Very fast for how busy they were. But just like others have said the mix in portions is bad. Go to the Winchester location.

We have been to this location several times and we always walk away satisfied with what we ordered. The prices are bit high - which is why we use coupons usually found in the mail or online. We have never had any issues with customer service. If you're not into paying a little more for customized ice cream from here; there is a grocery store in the same parking lot. read more

We just left this place and we were so disappointed. It smelled like vomit, it looked like this place hasn't been cleaned since its grand opening. And to top it off there was pot on the ground and reeked like it. It's been officially put on the no-do list. read more

A disgrace to ice cream. Expensive, my ice cream was a chocolate yogurt with Oreo. The yogurt was bitter and had a lint of lime. It was horrible, I threw it out. Do not eat here, or at least the yogurt here. Disgusting! read more

Ugh I had the worst experience! But wait....the staff were very nice, the place clean, and the ice cream amazing as usual. So what went wrong? Oh yes....the person (I wont call her a lady) in front of me! Sitting in the table by the door, while the other people in line were on the other side of the store. When asked politely by my grandmother if they (her and her spawn) were actually in line she had the WORST attitude and even gave my elderly grandmother the dirtiest look with her horrible words. Wow! I would have just kept walking, my grandma was nice enough to even acknowledge hey you might actually be in line. Well then they get up and go over to order. And keeps throwing disgusted looks at us. Seriously? You would have thought we tried to stab her the way she was acting! And then....she starts being a royal B to the staff who were trying their best to appease her. She made the people in front leave the store instead of eating at the table they were going to eat at (I overheard them). And the people in back of us were also not pleased with her. Which is a shame really....it makes me hesitate to go back when the employees were wonderful and the store was clean. One customer hurt the business because of all the people that were fed up with her. Thank you to the employees who kept your cool and professionalism and tried to make up for her. I will try to keep that in mind when hesitating to come back in just incase she is a regular. The only reason this is not a 5 is because my ice cream was a little skimpy compared to my grandmas. But I chuck that up to having two flavors and an add in the needed to be mixed, and the employees being distracted by being harassed by the she-fury. Heck if she hadnt been in the store I might have asked for a little more ice cream. But by that time I wanted to get the heck out! So just be cautious when you walk in. If you immediately sense a crazy-field in the store, run back to your car and WAIT. If you don't sense one, you will have a pleasant experience. I brought my wife and my 5 kids into Coldstone tonight. The line was completely to the door, people kept coming nonstop, and they only had one girl working. Working alone in an ice cream shop on a Friday night! I am only giving this review a good rating because of the worker, Brinn. She was so cheerful, caring, and speedy under such a great deal of pressure. She helped me to forget that I had just been waiting in line for so long. Customer service was outstanding. Ice cream was very good, as well. A little bit on the more pricey side, but still worth it. Hopefully they can figure out that they need to have more people working each shift, especially on a busy Friday night! read more

I took my family here (their first "Coldstone Experience") and I couldn't have been happier. The sweetest girl Alex was working all alone. She worked through the long line masterfully and seemed to send everyone away with a smile despite the long lines. Ice cream very good, service not so much. My wife and I got two of the featured items advertised on the wall...both in cups. My wife got a medium size without a lid and I got a large "founder's favorite". When the young man placed the ice cream in the cup I told him I would like a lid. So he promptly removed a few ounces from my cup and slapped the removed mixture onto the marble slab and then placed the lid on the cup. There was plenty of room for the lid to fit on without removing part of the ice cream I was paying for. I asked him what he was going to do with the ice cream he removed and he said "throw it away" WTF??? And I had already tipped the little snot before he did that. Felt like taking my tip back, but I didn't! What a way to treat customers and make friends for their overpriced ice cream business. I will never go back! read more

It's been years since I've been to cold stone, and their customer service has severely deteriorated. I know the employees were probably swamped earlier in the day with heat drenched customers, but it really shouldn't affect the way we are treated when we enter an empty ice cream shop at 7pm. The ice cream, true to the cold stone brand, was stellar; it would have received 5 stars if rating on taste alone. However, your brand cannot exist solely on product. The male employee was annoyed and curt from the moment we entered. The two female employees were chatting with each other. The employee misunderstood me when I said to go. When I said we did not need the lid, he dramatically threw the lid away and said I asked you if it was to go. At this point, if it wasn't already scooped I would have left. Temecula suffers from extreme heat often, so let's make sure that visits to an ice cream shop are not so frigid. read more

My experience at this Cold Stone was terrible. I took my younger sisters and I out for some ice cream and I ordered a small size "like it" scoop in a waffle cone. When I received my order and broke off a bit of the waffle cone, it was hard to do so and the waffle cone was really stale when I tasted it. I proceeded to tell the girl that I wanted my ice cream in a cup because the waffle cone was so stale so she literally transferred the ice cream from the cone to the cup and a fourth of the ice cream had already melted and she didn't even replace it! Slow customer service, stingy portions, and staff does not cater well to a customer's needs. I will not be visiting here again! read more

meh its ok ordered the oreo explosion. im thinking yea tons of oreos...... not so much in my opinion an explosion of oreos is not 3 cookies smashed up in your ice-cream and a 1/4c of chocolate chips. let get real 3 oreos is a tease. the staff was friendly though. read more

I called at 8pm to ask what their store hours were. The man that answered said they were open until 10pm. I arrived at 9:45pm. The doors were locked. The lights were off and the guy working the counter had already shut down the register and put everything away. I drove from Fallbrook to this location. Terrible business practice. I will not be back. BUYER BEWARE: Their posted business hours mean nothing. They close when they feel like it. No wonder why they're all going out of business. read more
