My mom had her wedding reception here and they were amazing! We had a large party and they were so organized and welcoming to all of her guests. They made it stress free and were fast at getting everything out and anything we needed. First time here! Servers in sports bar were top shelf. Mary was so much fun and took the time to share the history of Collector's Choice. You can tell she loves her job. Removing stars for a few reasons. CCR includes an 8% service charge on each tab to support fair wages. Service charge is then taxed. I've never sat in the family dining area so this review is for the lounge. Staff member William has been consistently rude every single we've been to CCR. At first, I blew it off to having a bad day. This is not the case. William makes you feel like a burden and a pest if you request anything at all. He's too busy to take orders so one must always order and pay at the bar where he likes to spend all of his time. He has the attitude that we the patrons should be thankful that he even showed up to work. William states repeatedly how busy he is and he'll get to whenever he can. During the time-frames we've been to CCR, the bar has not been busy. With increased prices everywhere, dining out is a treat and one should leave enjoying their experience. I never leave CCR that way. Instead, I leave bothered. CCR, you will not be taking anymore of my time or money in the future. I choose to frequent establishments that value me. read more

So ... many many years later, I started hearing that Collector's Choice had stepped up their game. I thought it was time for another chance. I have now been 3 times this past year (just for breakfast). Every time has been excellent. Food on point and the servers absolutely amazing! Excellent black coffee. I got take out for a business meeting from here this week. The service was friendly and it seemed like a really fun place. I called ahead, and they said it would take about 15 minutes to prep our lunch order. Ordered club and beef sandwiches with fries and the salmon salad for myself. They did have gluten-free bread, so I could have had a sandwich, but they had me with the promise of glazed walnuts. I'd also recently enjoyed a salmon salad from another place and was craving it again. Food was ready shortly after I arrived, and they did a great job of ensuring mine was prepped gf to reduce contamination. The sandwiches were well enjoyed by their recipients, and they said the fries were phenomenal. The salad was just okay for me, so I'll probably order something different next time. The greens were fresh with lots of cheese and nut toppings and a great vinaigrette. The salmon was just a bit fishy tasting that day. Loved all the events I saw they host when I was waiting for my order, so I definitely have to try it again and go for a sandwich this time. read more

It looked like the deep fryer oil hadn't been changed in decades. It should have been a sirven when this huge restaurant was completely empty on a Saturday evening. Stay away. Food and service were very good as usual. 4/5 stars because of the infuriating AI Chatbot that answers the phone. Just wanted to know what time breakfast service ended and had to call twice to get a live person on phone. Been going to CCR for over 30 years and the last thing I want to deal with is an automated Chatbot. Calling your local restaurant should NOT feel like calling the cable company. read more

Well,now we are regular customers of CCR. The food is very good and tasty and the service is great. The staff in the lounge are much more efficient. Very attentive and check on everyone frequently. It's just more warm and comfortable in the lounge and you can listen in on all the conversations. Sometimes it can be very quiet with nice music or a little loud with the sports on the TV and people enjoying themselves drinking. The HH and specials they have are awesome. I hate to give a bad review to a little mom and pop shop, unfortunately the only good part about the restaurant was our waitress Breanna C. It is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced for disgusting food. We got four meals and 4 drinks and costed us $120 dollars, with a random tacked on %8 SUR charge. A dang lemonade was $5.25 ... I personally got the orange chicken and spaghetti.. oh I mean chow mein. My mom got the cashchew chicken.. not exactly sure if it was even chicken. Nice atmosphere, easy to find off hwy 2, and great food! Though it is a bit pricey. They have two lounges, one has live music. My brother's band played last weekend, and a friend and I had dinner. The only downside was the wait for our check, which was substantial. Waittstaff was friendly and attentive. Bathrooms easy to find. read more

I usually come here every once in awhile with my friends. Today was one of the better days. I go next door where they have live bands and Chinese food! Their food has been lacking for a few weeks but today was great! I even saw one of the cooks walk out and hand food out and interact with the guests which is so nice to see! I haven't seen that guy in a minute but he's a okay in my book wish I saw him more, the new cook kinda gives me the I don't want you here feeling. I would not go to this place. The food was nasty and my entire family got deathly sick. Their facility was nasty and the service was horrible. You are ignored and not taken care of. We had to flag our servers down multiple times for the simplest things. The plates, cups, and silverware look like they have never been washed. They mixed up our reservation so we had to wait 1hr for a table. we then went to the bar and the lady bartender was extremely rude aswell as the guy, I wanted too leave after being spoken to that way. Two stars because the server was very nice and attentive. Went for lunch. Had the toasted cheese sandwich and a cup of clam chowder (since it was Friday). Both so bland. Sandwich had no flavor. When I make one at home I use butter so the toasted bread has a buttery flavor. Cheese had absolutely no flavor either. Soup was very bland seemed more like a potato soup (made with instant potatoes?) with a few chunks of potato's. I did not taste any clams. $13.50 plus a $1.08 service charge. I still tipped well but wow very disappointed today. Think I will stick to the Asian menu by coming in at dinner time as it's the best! read more
