He allowed us to take the vehicle on a Saturday without signing or requiring any hold money, simply on the pre approval letter and comeback to sign for title transfer during the week. In and out in less than an hour. I had stopped going into dealers many years ago and purchased previous vehicles online, just because it was always a stressful experience that took longer than it should have, and they always tried to sell a bunch of extra additions. None of that here. Able to get the price we wanted that was the best we could find, through various searches online, without haggling back and forth. Appreciate them for ending our car search early.

Your Dealer, MIGHT do a good job, but they will sure as heck try and rip you off. I don't want to name the dealer, but for years, items that should have been covered by my extended warranty were not. When I went to another dealership location out of town, they actually searched for my vehicle in the manufacturer's warranty system. At a later time, I asked for a full history of my service. That's when I learned that the dealership in Tucson never even tried to use my warranty because they would earn a lot more if I pay cash out of pocket than what they would receive from the company for warranty work. I used to think that Dealers will do quality work the right way even if they charge a premium for it. Now my perspective about dealership service is tainted. I trust Priority Auto And Tire Center, especially the father and son, to take care of my car, the cars for my family members and I have no hesitations to send my friends there. Trust is hard to earn and take a lot to keep. These guys stake their reputation on doing the best job every time, treating the customer right and giving accurate and fair quotes. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. They offer free WiFi, water and they have vending machines if you need a snack or beverage. I don't think it was too loud. I hope the business for these guys is going well. I'd like to see them become a long term business in Tucson! Highly Recommended!
