While I have personally only been in to browse a few years ago.. my husband has spent quite a bit of time there and his experience has been nothing short of amazing. All three of my wedding sets mean so much to me! : 1. My original set... while not purchased at collections they did resize it for me and the exact gold and color was absolutely perfect! I was so nervous to let someone else have my rings in their care, but collections made me feel confident and trustworthy as opposed to weary and nervous like I would have at any big box retail store. 2. My birthday present in 2025.. after this surprise my husband went in to detail about the process he went through to make sure every detail was perfect, and it sure is perfect! From approving the mold to the final product on my finger, they truly and obviously put in a lot of work and attention to detail! 3. My "20 year" gift.. while I'm only 33, my husband and I met when I was 13 and he was 15. He wanted a piece to commemorate the journey we've been through, and my has he and Collections did an incredible job! Don't take anything in to be repaired. Took a very valuable watch into have extra links added to it. Sat in their order box for 6 weeks with no update; wouldn't return phone calls. Finally went in with my ticket to get it back and they visibly panicked bc it wasn't in their finished pile. One employee finally had the courage to ask me if they had called me to come pick it up. I said no but you've had it for 6 weeks and won't return calls so I'll take it elsewhere. They told me you could have told us that. Well, you don't communicate with me, why should I not do the same? Heart breaking ! I brought over my necklace that was gold plated with my name on it with a rope chain on it. They did a horrible job. The clasp is sooooo tiny I can't even put on the necklace alone. And theres such a difference in thickness in the chain its self, they replaced it with a very thin chain and charged me sooo much $$$$$I would never ever recommend anyone there period. read more

Extremely difficult to work with. The staff is unfriendly and treats customers like an inconvenience. The salesperson I worked with was not knowledgeable. Earlier this year, I brought in a setting and asked if they could put a larger stone in it. I specifically stated the carat size I wanted, and I was told they could make it work. A few months later, I returned with my new diamond--only to be told they couldn't do it and that the only option was a cathedral setting. I'm not a fan of cathedral settings, but since I was told that was my only choice, I reluctantly agreed. The custom ring I received was gaudy and unattractive. I picked it up, paid for it, and immediately took it to another jeweler to be redone. That's when I learned I actually could have used other settings besides a cathedral--something this store either didn't know or didn't bother to tell me. Now I'm out several thousand dollars--between the original setting I purchased and the custom setting I didn't want--and left with a terrible experience. I won't be returning, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. read more

Customer service is top notch here. I was warmly greeted immediately after walking into the store. I only needed a watch battery replacement (very reasonably priced). A very nice employee told me it would be a few moments and to have a seat. There is a comfy, small waiting area in the store that also has a tempting bowl of candy on a nearby table. The store was very busy. Some customers were buying jewelry and some were getting repairs done. It's nice to know there is a jewelry shop that still offers repairs on items not purchased there. Even though the store was busy, employees were delivering expert customer service. My watch battery was replaced in mere minutes. Of course, I did notice all of the very lovely pieces of jewelry in the cases. The next time I purchase a piece of fine jewelry, it will be from here. You simply can not beat good customer service. I went to visit a friend in Saginaw and while I was there decided to take my ring here to get a crack soldered and to replate it. It's located in a strip mall on Main Street, behind the Pizza Hut. To reinforce what the other reviewers stated: Yeah, initially you will get ignored. I went up to the door and was buzzed in only to have no one acknowledge me for a good 5- 10 minutes (when I checked in is when the timer started). No "We'll be right with you" or eye contact, nothing. There were about three employees helping three customers, so it was only marginally busy. They kept walking right past me like I was invisible. Acknowledgment is not too much to ask for when I entrust someone with my jewelry, but I digress. I was starting to get pretty irritated to the point of leaving when I finally got service. The person who helped me was really polite and friendly and *almost* made up for the initial poor service. What's more, they were able to perform the services I requested the same day! Four hours later, I was able to pick up my beautiful, shining ring, patched up like new. It cost $54. Had someone just acknowledged my presence or indicated that I was going to eventually get service, I would give them five stars. But alas, that did not happen and since other reviewers have complained about the same, I will give them three for the prompt labor. read more

I've had watch batteries replaced here several times and they're fast, do great work and are very affordable. They have an awesome selection of gorgeous and unique jewelry. There are so many piece I would love to have from here. They also carry high end watches like Tissot and Tag. We bought my fiancées wedding ring here and they had the exact Tungsten ring he wanted - and in a size 13. Most places don't keep large sizes like that in stock, so that was an awesome find. We had been to at least 7 jewelry stores that day looking and everyone told us we would have to order it. Went to Collections and not only did they have his big size but they had the exact design he wanted. They're locally owned and you definitely get that feel when you go in- everyone is so very helpful. They have two adorable dogs running around behind the counter. They offer you drinks while you wait and they have a candy dish with chocolate candy bars -the good stuff too:) The customer service is just excellent.
