When asking about a specific comic, you don't get a "point" in the proper direction -- they walk over to the section and hunt down your comic with you and if they don't have it, they offer alternative solutions for you. On top of the great service, they also have great prices. Most of the time they're offering lower-than-cover-price deals, which makes buying here a real treat. To me, Greg's has a real incentive to make me want to drive the extra distance past some other closer comic shops.

I picked up some not so common books for a $1 so made my experience very good. Friendly Staff who interacted with customers as much as the customer wanted/needed. Todd, the owner, is super cool and all he is there for is to help you with all your comic book needs you might ever have. I asked him about a comic I've had for years and he knew everything about it and was able to answer my questions WHILE he looked it up and didn't have to WAIT to look it up. Look at my pictures and see all the stuff he has. If you want to go back in time to when you were able to escape into the comic book world, stop by and check this gem of a dying bread and say hi to Todd! They have a huge selection of comic books and collectibles. Honestly, just let a fan loose in there and come back and pick them up after an hour so they have time to browse. It's a whole vibe and one that you just can't get with a bookstore that primarily sells new books. There are some items here that are kept under glass, making me think that they might be rare or valuable. Just browsing the shelves provides endless amounts of curiosity-about the stories or information that these treasures hold. If you're looking for something specific, you might be able to ask the shop keeper for assistance, or just come and see what treasures find you. You're guaranteed to find something!

I want to say having gone into toy temple chandler fashion square mall multiple times on different…read moredays of week right around 10:15 AM after the store opens: not being greeted walking into store / not being acknowledged once, me wondering around not being asked "can I help you , are you looking for something specific, still not acknowledged" or when walking out of the store not one word from the one employee at the counter and me being the only customer in the store is not customer centric, bad customer service (I would have took being acknowledged once not even asking for more than one acknowledgment), but typing away on a laptop is more important and a quick glance onto give customer acknowledgment.
