To me the hardest thing about going to get ice cream is picking the flavor, of course! But with the help of the friendly staff, my selection was clear. I chose the going bananas for Jell-O pudding, ice cream! It had banana ice cream, sliced bananas, vanilla wafers, and Jell-O banana pudding! The texture was so creamy. It was like eating a bowl of banana pudding lol. They name it correctly. When we were finished, I had to go back in and tell the young ladies how delicious it was. The ice cream here is on another level! Our favorites were the birthday cake remix and kids loved cotton candy with Kit Kat (odd combo but they loved it!). They also have cakes and pre-mixed quartz in a freezer to grab and go if needed. Inside seating is very limited and parking can be limited if nearby restaurant is full. Actually pretty upset because I go here a lot, but tonight we walk in at 9:45 (they close at 10) and this girl that was working looked at us, gave us a dirty look then rolled her eyes at us. I really liked Coldstone the last times I've been a while back , but really , I just spent $19.84 on 3 melted ass 1 scoop cones. $19.84 for some ice cream cones is highway frickin' robbery, and the cones that we were served, unacceptable. The kid working there said, once u add toppings the ice cream melts a little by the time he's finished mixing ingredients in? Ok fine, but ...Really? It melts so much it's almost like soup when you receive it? My ice cream that I hadn't even taken one bite of was leaking through the cracks of the cone already. Does this mean every time I get ice cream and want toppings, I'll get soupy cones? Blah Coldstone Blah! Coldstone is not a suitable name for this place. I'm going to start calling this place Warmstone from now on. Warmstone needs to find a better temperature to store their ice cream so this problem doesn't occur. This is by far the best cold stone in our area hands down. The employees are working very hard to fulfill online orders during this Corona mess. I had a little hiccup with my Uber order and Pat was there. She quickly accommodated my order WHILE taking on 7 online orders. These guys are true rockstars. I'm not a huge fan of Cold Stone.....the ice cream is good. I like the new menus that really show off some of the combinations offered. This particular location has very good customer service, they really are helpful. In my opinion the prices that Cold Stone charges are very high for what you get. The ice cream is amazing at cold stone, that's a known fact. The reason for the 5 stars is not for the ice cream, which does deserve 5 stars, it's for the staff. The staff at this location is amazing! They are friendly, funny, and make the whole experience better. All of the staff know us (my fiancée, step son and me) by name and know our orders. They ask how we are doing, and mean it, and remember and ask about things we have going on in our lives. They make our experience better and sometimes even when we don't want ice cream we go in when we are driving by and end up buying some anyways. If you like ice cream at all I would give this location a try. I will warn you, you will probably become addicted not only to the ice cream but to the staff as well. read more

Horrible experience! Lacey is by far the most unprofessional employee I have ever dealt with. She was under the influence of speed, or some type of drug where she couldn't stop moving. Yelled extremely loud at my family, so much so that I couldn't hear the other employee explain my order. I asked the other employee if Lacey always acts this way and she just looked at me with a blank stare, maybe she was under the influence too. What was even more shocking is there was no supervisor or manager on duty to over see the poor unacceptable behavior of the employee.To make matters worse, Lacey comes outside as we were sitting down outside eating our ice cream on her cell phone with her purse in her hand and states in a loud voice "it's alright, I'm no worried about it, They'll live" then turns and looks back at us as she's walking to her vehicle as a reference she was referring to us. She then proceeds to leave the location in an very erratic way, I moved my children away from the sidewalk as I feared for there safety. Have contacted management and still haven't heard back. Have also contacted corporate office. Beware of this location as I wouldn't want any other family to experience Lacey's erratic behavior and ruin the experience for someone else.
