Sent me this mailer when I lived at another address. Said I won a prize, which looked like price labeled "1st" on mailer. When I traveled 30 minutes to claim it, they said that those were just "examples" of what you can win, and that the fact that several of them were labeled "GP", "1ST", "2ND", etc. didn't mean that's what the prize would be for the symbols you got. Also VERY pressuring to get me to buy a car and sell mine when I kept saying I wasn't ready to. Then, instead of giving me the prize, they revealed another prize not mentioned on the mailer (a $2 bill) and then spun a wheel to see which prize I would get. Which one do you think I got. The $2 bill. Also, nowhere on the mailing does it say you will get a randomly picked prize. False advertising and just straight up deceit and lying. Never buy from these people on principle. If they sell cars like they hold contests, they're shoddy and evil individuals. Also. Pictured below is the second mailing I've received at my new place. I got a pamphlet in the mail with a prize sticker on it. It said that won 10,000 on it but I would need to go into the dealership to claim it. I called the dealership and talked to Chuck who was immediately extremely rude. They said that their advertising is basically a scam since the actual picture does not match up to the prize you won, though I read all the fine print and it says that nowhere on the pamphlet. This is clearly a lying and deceitful company, on top of their bad manners I would suggest anyone go purchase a car from another establishment with some dignity. read more

I'm an online shopper. Working a lot doesn't allow for car dealership trips very often. I comb numerous dealership sites looking for particular used vehicles. Been doing this 20 years. College Chevrolet is by far the worst online experience I've probably ever come across from an actual new car dealership. They list almost no pics of used vehicles, no price, no miles... The vehicles advertised have half the listing cut off. When you click the "contact us" link, it takes you to the new car page. It's all just a tease to get you to either call or come in so they can "sell you" in person. So... I just purchased a 2023 $64,500 2500HD Silverado.. from a dealership less than 10 minutes from College Chevrolet. It was listed online, pics, price, miles, everything. Started the sale over the phone. Finished at the dealership. Nowadays, a website is usually a good representation of the company itself. That being said, I'll be avoiding this place like the plague. read more

I stopped on to see if they had any new mid Suze trucks ie: a Colorado. They were having a sales event. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. They should tried to sell me a used full size truck for twice the price. They would not let me leave. They had every manager and boss in the place stop me when I wanted to leave and try to offer me a little better deal. Came in and took home a car same day! Bad news I was lied to about the inspection and have to put $2000 into repairs to make sure it's safe to drive. When I asked to speak to someone I was passed off and do t expect to hear from them they got their money and don't care about the customer. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

I called to get in for a last minute oil change and tire rotation and they got me in that day without issue! I had to bring my 1 year old along with me to the appointment and several people went out of there way to interact with her and make her smile. I was in and out in a half hour! Bought a 2012 Nissan sentra I was told it had no problems and it was serviced didn't even get home and check engine light came on took it to the shop Was instructed not to drive it till fixed $962 later Had to replace Ignition coil packs or heads would blow Shop said check in and light was definitely cleared because they were so bad it was on before and the oil was not changed even though they said that it was also contacted contacted them and and they refused to help with the bill Or do anything to resolve the problem read more

Unethical! Sold a truck to my 80 year old veteran uncle that he couldn't afford. The following day of purchase, I tried to explain to the general manager that he had no understanding of truck features or of the payments. Response was that he signed the contract. I have worked with Dale specifically and he has went above and beyond to not only find my desired vehicles but has made sure personally my vehicle is delivered to me. My husband took his vehicle here today for regular maintenance. He told them he had the special socket for the locked lugnuts in his glove box. Upon picking up his vehicle he was informed they were unable to rotate the tires due to his special locked lugnuts. He told them it was in the glove box and when he looked it was missing. They asked him if anyone else had serviced the vehicle prior to which he informed them Art Moehn had. Then the technician said well maybe they have the socket, basically accusing Art Moehn of the theft. I saw the socket the night before because we checked to make sure, in case it was it was needed. Nice try College Chevy Buick as Art Moehn had it's own house set that they used. Lesson learned. Nice that you are losing a customer over a $15 socket. Bravo. Never go here. The salemen are extremely kind and helpful but the owner was extremely sexist and rude. Belittled me because I was a 20 year old women looking for a car for $10,000 or less, then showed me a $18,000 car and got extremely defensive and angry when I told him that price was far too high. Yelled at me in his office and wouldn't let me go after countless of times saying this car just simply isn't in my budget. Instead of saying "oh, okay, lets look at some cars that are in your budget" he continued to poke fun at the price I gave him. Tried to show me the same car for more mileage but $6000 less and got mad at me when I proceeded to tell him this car is just not in my range. Then belittled me in front of everyone saying I knew nothing about cars and finally I just stood up and walked out. The way these men prey on women and think how dumb we are is simply just disgusting. Will NEVER be returning here. I feel bad for all the women he's probably verbally abused in that office as well. Would give 0 stars if yelp would let me. Update! The business owner replied the most generic response under my review. I'd like to point out that in no way shape or form did he ever try to show me cars that were in my budget that I mentioned several times as he was basically yelling in my face. Chuck, this is about your obscene behavior. I've never seen a grown man so angry at someone all because they couldn't afford the car you were trying to up-sell for $4,000 more. This just keeps getting better and better. This is about your extremely sexist take on how you handled my situation and this is about the very awkward 20 mins in your office that were simply just not needed. You have my number, but you haven't called to apologize. You do not care about your customers, if you did you'd have more stars on here. You care about your money and you pointed that out when I was there. You told me to look around at this place boasting that it's a nice car dealership. I originally gave this dealership extremely an high rating because of their service department. I am amending my review to only one star because of their deceptive practices. I just turned in a lease (I have previously purchased several leases with no previous problems), however this time I did not do a new lease when I turned in my vehicle. GM Financial charged me over $400 because I did not renew my lease. I went to the dealership and calmly talked to a manager and told them I would NEVER step foot in this dealership again and I will NEVER give them another referral (two of whom purchased new vehicles through this dealership last year). I was never told I would be charged to turn in a vehicle if I didn't re-lease another vehicle. This dealerships practices are extremely deceptive BEWARE of their DECEPTIVE practices!!!!! read more

Don't go here! Horrible business practice, we were looking for a car under $12,000, we put our budget on the website as $10,000 and a 2013 Honda CRV popped up. We go in for a test drive and had a good experience with their associate RJ, we got back to settle on a quote for the vehicle. They tell us $17,000!! This vehicle should have never popped up online when we put in our budget. So when we proceed to tell Chuck (I believe) that it's way out of our budget and that we got an estimate online for between $10,000-$15,000 for this vehicle he tells us it doesn't matter and for the next 10-15 minutes tries to convince us why it's worth their price. This is where their horrible business practice comes into play. My budget is my budget. If you aren't willing to bargain with me, you show me some other cars that are within my budget. After listening to this man spout on and on and disrespect me and my significant other for what felt like an eternity we stood up and told him we've had enough and that we are leaving. Here's the kicker! He tells us we were using an accusatory tone with him before we leave. No. I know what a vehicle is worth and I can see shoddy business tactics from a mile away, and I won't be spoken to like an idiot. He then followed us out for no apparent reason as we had shown no signs of hostility and we thanked RJ for being the only resemblance of any kindness in the entire dealership. read more

I only give 4 stars based on that I'm not too fond of the service department and the service I received when I had an issue that needed to be addressed. Wouldn't recommend them to any one. They do not stand by their dealership warranty and said that the extended warranty started the night that we bought our vehicle when in fact it doesn't start until 31 days after the day we signed. They did not give us the option to read the contract before we signed all of the loan paperwork. Should never have bought from there and never will again. read more
