I stopped by today for a Coffee Lovers Only flavor in a Gotta Love It size. As I drove away and ate it in my car, there was 1 long hair. I ignored it, assuming it was mine. I got home and continued eating only to find an even longer hair inside of the ice cream mix. This is disgusting. This is my favorite ice cream place and it is now ruined. I have been to this location for over 10 years and the product always tastes great, including toppings and mix-ins. However when visiting a few days ago I was truly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. Everywhere you look there are food crumbs and sticky smudges of god knows what. This place is a love-hate relationship.. I like to come here for desert but always regret it soon there-after. It is SO filling, SO sugary, and SO over-the-top..I guess that's why people come! What terrible service. My family and I went to cold stones and we were greeted with hostility and rudeness. The woman working the counter didnt even acknowledge our presence. It took me flagging her down to get her attention. As we were ordering she was very rude and made our ice cream WITHOUT GLOVES! Then when we went to pay she put on gloves to receive our card. I quickly halted payment and told her to throw the Ice cream away. I know these are scary times and and everyone is being extra cautious with everyone that they meet. Cold Stone isn't bad...once every 4 months or so. Otherwise, I'd feel like a walking bag of C&H. Their ice cream is a bit too sweet for my tooth. Beware this store, and for that matter, the corporation as a whole, that is if you value being treated respectfully and with decency when entering their stores with any sort of medical condition necessitating an exemption. February 10 at 8:45pm is when I tried to go here with my wife and to make a long story short, we were denied service due to my having a medical exemption meaning I cannot wear a mask, nothing to do with whether I wanna wear one or not, a medical exemption means I cannot be forced to wear one. Fast forward to now, I finally got in contact with customer service on the corporate side, and their position is basically, we don't care about anyones exemptions because the state of California says the governor can implement mask mandates, which is not at all a response to the questions I was asking which were, "Was Coldstone explicitly told not to accept medical exemptions?" And "If not, why was I denied service?" So how the CA Supreme Court deciding Newsome can in fact implement mandates has anything to do with that question is beyond me. This is all not even to mention that for the same prices they charge you in store, you can buy a quart of similar ice cream from Staters, so really all you pay for is the experience, but I happened to have a gift card from Christmas, so, that's why I wanted to go here that day. So, again, wanna be treated like a decent human being? Wanna know the person you're interacting with will follow the California Civil Code that doesn't get nullified by pandemic? Well, don't go here is all I'm saying, stay well away from Coldstone and don't even bother with their customer service, cause when you do get a hold of someone after 3 weeks, they'll just, in a very roundabout way, tell you to go pound sand cause they don't care. read more

My family and I don't frequent Cold Stone often but since my husband loves ice cream cake I decided to purchase one here for his birthday. It was last minute so I couldn't order online for same day pickup. I walked in the store at 5:45 and bought the coffeehouse crunch from the "ready for pickup" refrigerator at the entrance. I asked the young girl at the counter to write a message on the cake and she gladly assisted me.
