I wrote a review on google and received a copy paste response to contact them for a resolution. When I spoke to Ben, he only offered an apology for what happened. Nothing more. This doesn't give me back the time I took off of work, the oil I bought because of your mistake, and the time I waited to have this done right. The actual owner Aaron was supposed to call a week ago. No returned call. Do not by any means do any business with this dealership. Lack of follow through, petty behavior, and a lack of accountability. Update: you can acknowledge the review but not do anything further like requested? You continue to lack accountability.
