Very disappointing visit. This is my first time at this location and I was very disappointed in the way I watched a member of management talk about another shopper in the store. I spoke to the young lady after I left and to know that she was treated so badly and made to feel less than. Staff was really super nice. Very well dressed, very polite and helpful. Served us water in a clear glass. Provided a small snack cookie. It was yummy. The jewelry was nice and pretty, very shiny. However it seems now more than every the cost is relative to the name of the product. The necklaces and such that we looked at were nice, but VERY expensive in relation to other brands that have items that look just as good and have the same quality. The styles are nice. We went to look for a mesh ring that we'd seen before, but they no longer carry it. Aside from the prices, it was a really pleasant experience. Staff was really great. read more

It's been a dream of mine to have something from Tiffany & Co. My dream came true on Saturday. My date surprised me with a trip there (they're located in the Clearfork Shops). At first I was nervous to even step in the store. I felt like I needed to dress up. As soon as the door was opened for us, I was greeted with a warm smile asking what I was looking for today. Brennan Doherty put me at ease and said I was in the market for a dainty ring. She showed me a few beautiful options, but nothing really stood out. I asked if there were other rings that weren't eternity bands, and she was more than happy to show us those options. I fell in love with a unique open ended ring. I initially didn't want rose gold, but their rose gold is so faint, I really couldn't tell a difference. Getting to shop here was truly a thrill, but what's more is how impeccably stellar their diamonds are. I'll never forget my wonderful experience and first time shopping at Tiffany & Co. The service is great but my sister in laws bracelet we got for Mother's Day has broken twice and mine has broken 4 times now... everytime I have to pay $80 dollars. This was my first visit to this newer Tiffany & Co location. I was greeted promptly upon entering the store and then assisted immediately. Even though I wasn't buying a high-ticket item, I was treated as if I was. Everyone was extremely professional, kind, and accommodating. The champagne was a nice touch. I think I was most blown away when I received a hand-written letter a few days after my purchase by Julia Dowling. I won't go into all the specifics, but our sales person was quick to assist me and offered a simple solution to an existing piece that was affordable, fast and will mean I can wear a piece of my jewelry with ease.
