Where they really stand out is service. We were having an issue with the tub going into protection mode. I called and they scheduled service. We didn't need to be home. We couldn't be happier with the service person. My phone kept breaking up at his name. But he was outstanding. Our repair, it turns out, is an easy one AND under warranty. Although these hot tubs are expensive, they are worth every penny. Very happy with our salt water hot tub purchase.

This tub is so well built and so powerful. In addition to the great hot tub, we had top quality service from John and Steve. John took good care of us when we purchased the tub, and Steve quickly took care of us and came out to the house when we thought there was an issue which ended up being user error :(. Anyway, in November I finally figured out that it was dropping due to a leak. And when I called Great Bay I realized it was a one-year warranty and it was now one year and a month. If you want to see your electric bill go up even more, just wait until you have to add 50 degree water every few days! Most times you have to call back and leave reminder messages. They or someone they go through installed a liner on our inground pool and probably a year later there are bumps all on the walls of the deep end and they won't call back or schedule anything to come take a look as to why it is all bumpy. They installed a motor and 2 years later it died. Come to find out, after having a different company service it the wire that was hooked up to it burnt it out. So instead at time of install suggesting getting the wire updated they just connected it knowing. When I called to see when the motor was installed I let them know I was having someone else service it their response was basically 'good luck to you'. I will continue to try and get them to do something about my liner seeing how they put it in but they have lost my business. No issues with the retail business though.

Aside from that we've used them to service the spa on occasion when we were away for extended periods of time. They've been accommodating and serviced it as expected. We also periodically will bring in a water sample. They test and give us clear instructions on how to balance the water properly. Cost also seems reasonable for both service and products.

We looked at the most inexpensive pool and found it was similar to the Intex.Didn't have to take it down, but wasn't very attractive and was the same depth. The next pool up was far more attractive and deeper. Eric explained the benefits and the pump system. We were impressed especially since it was almost half off. Eric hooked us up with 2 contractors for the pool. One was for the installation and the other was to electrify it. Our timing was perfect, the contractors arrived the first week of June, and we were using it the following week! Eric was great, and made the experience seamless. He was also very helpful, when a small problem occured, and helped us to resolve it quickly. If you are considering to buy a new pool I would go and meet Eric, he'll guide you to the right one.
