The impact was to the rear driver-side panel of my vehicle -- a clear indicator of fault -- and resulted in over $5,000 in damage. Their vehicle had only a minor fender scratch. Instead of accepting responsibility, the company misrepresented the situation to their insurance provider and refused to take accountability. Their insurer subsequently denied my claim -- not because the facts support them, but because the company was unwilling to stand behind its actions. In my view, this shows a serious lack of integrity and professionalism. If this is how they handle public incidents, I would be very concerned about how they conduct business. I urge others to consider this when choosing a contractor. Accountability matters.
