Everything was good , rice pudding was amazing. Tuna melt was good but only had 1 slice of cheese. Tuna had too much onion for me.

My favorite dish was always gyros over rice with cut up pita and salad from the streetcarts. Fastforward to now. In Upstate NY it is hard to find Gyros or meat over rice as good as the city...until today. I took one bite and had flashbacks. The chicken is seasoned with a blend of the middle east and Mediterranean. The steak was coated with white sauce, garlic sauce, and hummus. And the salad was panopley of options. Even a little toasted pita to remind of the gyros. Very filling. I will get multiple meals out of this and I will be back to try more!

I placed the order again and this time my dinner came without the cheesecake. I call back again and ask to speak to the manager and he tells me I have to email their HR department to get it all sorted out. He treated it like it was all a joke. I email them and they said I was Refunded for the first meal completely which I'm Still waiting for all these to process and that they're going to refund me for the second cheesecake. So I get hit with delivery fees and processing fees. I used to eat out here weekly but after this I'm sorry but I can't support someone who is going to mess my Order up twice I got hit with all these fees and there isn't anything they did to make the situation right and I've never had to email an HR department for a company I didn't work for. Also the second time I had to call the manager told me that I had to send an email about the missing desert and when I asked him to take care of it himself he couldn't comprehend the fact that I shouldn't have to contact them when they messed my order up twice it's disappointing that a place that I enjoyed eating at could care less that they made these mistakes.

The sandwiches and subs? Fantastic! The selection of Italian market items? Great! But the real magic happens when you're treated like family (or a long-lost cousin) by the lovable, wisecracking team behind the counter. You'll feel like you're in Nonna's kitchen, minus the guilt trips and awkward family photos. Now, about that signature sub, the Thanos... chef's kiss It's a flavor bomb that'll make you say, "I am inevitable...ly going back for more!" Each bite is a masterclass in texture, flavor, and pure, unadulterated joy. I mean, who needs Infinity Stones when you have Infinity Sub?! In short, Thanos Import Market is the real MVP (Most Valuable Pasta... and sandwich... and sub...). Don't be a Hulk, get yourself to this Italian market and taste the magic for yourself! P.S. If you see me there, don't be surprised if I'm wearing a "Thanos for President" t-shirt

I had packed lunch, but it smelled so good in here I had to give it a try. They have salads, sandwiches on Pasta's fresh bread, and other sides. The shelves are stocked with all sorts of pasta, sauces, etc. I almost wanted to spend the rest of my day in here, even if it was just taking a seat and looking out the window. I decided to try the State St sandwich. It was so fresh and delicious. I can tell they put a lot of care into their preparation. You can call to order ahead if you're on a time crunch. I will definitely be back!

My friend had the NE Clam Chowder, and she said it was very good. Our sandwiches had a good amount of meat and the bread was very fresh. I had Bazooka Pete....Corned beef, Pastrami and Turkey with lettuce, tomato, onion and Swiss. It was a real nice mix. The employees were very friendly and the dining room was very clean.

I'm betting there was over 2,000mg of salt in that one quart container. The name of the soup is "Clam Chowder" but where are the clams? All we got were tiny specs of what may have been clam pieces but not big enough to taste. If the soup was made with cream, I would be surprised. My guess is the base was a rue made from flour, water and some sort of oil. Could have been butter but could not find any ingredients listing. Hate being so negative about the soup but salt is supposed to enhance flavors - not be the main ingredient. If this is an award winning soup - someone better taste it again at the Liverpool location. Corporate evidently doesn't want any feedback since their website lacks any email addresses or complaint / suggestion forms.

Honestly I didn't even know that this little shop was hiding here until a friend of mine had told me about it. Hiding in the Mass Mutual Buildings Lobby in Downtown Syracuse at the corner of Fayette and Clinton Street, unless you happen to notice the sandwich board sign out in front of the building you wouldn't notice it. The good about this place from what I can tell you is rotating $5 lunch specials, free delivery of lunch within the downtown area, a rewards program based off points of dollars spent, and a friendly staff and reasonable prices on a pretty expansive menu for a cracker jack box sized Deli. And most of the food is fresh prepared right in front of you. Sometimes even by Joe himself! I decided to try something that was a regular item on their menu which is cleverly named with streets and areas in Syracuse. I had the "Onondaga" which is essentially a chicken bacon ranch panini. One thing I love about it is its a pressed sandwich, Which next time I try one of their pressed ones I'll get a different bread. The standard for this sandwich is a local favorite, pastas stretch bread. Which is absolutely delicious, but it just doesn't press well in my opinion and it makes it overly chewy. If I customized it a little and got a different bread, it would have helped it. But it did use a lot of fresh ingredients bacon made right on the flat top and roasted chicken breast cut right there, and a good quality ranch dressing. I got a side of fries as well which were just basic shoestring fries but were fresh fried to order for me. I can say if you want a budget lunch that is of good quality, Joe's definitely is a great choice, as it ran me less than $10 for quite a bit of lunch with a drink. I can definitely say that I will make a return trip. And even though its hard to find for the general public, they definitely are loved by the downtown workers as they probably churned through 30 customers as I ate mine in their quaint little dining area of about 4 tables. If its that routinely eaten, I think you as well might like to "Eat At Joe's"!

I also had clam chowder that was meaty (lots of clams) and tasty. They have both bottled drinks at fountain drinks with free refills. Prices are very reasonable I.e. my burger was $3.50 Dining room only has 6 small tables with two chairs each but we put a couple together no problem Place is very clean. Staff friendly and helpful
