why this workers need to be nasty with their greetings. First of all, if you are in front desk anywhere, you need to be at least try(?) to smile when you see a customer. If they ask you questions you make eye contact and answer loud and clearly. Not mumble. I cant even understand what this guy was saying at all and i had to repeat every time I named donut to order. Then just stood there and start talking to other worker while i was not even finish ordering. In the meantime i had to going back and forth to get the freaking donut name to order to this guy. When he cane back from talking other workers, he didnt even ask me what was my order and i had to repeat all over again. There was not once he made eye contact until I walked away with my order. I've read a lot of poor reviews about the drive thru experience. Our friend was the one that picked up and delivered the donuts to us (like a true friend), so I will only comment on the donuts themselves. My brother took advantage of the buy a dozen and get a $1 dozen sweet-or-treat Halloween donuts. The donuts looked cool, but I wasn't a fan of the Frankenstein ones. I didn't like the creme inside and the pretzels were extremely stale. My family preferred the original glazed dozen. You can never go wrong with those. They're so light and airy. The texture is perfect. All in all, 4 of us finished the 2 dozen donuts in less than a day. So I guess you can say they were pretty good! read more
I was looking forward to these donuts with high expectations but ended up with a huge disappointment. Glazed donuts: They tasted as if the glaze had melted off of the donuts. They made Dunkin Donut's glaze donut taste good. Chocolate donuts: These just tasted like any ordinary chocolate donut from anywhere. Overall: I do not see the hype of Krispy Kreme's donuts when they taste like any donut around the neighborhood. read more

I have never had a Krispy Kreme donut so wanted to give it a try. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and the place was cute and big. There was so many choices and I was torn but I went with the oreo filled donut. I was greeted at the register by a nice young man. I paid about $2.50 and waited for my donut. I seen they make everything in-house which was cool. My name was called and I left. Later that night I ate my donut and it wasn't bad. It was very soft and sweet. I enjoyed the oreo crumbles on top and the filling was not bad. I will definitely go back to try more flavors. read more

So this is a new Krispy Kreme they made on to route 22 along with other cool places. It's so nice, new and very big. So many varieties of donuts. Now I've never had the crazy flavors here I just stick to Boston cream or some sort of glazed. I decided to try the salted Caramel and it was wayyyy too salty for my liking. The donuts are constantly being freshly made, there are many extra donuts on the side that they are replacing the ones of display for. It's so big they have an event room! It's extremely spacious. The Boston Cream donut is my go to, always amazing. Nice fluffy perfectly filled deliciousness. They are priced fairly and you get a bang for your buck here. Definitely check out this new location and check out the extensive variety. I would still go back to try other flavors :) read more
Came to see what the hype was about. Went through the drive-thru, it went by fast. The donuts were fresh but not hot. I was kind of disappointed. The cream filled donuts are entirely too sweet. Came here on the start of a drive back home. Everyone was so friendly and sweet. I came with my grad gown on and they all wished me a happy graduation. The donuts were tasty per usual! My mom also needed some ice and they were super accommodating, even asking if everything was alright. She just needed ice for my toddler but it was sweet of them to ask. Sooo this was my first "true" Krispy Kreme experience where I went in myself and picked out my own doughnuts. I had no idea they offered so many varieties (I always thought they just had typical ones like glazed, boston cream, etc). This location was absolutely huge and definitely would be a fun date night dessert spot outside of a pandemic. They even had what looked like a birthday party room, wow. There is also a clear window to view the doughnuts being freshly made by a giant conveyor belt like system. There are more varieties inside than on of the app but the app allows you to order ahead if there is a line. They only allow six in at a time (which I thought was silly considering how huge the space is) but okay, I get it, safety first. Some people were REALLY cold outside so I think it made for some disgruntled customers haha. By the time I left, the line was much longer outside than when I had arrived. I ordered two mini doughnut four pack specials and a dozen of some I picked from the display. I dropped some off to friends and family so I didn't try them all haha. My husband and I kept six to cut up and try at home and boy they did not disappoint. I'm a huge fan of yeast based (rather than cake based) doughnuts and these were yummy! They are indeed very sweet, however, if you are sampling a bite or two of each (I cut mine into quarters) it's not a huge deal. I tried the salted caramel, oreo, glazed, chocolate frosted, lemon, dulce de leche. I think my favorite were the lemon and the dulce de leche. The yeast doughnut texture was on point though. I will say the cashier was not very friendly. His tone was very condescending and acted as if he was doing me a favor somehow? Though I was tempted to respond back I decided to respond back friendlier and more courteously than he did. He wasn't open to answering many of my questions either (since it was my first time I didn't understand how the specials worked). But, whatever, I got my doughnuts regardless. This is why this experience is getting a four star rather than a five star review. Price wise I'd say the doughnuts were a bit more expensive than I expected but I think considering their decent size and relative freshness (made on premise) I'm fine with it. I'll be coming back but hopefully I'll get another cashier. read more

This is a large location with spacious seating, high ceilings, nice decorations, private/event room, a large display and of course an area to watch the fresh doughnuts being made. I have been to this location twice during the pandemic, willing to travel to NJ to get Krispy Kreme because this one has a DRIVE-THRU. I came in May, during the month when they were giving free doughnuts to healthcare workers, but they limited each person to 1 dozen. I know that I shouldn't complain about free and I wasn't going to get the 4 dozen limit offered, but it was deflating after having driven a long way and then waiting in line for over an hour. Still bought extras though. I came in here again just a week ago and even though there was only like 3 people on line, it took a long time for orders to be placed and picked up. I wanted to order 2 dozen doughnuts and some loose ones and wanted to split 1 dozen into 2 smaller half dozen boxes, but the kid behind the counter said no. No? Why not? More work? Were the doughnuts already pre-packed? Then I wanted to order a few loose doughnuts and calculated that if I were to get them individually, it was actually a little cheaper than getting them in a 3-pack so that's what I did - or so I thought. With the shield and masks, it was hard to hear each other without shouting and it was taking so long that a little line started to form behind me. I actually had a gift card to use and wanted to get my free doughnut for signing up on the app, but with all the back and forth, I forgot about my giftcard and just left the free doughnut because he said it wasn't showing up. I paid and moved onto the counter to pick up the doughnuts and checked my receipt only to find out that I was charged the 3 pack for my doughnuts and the other loose doughnut got credited for my free doughnut, but I still spent more than anticipated. At that point, it was too much hassle for a couple bucks, but it was frustrating because it was a bunch of young kids working who didn't seem to care about what they were doing. When I got home, the single bags and boxes were sticky with glaze and the doughnut texture were not as fresh as I had hoped. I might come to this location again if I'm in the area and just hope it's better next time. read more

Had a serious pregnancy craving for their original glazed donuts this morning. Even better, they are currently running a bogo dozen glazed offer! Running until March 7th by the way. Drive thru was perfect option for someone like me still trying to avoid indoor places. Staff was friendly and everyone seemed to be following safety protocols. Gotta get them warm, they literally melt in your mouth. So glad to have one in the area! read more

Finally! There's a Krispy Kreme store in New Jersey! The space here is huge there's even an area where you can potentially have a large meeting or I'm guessing a kids birthday party. You'll definitely be a fan of looking towards the back where they actually show you how they make the donuts and even decorate donuts. There's tons of other flavors here but I'm definitely an old fashion fan of their glazed doughnut! read more

Stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon specifically to get some pumpkin donuts that they were advertising. This was my first time at this new location. I inquired about the pumpkin donuts that I had received an email about earlier in the day but was told unfortunately despite the offer stating they were going to be available throughout the week they weren't selling them anymore. So since we were already there we each had a coffee and donut there and brought a half dozen home. The store is nice and new with lots of seating and a party room. They also have a few tables and umbrellas outside as well. They do have the very large viewing window to watch the donuts being prepared (similar to the Jersey City location) but unfortunately they weren't making any fresh donuts during my visit. If you plan to be a regular at Krispy Kreme you can download their app and register to get free donuts and other offers. The donuts were very good and still tasted pretty fresh a few days later as well. On a side note I did email corporate and let them know I was disappointed about them not having the advertised donuts available. They did send me an email apologizing and let me know they were a limited item and they must have run out. I was disappointed they didn't even offer me as much as a complimentary donut on my next visit... that's poor customer service in my opinion considering you practically have to risk your life to get to their location on that dangerous stretch of Route 22... good luck making a U-turn...lol read more
