He is the only person me and my family will go to for our car needs. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and always give you a fair price. I had to have my vehicle repaired and I asked the two truck driver to suggest someone. He was from Bronco Towing and said they had a garage. I decided to give them a try. Two thousand dollars later, I was ready pick up my vehicle. I went to write a check and I was told they would not accept the check due the large amount. The manager rode in the car with me while I went my bank to get the cash out. Quite insulting. I would not recommend Bronco Towing OR Bronco Auto Repair to anyone. read more

Stopped in at Bronco on Craycroft because they took over the shop from Tucson Car Care. Talked to the manager who told me it would cost me $90 to hook my car up to the computer to find out what's wrong. Told him I don't pay those fees. Those machines are to make their job easier. He told me he'd get me the codes for free. So I have him the keys to my car. 15 minutes later he starts to tell me the codes, tells me one (there are 3 written down) and says it's for emissions and then takes a call and wanders away for another 5 minutes. When he gets back he says it's his job to earn my business and if that means not charging me for a diagnostic then he won't charge. Not two minutes later he tells me he'll only charge me $45! Got my keys back and left. Found out that he lied to me about Tucson Car Care going out of business too. They're on Miracle Mile now. Went to Mark & Larry's on Fifth and they ran the codes for free and told me that the gas cap needed to be tightened. Fixed everything, got a hug and a smile and sent on my way. Albert is a friendly and concerned expert on auto repair. There is no attempt whatesoever to sell you something you don't need. They are a service oriented shop and the prices are reasonable. I took my 2007 Mercury Gran Marquis into them for a air suspension problem. Al quoted me a price of $60 to inspect the system vs. $120 at the dealer. When I picked up the car, they had determined there were no leaks in the system and there was no charge. They will have all of my business in the future and I strongly recommend them. Great bunch of guys, clean waiting area, everyone seems interested in making sure you leave satisfied with the service. read more

It's not everyday you can find honest auto mechanics, but at bronco they're one hundred percent! I was having brake issues with my Toyota truck and heard about them from a friend, I don't usually take my truck anywhere to get worked on but I couldn't help it this time. They got my parts I needed ordered and installed within the same day I dropped it off, I felt like I was vip. They mechanics and owner are nice people and easy to talk to they don't try and bullshit you like a lot of other places. Bronco didn't let me leave without letting me know about anything other issues that I might have issues with in the future as well, I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of vehicle repairs or just maintenance. read more

My front passenger window wouldn't go down and I was quoted absurd prices for parts and labor. Albert and his team are genuine, honest, fast, and they do great work. They'll never try to sell you things you don't need. They actually WANT to help YOU and know their customers by name. They fit me right in for an oil change, so that was good. Being new in town, I don't have a regular place to service my car. Albert was very nice and the waiting room was clean and stocked with snacks. The only negative was that it took 1 1/2 hour just to get my oil changed. I should have asked ahead of time how long it would take as I am not used to waiting that long just for an oil change. I would use them again, but would probably drop the car off and return later to pick it up. read more

Great business and owner too. Albert (the owner) was a knowledge guy and showed a lot of patience when my wife and I were serviced. We took our honda in for an electrical issue and the Bronco Auto Repair team was able to solve the issue in about 20 mins (great timing if you ask me). I went in for an oil change and some TLC for my 100,000 mile tune up. I am very pleased with the friendly staff and the work done was so reasonably priced and they did a great job! I ended up needing a transmission flush and new rear shocks. I will be returning when I need more work done on any of my vehicles! read more

I got tired of overpricing, attempts to sell extra services, and underperformance at the Toyota dealer so I've been looking for a mechanic to provide routine maintenance on our Scion. I found a couple of good reviews of Bronco on Yelp, and since it is fairly close by I decided to give them a try for the oil change that was due. Glad I did. They got me in and out in under an hour, as promised, and found and fixed a couple of other issues (cracked spider belt and dead license plate bulb) without adding extra time, and amazingly without charging extra for the labor involved in replacing belts and bulb. I'll be going back for all my routine auto service needs. read more
