I've gone through so many shops over the years -- got overcharged, told different stories, or left with the same problems. But when I came to Royalty Auto, everything changed. I had a big issue with my 2009 Ford F-150 that six different mechanics couldn't figure out. Nobody could find the problem. These guys found it quick, fixed it right, and didn't try to take advantage of me. After that, I brought my 2018 Nissan Altima for a transmission issue and they got that handled too. Just recently, I took them my new Cadillac CTS5 for service and, as always, they did a great job. Every time I leave, my cars run smoother and I feel confident they're in good hands. I thought it was gonna be a huge fix, but they found the issue fast, didn't try to BS me, and charged a solid price. Cold air blowing strong now, like brand new. I've been to this location a couple of times. But I do have my doubts I brought it in the other day to see if you know just check underneath the hood check everything out. They told me I need new motor mounts a couple of other things a tune-up but I'm assuming they drove it around because the trip mileage was reset back to zero. They think I'm stupid no so why the hell would you reset my trip mileage you had no business touching that. I took my car there to have a transmission thermostat sensor replaced. A job that should have taken an hour, took 3.5 hours. When they returned the car to me, it was not driving right. I drove in a circle in the parking lot and they told me that something was wrong. Mind you, i had just had the engine replaced the day before. I towed the car back to cadillac to find out that the sensor was not plugged in. I shared this information with Royalty and they refuse to reimburse me for the work that they did since it was not done correctly. They said that because I brought my own part that I could not be reimbursed but they did not do the job correctly at all. I even provided proof of the work they didn't do via pictures and they would not reimburse me. Nathan, the person at the front is wonderful but the other management is terrible. read more

On a Work Trip to Las Vegas (From L.A.), I notice my temp gage was running a little HOT. Stopped in the Royalty Auto on Cheyenne and Tammy got her crew to do a diagnostic on my radiator. Sure enough it had a crack. Long story short.....Tammy and her crew resolved the issue. Unfortunately it did take a full day ( I arrived at 4pm). By the next afternoon, I was back on the road and the truck ran fantastic (and still is/it's been a month). Went to 5 different gas stations today, and EVERY SINGLE ONE of them, has an "Out of Order" sign on the air pump. I had multiple tires low, and was trying to find somewhere to get the inflated. I pulled up to Royalty and asked if they would help me out. I rolled the car in and within 5 minutes, the tech had me taken care of and on my way. They did not ask for any payment for the service. On 10 May 2023, I had towed my car to Royalty Auto Service on Cheyenne with a busted radiator based on referral from Xprient Car Repair Expert Rep. Travis. Several things Jose (the Manager) did that had me concerned about his experience level and integrity - 1st, he wrote the estimate on a blank sheet of paper versus a Form and wanted me to sign it, I said no, that I wanted a legalized Form with everything he stated needed to be done with the cost listed. He said I could take a picture of it with my phone, again I said no, so he did the proper estimated invoice. Then he requested I pay the full cost of the work in advance, $1720, I said no, I don't do business like that. I will pay for the repair when work was done. He then asked if I would put down $300 deposit, again I said no. He then told me that the car would be ready the next day and if I didn't get there before they closed he would leave my keys at the casino next door. I was horrified! I told him I would be picking my car up from him, whom I placed my car in his care not a casino. When I picked car up, Jose said he added recommended services on the invoice....one was for transmission service/fluid. After I picked my car up, the car started acting up when I pressed the gas pedal/jerking as if it was stalling out, also I found leaks on floor of garage. I opened the hood and there was major leakage on left side of radiator. Took it to a nearby garage a coworker uses, and head mechanic said Royalty did not install the radiator correctly, the hoses were not inputted right and it was leaking transmission fluid. When they removed the bottom panel transmission fluid spilled out on their garage floor! Having this major non-repair caused a huge safety issue while I had been driving car after picking it up from Royalty Auto Service. Big concern was my safety and major damage to the Transmission. I trusted the referral from the Xpirient Car Repair Expert Rep. Travis (had him on phone when I took car in) and he informed me afterwards he didn't know about Royalty's service. I advise everyone to take your car here at your own risk! read more

oyalty Auto Services recently replaced a power steering pump for me, simple enough job but constant procrastination meant it took 3 days. Tammy at the front desk will say anything to please you, she is entirely dishonest and out to make money from you. After hoping to never see them or deal with them again, 2 weeks later I had to stop in Lake Havasu City to get the whole system replaced again. This reputable mechanic did the work in a fraction of the time, and they assured, verified and documented that this was entirely a result of Royalty's poor handiwork. No problem with parts as supplied, but improperly fitted parts and a crossthreaded nut caused the truck to be on the verge of breakdown after 2 weeks. When the garage doing the work contacted Royalty, they were met with a hostile attitude and were accused of lying. I have tried to contact them and have received the same welcome. I plan to try to resolve the issue legally and very strongly recommend you avoid this business. read more

They dont make me feel like they are making things up to get more money out of me. While she does tell me what kind of maintenance to stay on top of and make me aware, she does over sale to make me feel obligated to pay for unnecessary work. If I could leave zero stars believe me I would. Run run run! I've encountered the worst service on top of the worst customer service by tammi. I originally took my car in because my check engine light was on and she tell me I needed to replace my Cadillac converter which I was charge $1000 for. Five days later my car would not start so I took it back. Tammi advised that I needed a new starter which I thought was a simple enough job so I went ahead and told her to also replace my rotors and she told me I had an electrical issue that needs to be fixed that total $660. when they were done with my car it literally broke down the next day I called tammi to let her know and she blamed any previous mechanics but told me to bring it back. After I brought the car back she said that she needed to fix the wiring so she did but when I left opened the hood all I could see was my wires duck taped together!!! she said it was like that before, as if I don't know my own car. Since the car started I decided to drive away because I feel like I wasn't getting any luck all for it to break down by the same night! I called her back again and she told me that I would have to wait because she is Busy with other cars ahead of me, which let's not forget this is my third time in a row bringing it back in the same week all less than 24 hours from each other . she ended up telling me she will see what she can do but it doesn't sound like Anything they are responsible for , so she would have to charge me again.
