Sadly, my leather couch and leather chair did not fair well against their razor sharp teeth. I had 2 options, buy new or pay to repair it. We had paid quite a bit brand new 10 years ago. Our warranty had expired. The company that we purchased these pieces from still offered the same set...for $2500 more than we originally paid. My husband and I agreed that if the repair cost under $1000 it would be worth the cost and better for the environment. After a few phonecalls and emails, I was finally able to connect with Leather Solutions Of Chicago. They are kind good people. They are truly worth the wait. Their skill is second to none. I was without furniture for a little over a week. I literally wanted to cry when I saw the repair. You would have never known that I had it repaired. They not only replaced the damaged pieces and restuffed the cushions, they also matched the color of the leather perfectly. We are forever grateful to Rachelle and Fidelino for restoring our beloved couch and chair.

My decision to go to Torcaso's was based on reviews from others reflecting excellent customer service, quality results, and that the business is a Mom & Pop type shop, which I personally strive to support. So I decided to bring the sandals there. Upon both visits, the store owners (ran by a brother and sister, Ray and Paula) were super friendly, inviting and provided amazing customer service, which is so hard to come by these days. Additionally, the charge was very affordable. When I returned to pick up the sandals, I couldn't believe how well a job they did! It exceeded my expectations and I was so happy I had decided to go to them. Best of all, my husband was also extremely happy to get them back renewed! Torcaso's definitely extended the life of the sandals, probably for many years to come. I dropped the car off at 8:30 in the morning and they reviewed the old tint that was on my driver side and passenger side front windows, measured the current tint on my windows, then walked me through the different tints available. By early afternoon, it was all done and the price was more than fair. They also went over the steps to care for the tinting while it cured. Overall, a super professional experience I would highly recommend them.
