John, Luciano, and Colton opened up our root-filled pipes, replaced a broken section of pipe, and epoxy-coated pipes inside and outside the house. This all was done faster than expected and came with a 15-year warranty. It was necessary to dig up a portion of the driveway to reach the broken pipe, and Rooter Ranger let us know in advance that they were not able to replace the pavers--and of course, did not charge us for that. We appreciated being told this up front, and Colton removed the driveway pavers and stacked them very carefully so that we would be able to replace them after the plumbing work was completed.

This time my wife was convinced we needed a new hot water heater and we had some other minor leaky faucets and such that needed attention. So, I called and set up an appointment for the other day. There was a minor mix-up in the dispatch office on the morning of and the wrong guy with the wrong truck with the wrong orders showed up on time (that was nice). Several excited calls followed and then David showed at about 10 a.m. in the right truck with the right tools and the right parts to do the work. Removal and installation of the new tank went quickly as did the other plumbing issues. The point is, Silverado came through and took care of us while David was always friendly and polite.
