(Cue: Hallelujah chorus) A crew of about 4 men moved us out of our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath 2 story home in 2 days! It was great because we didn't have to pack up anything - they packed, wrapped, and labeled everything!! All we basically did was let them know what we were not shipping, and they took care of the rest! The crew was also really considerate. Since they knew we were going to be staying in our home that first night mid move, they left our tv and couch and worked around those items so we would still be able to watch tv and relax that evening. They also left our bed upstairs so we had somewhere to sleep. I would recommend them! Now if only they were in Maryland for the unpacking!! read more

This company left a lot of items behind during our move. There were boxes on the curb that never made it onto the truck, and they left multiple items in our backyard despite me reminding them several times to take everything. They also left drink bottles and cans in our bedrooms and spilled screws and nails into the road without cleaning them up, creating a hazard for anyone driving through the area. On top of that, they broke a light fixture completely off the wall and damaged a light switch cover. Some packing decisions were also confusing--if you're packing the kayaks, it seems obvious that the kayak paddles should be packed as well. We had a stack of wood pallets in the garage, and I specifically told them not to worry about taking those. Instead, they hid garage items inside the pallet pile rather than packing them. At this point, this company owes me approximately $260 for junk removal, plus the cost of replacing the damaged light fixture and light switch cover. If this company is assigned to handle your PCS move, I would strongly recommend requesting a different moving company. Based on our experience, the quality of service was unacceptable and created additional work and expense for our family. read more

Well it's been a few days shy of 2 months and I just received my household goods. I didn't realize how poor of a job Coleman Hawaii did until I interacted with the moving company in Georgia upon receiving my goods. The movers here took their time and were polite and courteous and cautious of all the movements and actions. Hawaii Movers were the complete opposite. I couldn't watch as my items were getting packed as I prepared to depart from Hawaii as it was done with such haste. What really had me cringing was when all my stuff was packed into the crates for shipment and seeing light items and fragile items being packed underneath large furniture and other heavy items knowing this stuff was about to ship across the pacific. As a result of working to time and not standard the end result was a lot of damaged items on the receiving end. The movers here even said it themselves "wow this is the worst amount of damage we have seen" "never seen so many items need to be claimed for damages." If at all possible request that your mover be changed if you are PCSing and get Hawaii movers. Make sure you document and photograph everything especially the good description list as mine was illegible making the claims process harder than it needs to be. read more

I have been using Yelp for years. I have only written one, maybe two reviews during that time. So the fact that I am writing a review about this place really says something about how I feel and the quality of service that I received from them. My packing date was 09AUG17. They arrived at my house between 0900-1000 and they showed up with a crew of four (two males, and two females). They appeared to be pretty nice. They were polite and didn't give me any issues there. However, that is where the good part of the experience ends. They didn't finish until about 2100 that night, and I could tell that they were tired of being there. Well, here I am at Fort Hood and when the movers are unpacking my goods they take notice of all the damaged furniture they are seeing. They are explaining and showing me every piece of damaged furniture as it comes off the truck. I took some pretty significant damage to my furniture due to the way that it was packed (not properly wrapping the furniture,) and how it was packed into the storage containers (extremely heavy furniture stacked on top of much more delicate furniture). But the one that hurt the most was my final award that I received from my unit prior to me leaving the island. It was the statue of a Soldier affixed to a very nice plaque. Well, the box that I opened had that same award broken apart from the plaque it was sitting on, and broken in a few other places turning it into something worth less than a paperweight. Additionally, it was stuffed inside a lampshade. The ironic part was that the box it shipped in was completely intact and the lampshade that it was stuffed in was completely intact as well. But the award was destroyed and stuffed into the box?? It was clearly intentional it's too bad that I am not on the island anymore because I would have taken the issue up directly with the moving company. Now I am stuck having to file claims for my things and the fact one of my awards has been turned into trash. They do not even deserve one star. Completely disappointed. read more

These guys don't care about your stuff. They are slow and lazy. They crammed my couch on top of several fragile boxes and I asked if they could use the empty container next to it and come to find out it's a company policy that they will get paid less if they have spill over into another container so they will sacrifice secured/quality packing and try to cram everything into the least amount of containers as possible. They also dropped multiple items in front of me and broke a couple of them and didn't even apologize for it. Use someone else the only reason the Government contracts these guys for PCS moves is because they're CHEAP and cheap isn't an option when your belongings are being handled. I called the number listed on their website and was told they don't do storage. Despite what was listed on their website, I asked her again and she asked me if I was military and she said they only do storage for military. I hung up and called back hoping to speak to a manager. I asked the worker if they in fact only service military and he said no, you reached the military division. He gave me a different number and when I called them I asked for pricing to store two pallets today - preferably within the next hour and the lady said that there was no one available to tell me the costs and they would call me later. I asked why they didn't have set rates for storage and she said they don't. It's frustrating speaking to people like this who are making zero effort to help you. Bottom line Up Front: If you have been awarded this company call JPSSO and decline immediately! Believe the reviews on Yelp and other sites. 15 years in the army and this is the first of a kind experience with moving. It is easy to identify that this company manipulates the system to overbook their capacity and extort their employees to meet deadlines. Example, for 13,000 lbs the company is awarded the contract and allotted 3 days to pack and 1 day to ship, 4 total days. So they basically take the job and really plan on only 1 day for everything and utilize the other 3 days to do the same thing to three other customers. So if you're following me they now have 4 jobs to get done within those 4 days instead of just one. In order to get this done they have their employees work a full day to pack & load anywhere from 12-16 thousand pounds in one day! Can you imagine working for this company? Don't you think this will affect the Quality of the work and how household goods are packed? They will not tell you there is any issues until they know it is too late for you to change to another shipping provider and you are basically stuck. In my situation, I requested my move out dates almost a full two months in advance and they were approved and contract awarded. Coleman movers confirmed the dates with me and scheduled a move-out inspection, where a gentlemen came to survey and again confirmed the dates were good a week before they were supposed to come out. Then the day they are supposed to show up I finally called their office (since no-one showed or called). I received a phone call from a Mr. Goerge who was supposedly flown in from their corporate HQ to help fix their situation here in Hawaii., So here we sit waiting and praying that our dates don't change. These dates are the cornerstone to every military family's transition and move to their next assignment. These dates affect when you move out from your home, move in to the hotel, and fly out to your next destination. Many families (like we did) also take this time to vacation before showing up to next duty assignment and have non-refundable expenses. I went with this Company on the recommendation of a business associate, and I am grateful for that. The crew of 3 were very professional, methodical, and friendly in their delivery and installation of my new kitchen appliances. They went for perfection, remained for over 3 hours to be sure that outgoing appliances were correctly disconnected and moved out, and new incoming items were correctly and perfectly installed, all the while mindful of the care of my hardwood floors. Coleman movers created thousands of dollars worth of damage to my items. I have posted some pictures of the things that they have broken. I had to remind them countless times to be careful with my families things as they would throw them from the top floor to the first and have someone catch them. I asked that the tvs be but in the boxes I provided them or to at least box them up themselves but they packed them in paper saying there was cardboard inside of the paper. There was not. Some of the items looked to have been damaged with malicious intent because there were chips and drill holes in parts of my expensive furniture where do screws were ever present. Do not hire them and if the military arranges your stuff be moved with them ask for a different carrier. I provided a few pictures but there was way too much to list. read more

Benji and his team have helped me with several small to medium sized moving jobs, most recently my personal move, which involved a flight of almost 90 stairs. I was amazed at how fast and efficient his team was - it was almost hair raising to watch how quickly they dispatched large items and boxes down the stairs given the challenging footing. Upon arriving at the new place, the process went even faster and they unloaded everything in about 30 minutes, even while taking my direction on where to put things. I did most of the packing myself, but had them wrap up several pieces of artwork and vintage furniture, which was done expertly, then unpacked and assembled it for me at my new location. In all, what I though would be a 6-8 hour effort took less than four, and I found no breakage. In other experiences, I've had them move museum quality displays into and out of a luxury shopping center - once again, they took great care to make sure all the high gloss coated pieces were carefully wrapped and arrived in perfect condition, and they made quick work out of loading and unloading at a busy delivery zone. I consider Ben and his team completely trustworthy and my go-to for moving jobs large and small. read more

Our movers, including Auburn and Ikena, were courteous and friendly, and always on time. They worked quickly and made sure to ask about any items that seemed high-value or that should be left behind, which we appreciated. We haven't received our shipment yet at the other end, so I can't attest to whether everything will be in one piece, but I did watch everything get carefully packed and placed into their shipment boxes. I did notice that the movers were in a hurry to get everything packed out, and from other reviews here I can see that perhaps that has to do with their time constraints. They were pretty polite, but worked quickly so it was a cluster trying to tell them where to put things when 4 different people were asking where to put things. They didn't unpack any boxes but they did put furniture back together. They were really kind to my child and overall did a good job. I give Coleman Hawaii Movers office and dispatch people a (3), Gabriel (5), Tui (5) and Gavin (3.5). So over all Coleman Hawaii Movers gets a 4. I can't speak for the rest of the movers at Coleman Hawaii. I will say its a mixed bag. Calling the office to schedule, there are some nice and courteous people who work the front office. Unfortunately that ends once you have to speak to someone in dispatching. I called, got my answer but then they just hung up, rude and unprofessional. Our move was at of October 2018 Now on to the movers. I had Gabriel (5 Star), Tui (5 Star), and Gavin (3.5 Star). Gabe was the crew lead, extremely professional and down right awesome. This guy knows how to take care of his customers. He kept the guys moving when one of them was a bit slow. He communicated well with my wife and I. He made sure things are taken care of in a timely manner and all items were accounted for. Tui, young guy on top of his game. Had great follow through along with Gabe making sure we had all the things we needed and that Items were put in the right place and cleaned up garbage when they were done. He was motivated to get the job done in a professional and timely manner Gavin, the 3.5 star dude...Did the job well can't complain since he did what he was supposed to but had to be directed. Where as Tui had initiative to get the job done with out having to be told. Over all great team of Guys. If you are stuck with Coleman Hawaii Movers pack or unpack your stuff, I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH ...ASK no BEG for Gabriel and Tui to be the guys that get you moved. These guy I truly believe you can trust to get the job done right and not have to look over their shoulder to take care of you. However I will stress, you also need to take care of the movers who are entrusted with your belongings. I have moved 10 times with the military and I have ALWAYS provided plenty of water and Gatorade and some times a little bit of lunch. After they were gone, I still had at least one more trash pick-up from Coleman Hawaii Movers. Again the dispatcher was curt, but I called every day till they came to pick up the garbage. It only took about 3 days, so they moved pretty quick as long as you are proactive. If you wait for Coleman to fit you into their schedule you garbage will never be picked up. read more

I purchased a washer and dryer from Lowe's last week and it was delivered by Coleman Hawaii this past Saturday. I big big shout out to Kise for trying so very hard to get my old hose off the pipe. It was there for over 25 years and very rusted and he told me I may have to call a plumber. Needless to say I was so bummed since I really wanted to start using the new washer. For whatever reason he went back and tried one more time and got it off. Then when the hose to the wall did not fit he attached it to basin for me. Yippee!!! Then there was Hua who had to struggle to get the vent from drier to wall in a very very small space which was absolutely no big deal to him. These guys were just so pleasant in this awful heat the whole time they were here and just plain good guys. Like another reviewer, I'd like to give them no stars. This was our first PCS move and they were contracted by the Navy. Also, our packing experience occurred back in May, but I haven't had time to write a review. There wasn't any problem with scheduling and they did arrive on time. We were told it wouldn't take more than 2 days since we didn't have a lot of stuff. The first problem would be that they initially just dropped off one guy to do all the work. Because they just left him there by himself, he didn't have a truck to load any of our stuff. He took our queen sized mattress & box spring outside and leaned it against the wall, completely exposed (they were not wrapped). The box spring ended up falling into our newly landscaped front yard and broke several brand new plants & solar lights. He also took some other large, but wrapped, items and left those outside. He was there from about 9am, and at about 3 or 4 the rest of the crew finally came by to help out. They continued wrapping things up and loaded some stuff onto the truck, which was already pretty full from two other jobs apparently. They finally left at around 9pm and said they'd be back the next day at 9am. The next morning, again they just dropped off the same guy all by himself, no truck, and he spent most of the day hiding out upstairs just like the day before. We asked him when the other guys were going to return because we were told this would be a 2 day job at most, and there was still a lot left to do, and he said he wasn't sure that they'd be done because they were all really tired. Apparently the night before, after they had left our house, they had gone back to the facility, unloaded everything and had another job to do later that night which kept them all until 2 or 3 in the morning. This wasn't going to work for us, as we had an 18 month old staying with my parents those two days and wouldn't have anyone to watch him the following day. There's no way we could keep him at that house with us while all this packing/moving was going on. He said he'd try to talk to them and figure something out. Meanwhile he felt comfortable enough with us to make all sorts of small talk, and let us know that he'd been napping a lot upstairs because he was that tired. He cheerfully admitted that we really didn't have much stuff and the week before he packed up a house bigger than ours all by himself within a day. I'm not sure why he thought that'd be something either of us would find amusing. I'm not kidding, we really don't have a lot of stuff. He then began bumming smokes off my husband. Just a couple at first, but when the rest of the crew got there they were coincidentally out of cigarettes and all started asking for some. I should mention, both my husband and I are very non-confrontational and we were pretty intimidated by these big guys and didn't want to rub anyone the wrong way so we just gave them whatever they wanted. They also killed about two 12 packs of root beer & mountain dew, of which they did not bother to dispose of the empties, though the recycle bin is kept right next to the fridge. The guy who had been there by himself from the beginning did communicate with them that we really needed everything out that day so they did their best to rush the rest of the job. They were finally gone for good at about 8pm, but left us a lot of mess. There was rubbish everywhere. Empty rolls of tape, empty or half empty cans & bottles of soda or water, empty packs of cigarettes and they even left the trash from their lunches. I actually had to search every nook, cranny and high place because it's not like they left everything in some neat pile for me to throw away, this stuff was just randomly left where ever they last used it. As for the condition of everything once we got it all unpacked...well, most of it was fine. One nightstand was completely destroyed, and leg supports on two large pieces of furniture were broken beyond repair. We're still waiting on being reimbursed but I don't think it'll ever happen. I definitely do not recommend these guys. If you're searching for movers on your own, go somewhere else. If you're PCSing, let them know you do not want to use Coleman Movers. The Navy did initially ask if we had a preference, but we have no experience with movers so we left it to the Navy. Good luck out there... read more

I had a refrigerator delivered on Saturday that I ordered from Lowe's and had a little anxiety thinking that it would just be dropped off. Being that we are older and not able to even push a broom, we were pleasantly surprised that 3 young strong men arrived with a big smile and positive attitude, not sure if I got their names right.. Tristan, Dee and Kise, you guys were awesome. They took the time to unwrap and ask what side we wanted it to open, and showed my husband how to do it in case he wanted to move it later. They handled it carefully and made sure it was placed exactly where we wanted it. I always hear horror stories about movers but these guys where top notch and I will highly recommend them. I also called the office and left a message with their boss Mele, whom called me back, that alone is something rare these days . This is our first PCS move and we were instructed to contact our movers if they haven't contacted us first within 5 business days of our move date. Once on the phone, I was transferred over four times, the lady (Sandy) who finally could "help me" kept talking over me, kept saying OMG over the phone when I said I wanted to go over the bulky items again, and wouldn't let me ask questions. I explained to her that we were originally supposed to move with another carrier and she kept repeating that they go down a checklist regardless, so how could we miss anything and there was no point going over stuff. She made me feel like I was absolutely stupid. I then proceeded to explain to her that it was my husband who had taken the call the first time, from the other moving company, while he was at work, and was not really able to concentrate on the conversation, so I just wanted to verify a few things. She then sighed and repeated again that they go down a checklist. She was just so condescending and couldn't give me her time of day. I stayed adamant about it though, and she kept repeating OMG. She then quickly rambled off the bulky items my husband had listed. I told her she was missing a couple items, and she became more irritable with me. Keep in mind, I was being polite the entire time, and I was the one who ended up apologizing. They haven't even begun moving our stuff yet and I absolutely hate them. Wanted me to sign the form that said I personally witnessed them seal my crates even after driving off with all my stuff for "re-packing" at the warehouse. A large number of expensive items disappeared. When my goods arrived, the seals were already broken. Who packs a fiberglass surfboard underneath a couch in the same crate?! Drone- missing. DSLR Camera- missing. Game consoles- missing. 42" TV - missing. 55" TV- Broken. Surfboard- destroyed. Shelves- destroyed. Desk- Obliterated. Fans- obliterated. Weights- missing. Uniforms- missing. This company delivered and installed a dishwasher for me. Ben Eger and his two associates Geraldo and Booker did a great job. Not only did Ben take the time to say what he was doing as he was installing the dishwasher, he explained why he was doing it. He made sure there were no leaks and that the unit was surely fitted to the casework. They were the only company that actually demonstrated how to use the installed appliance and made sure I was familiar with the product. I had to be on top of the packers constantly because it is as if they themselves had no clue what they were doing. I had to tell them to be careful with our fragile items and tell then how to pack them and it turns out now that we have received our items that they didnt even follow instructions. Our things were literally thrown in boxes without a care. Our TV not in a TV box. OUR PARTS BOX IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND.... which means we cannot build out house hold furniture!! I was present during a move for our tenants. These guys are an absolute joke. Using profanity in front of my 3 year old. Breaking multiple items. Multiple guys just sitting around talking, disorganized. Right now it's 9:40pm trying to put my 3 year old and 7 month old to bed and they are still out there just talking and half working. They have been here since around 9am trying to pack and move everything in one day they miscalculated the amount of crates needing double what they originally thought. They parked there second moving truck halfway on the main road almost causing multiple accidents and even after multiple close calls and angry drivers didn't move it. I'm pretty certain they were drinking on the job. Do not use this company they are an absolute train wreck in Hawaii. After seeing all of the other horrible reviews I am absolutely amazed that the corporate company has not cleaned house and started over with the Hawaii branch it's obvious that it is just the Hawaii branch that can't seem to get things together. Coleman do yourself a favor and sever the infected limb. You are just making a bad name for yourself by letting this continue and addressing these horrible reviews saying you will share this will local and regional management. If it were possible to give zero stars this is what they'd get. The estimate, done by a supposed expert who came to our condo and looked at our stuff, was for 2,450 pounds, and $4900. The bill showed 3300 pounds and $6974. This is a 37.5% increase in weight and a 42% price increase. Additionally, we actually got rid of some of the furniture that the original estimate was based on (two end tables, a coffee table, two night tables, a lanai chair, and a heavy leather recliner). The only thing the company is willing to do is not charge us for a few months of storage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are thieves!!!! The guy said "well you could have someone go through and take out some stuff". But we are no longer in Hawaii, and everything is wrapped up in brown paper. So I'm supposed to pay to fly back to Hawaii to do this? LAME!!!! Avoid the company, avoid Tom Freeman their sales representative. Clearly a bait and switch operation. read more

We just recently moved from Hawaii to San Diego, and this company was the one who is responsible to our things to the shipment of our things. I've never seen so unprofessional, unorganized, and most of it all... they didn't care about other people's things..: when they were packing our from Hawaii they would just literally put it like a garbage...Ofcourse by the time we opened our things here in cali most of them are damaged and unorganized. Our dinning table is basically useless now because they didn't brought the screws. My husband's computer is wet from some oil from kitchen things. Our lampshades are broken into pieces. Other boxes are missing. This company made our moved in a horrible way as you imagine! Please, if you don't want you want your things to be all messed up save your self some trouble and find some other shipment company instead. WORST MOVERS EVER. Oh where to begin.. my husband and I had scheduled movers to come pack up our entire house for a move to the mainland. Three guys show up and then two of the three say that "they need to go finish another job and then they will be back in 2 hours". Which we already thought was odd but let it go. Then it just gets worse.. they keep asking us for our WiFi and phone chargers as if they're there to hangout. The only guy whose name I remember is Gavin. Gavin and his team were milking the clock, taking breaks every 20 minutes to go vape on our front porch and play music. A move that should have taken maybe 5 hours took 10+. Then Gavin and his team asked us several times if it looked like they were all done when they are standing on a rug that still needed to be packed, lamps, and several other household items still unpacked throughout the house. This is my second time dealing with this company. They unpacked our stuff when we PCS'ed to Hawaii. It was a pain to make sure they actually did their job and put everything together. When they did put something together, nothing was tight or screwed in properly. My son's toddler bed wasn't even safe for him to crawl into! We just had them again for a PCS move again this entire week and they have ruined our house. We have holes in doors. Scrapes along the walls, the carpets are filthy, and they ripped up the flooring by their complete incompetence. Their personal trash as well as large nails are strewn all over the place, as well as the neighborhood! They rolled out furniture down the stairs and across the floor. No wonder so many people end up with broken furniture with these guys. This is one company that I absolutely refuse to use again. If you are PCSing, I highly encourage you to refuse them as well. By far the worst company ever! They deserve zero stars! We have been waiting for 6 days and they still have not showed up. We are supposed to move out of our house tomorrow and they still have not came. My husband had a scheduled date with them and they were going to come three days before for an inspection but instead they gave him a call and told him that they need to reschedule because it looks like we have too much stuff so one day of packing turned into three. They were scheduled for Wednesday.. than they called and said they couldn't come they would "plan" the next day and here we are 6 days later with the same situation. My husband spoke to George who says he's a Vice President from Texas and he told my husband they would be here today (Tuesday..6days after our original date) and they'd be here by 10am and move all our stuff hopefully by 5pm.. it is now 330pm and they still have not arrived. We called George and he told my husband he never told him a time he just said it was the "plan". Unfortunately my husband tried to change our movers but it was too late so now we're forced to sit here and pray they come. Everytime we call they don't give us definite answers they say it's just a plan. If you are able to switch from this company than please do so.. military moves are stressful enough and to have to deal with a company like this is just ridiculous. read more

I have been in the military almost 24 years and this is absolutely the worst moving experience I have had. My stuff can be packed in two days with a full crew without a problem. It is a problem with Coleman because they triple book moving jobs. Therefore they are constantly shuffling partial crews between jobs. On the first day they dropped off one guy who packed up part of our kitchen. The second day they dropped off one guy at noon who performed packing for a few hours. I could see by the progress that we were not going to be moved out on time so called the company and they sent over a few more crew members who packed for a few hours. In talking with the crew they told us that they are frequently asked to stay until midnight or after on the third packing day so the company can finish the job "on time". When I called the company to see what time they would show up in the morning I was told 9-11. By the way the company does not communicate timing or information with you at all so you are forced to call them to dig information out of them. Because of our experience of the previous two days I insisted that they show up at 9am in order to finish in a timely manner and not force my young child to be up all night waiting for the movers to be done. By the way I don't consider 9 am to be too early. For previous moves ive had crews show up between 6am and 8am. The crew did show up however they showed up with a full truck of someone else's belongings trying to pull the same stunt as the previous two days where they dropped one guy off to pack while the rest of the crew went off to do other jobs forcing us to be the ones staying up late at night waiting for them to finish. I had to insist on them bringing an empty truck with a full crew in order for them to actually get our stuff out of our house. Yep I physically pulled my car in front of the truck and wouldn't let them leave until an empty one came with a full crew. After continually insisting that a full crew stay and focus on our move the company finally relented. They finished at 6pm on the third day. Other moving companies can finish in two days without having to stay late however Colemans management is so clueless they waste their companies time and money and abuse their crews by accepting more jobs that they can handle and drawing out the time it takes to complete each job. It has now become my job to ensure this company never gets another military PCS move. They are quite literally the worst in the business. Update as of November 2016 - after having now unpacked the items that were packed by Coleman Hawaii I can report that my one star rating has not changed. I don't know if they were mad at me while packing because they had put all of their garbage like empty sofa bottles, empty rolls of tape and napkins etc in with our items. Not only did I have to clean all of their garbage out of the house when I left I now had to throw away more of their garbage. They also did a horrible job packing such as packing heavy items on top of breakable items. We found grill parts in a kitchen box and kids toys and games inside the grill. I spent hours trying to unstick the drawers of all the dressers as they had stuffed heavy books and random items in the drawers instead of having to wrap them. This is the worse moving company ever! If I could give them no stars I would. They are due to come and start packing our things since last Friday and did not show up. I called their office and the lady and manager gave me the run around until 3 that afternoon finally telling me that they aren't coming. She also said that she is going to change our dates to add another day for them to move which I told her no. We have to be out by that day so they have to get everything done in 2 days since they decided not to show up last Friday. The manager got pissy with me and didn't want to hear what I had to say so she hung up on me. I called back and she hung up again. When I called a third time they put me on hold for 15 mins and didn't answer my call. I told my husband to call and she accepted his call right away thinking he was someone else. Anyhow the weekend pass and they were supposed to be here today and I just got a call saying they aren't coming again today. I asked the guy is there a reason why they aren't coming? He said no. They just aren't coming today but expect them tomorrow. Like wtf kind of moving company is This? The military should stop using them! Pcs'ing is stressing enough and now we have to deal with the moving company's stupid crap! read more

Easily the worst experience I've ever had moving which includes 12 moves for my own stuff and countless other times I've been involved in friends and roommates moves. Bookshelves were moved by wrapping them in tape with the books still in them? No wardrobe boxes were used? Our hanging clothes, including suits and uniforms that were in hanging bags, were folded up and stuffed into what was labeled a "wardrobe" box. All of my wife's dresses were in the same box as well which included shoes at the bottom? Just about every piece of our furniture was damaged in some way. If I had more time I would go on but I need to actually deal with the reality of unpacking more boxes and finding out more of the ridiculous ways in which these people treated all of our possessions. Even the folks who delivered our stuff here on Maui from a different company were in shock of what they saw as they unpacked everything. This is a total disgrace and nothing was done professionally.
