If you order any burrito make sure you ask for no beans because they will fill it with so much bean thats all youll taste and not put any meat in it (carne asada, pollo, etc...) to make it seem like its a big burrito. Our usual go-to taco shop across the street has been closed, so we decided to try Colima's. The staff is very nice and friendly. They have a good selection of food items. I am a big fan of Flaming Hot Cheetos, so when I saw the Flaming Burrito I knew I had to try it. It was worth the calories! haha! The place is small with a few tables inside and one outside. Check out the pothos plant they have in the corner when you're there, the vines wrap around the entire shop! My only criticism would be for the nachos. They are $6 for some chips, fake cheese, and a few jalapenos. Reminded me of school cafeteria lunch. read more

Me and my crew were working in the area and was recommended Colimas, we walked in and the nice older gentleman greeted us took our order. I ordered a asada burrito with xtra onion and cilantro and Monterey Jack cheese. It was fast and very fresh. I was very impressed with the big portion and the flavor of the Carna Sada. The service is personal and kind. The restaurant itself is not A/C'd, so get food to go on a hot day. Got the Cali Burro and fish taco. The burro was good with a decent balance & ratio of meat to fries & tortilla. It all tasted fresh and of big portion The fish taco is really a taster @ the bargain price of $1.25. Go to Rubios instead for a great fish taco on the run during taco tues. The salsa bar is respectable and maintained. Fresh, marinated carrots await you. The establishment looks clean and maintained.
