I…read morehave been here multiple times and everytime i've been here an employee named Jacob has been working. He is a very kind and energetic young man who always strikes up a conversation. Always greets us with a smile and always has my family leaving happy. Truly a great interaction every time. Now the downside to this store is, in my most recent visit, my family and i had sat down and were eating our ice cream when i noticed not one, but two hairs in my cup. I had already been questioning the sanitation aspect of this store after when we walked in we were met with the foul smell of body odor from what seemed to be coming from a female employee. Nonetheless, I bring my ice cream up to the counter to address the issue and the employee i mentioned up above was standing there. He fixed the issue and gave me a clean, hair free scoop without the side of body odor. I'm not sure if it's the management or what behind this store but most of the employees are rude or do not seem trained.

Be aware that this store is very deceptive when it comes to promotional coupons. We received a…read morecoupon in the mail for sweet frog; among the coupons, one states "buy one, get one free (of equal or lesser value)". We went in and filled two cups, one was a blue cup (large) and one was a green cup (medium). When we got to the counter, the cashier said "this coupon is only for pink cups (small)". The coupon states nothing about this rule; had we known, we would have filled up two pink cups. The other thing to note is that the store didn't state that they weren't participating in the promotion, just that it was for pink cups only. This feels deceptive because the coupon itself implies that you can have any size as long as the free size is of equal or lesser value (as stated on the coupon). It also seems a bit unfair because we already got to the front with our cups by the time we found out that the coupon was "only for pink cups". We don't go to sweet frog often, but we were excited to go for such a good deal. Now we feel deceived and discouraged to come back.

I ordered a breakfast Sammie (Sausage, egg, and Cheese on a toasted English muffin) - and a Halloween-themed donut - called "the Werewolf." Breakfast sandwiches are available all day. They have a wide variety of Halloween themed donuts as well as their normal menu options. There are 2 tables to eat in. Paid with Apple Pay. Staff was friendly, service was prompt. Two things made this place a little different. First was the Texas-sized donuts, quite large, like…read morea small steering wheel on streetcar named Diabeetus. An assortment of flavors, from red velvet and sourdough, to cream filled. It was this latter where Texas stands out: they can fill it with a variety of fillings using a machine on every stoners wish list: it injects the donut with flavors. I got two chocolate glazed filled with Bavarian, and whitw creme, and a long john of Bavarian. The cream fillings were great, no trouble there. The donuts were.. different. Donuts have that progression, from air filled Krispy Kreme, to dense cake donuts, and used hockey pucks left over from 1987 Duncan Donuts. I like the airy kind, not so much as Krispy because that's too thin, but something with heft, but air pockets. Texas rides the line between pockets of air and density, and what it tasted like is that they had been airy at one point, but those pockets collapsed on themselves creating a hybrid airy/dense donut. Tasty, but not top of my list. That spot still belongs to Duck Donuts. It's possible the Texas donuts I had were sitting out a bit, or the creme filling caused a collapse of the internal donut structure. I'm not sure but I will go back to try the denser varieties to be sure. Very nice employees, calm and clean interior. Parking is tough, on a hill in tight spots, or down around the hill and climb some stairs.

I was in need of some cold brew - and I was thrilled to see it on their menu. Unfortunately, they were all out - which was disappointing. I ordered a Sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich with cheddar cheese on an English muffin to go. The sandwich came up in about 5 minutes and was quite tasty! On the breakfast sandwich side - you can also get bacon, ham or chicken - and choose from biscuits, bagels, and croissants (in addition to the English muffin). They offer a variety of Apple cider donuts, lunch sandwiches, and pizza. Plus a variety of coffee drinks. They also sell a variety of produce and convenience store goods and drinks. There is limited seating outside on the porch. It was a bit of a warm day when I visited - and the inside of the market was a tad warm for me - so don't know if they were having AC issues.
