Honestly I probably chat too much but the story of my life LOL. They take you back to the hair washing area which is quiet and Serene, ready for relaxation. They also offer you and I mask type essential oil situation where you can pick different scents. After your hair is done washing you get processed and then you go back to your sitting area. It took a little bit to get my hair to the desired look but Michaela and the salon made it very easy to work with and get the results we were hoping for. I paid for the bombshell blonde package and these were the results that even the owner/stylist, Crystal, states looks like 6-8 weeks of grow out. Additionally you can see a lack of blending, bleeding, and brassiness. All which led me to having corrective services 3 days later. I had one consultation and 3 service appointments at Adrift. As stated previously, while I wasn't fully satisfied with the first two service appointments, I thought they were a result of communication issues. It is not uncommon that results may not be exactly as you hoped, it was only after the results below from my 12/30/25 appointment that it was obviously not a matter of miscommunication and I decided not to return and sought another professional's opinion 3 days later. Based on their shock at the condition of my hair, I privately messaged the salon to provide feedback. I did not ask for a refund. When Crystal responded by saying the pictures were not of her work, I decided to write a review in an attempt to warn others. It's my belief that mistakes happen, but when the person is unwilling to recognize a need for improvement they will likely make the same mistake again. This mistake cost me not only money, but time, stress, and confidence. I received a legal threat from the salon in response to my honest review and even though my review was posted more than 6 months ago she is still updating her response to the review which includes a false accusation of me including misleading pictures. The pictures were taken within an hour of my last appointment at Adrift Hair on 12/30/25. They have not been altered and are a true representation of what my hair looked like as a result of Crystal's work on 12/30/25. Beyond the undesirable hair results, the owner's response to constructive criticism is the reason for my 1 star review.

Enter Paige. She was so kind and reassuring. I felt at ease almost immediately. She was very honest about what the process to healthy hair would look like and I was so relieved when I saw my hair the first time she turned me around in the chair that I cried. After several months, lots of masks, a brief nutrifol regimen and lots of TLC later I'm so happy with my color, how my hair feels and the length that I've gained. I feel so much better about my overall appearance now and I have her to thank. Also huge shout out to Sierra, who took an emergency appointment with me when my hair grew a little too well from the treatments and I needed to get a touch up before started a new job. And surprise you with a result you don't want. The entire experience is just a guessing game. You just sit there and pray that it is not too terrible. And any feedback I give all they did was trying to lower your expectations or gaslight you. The worst thing is that they send an email for "feedback" after the trial and I gave very detailed and feedback and asked questions. 3 days, I followed 2 times and zero responses until I had to text them asking for a response.
