Tiffany patiently went over the photos and discussed the pros and cons to help me pick one. Then she picked the color that matched my dress the most. We decided to go with builder gel nails. Tiffany was professional, patient, and detail-attentive. She spent time drawing every single small flowers for me and fixed what I did not like. The results turned out to be amazing. It was elegant and cute at the same time. And the quality of the nails are beyond expectations. I am not the gentle type, and I have to do house chores. But none of the nails has broken so far. Not even a scratch. The surface is still glossy. I have a pit bull puppy who keeps on munching on my fingers, but the nails didn't have a scratch (of course I didn't purposely let the dog chew on it for a long time). The cost isn't low, of course. But with the dedication, the customer service, and the results, it's all worth it. I highly recommend this place

I usually don't go to chain salons like this but desperately needed an appt while my normal nail tech is out on maternity leave and figured this would be a good option given all the great reviews. I got my nails done just under 2 weeks ago and normally at this point, my nails have grown out but the polish is typically still in good condition. However, after coming here, the polish lifted so much I just peeled it all off. I know it's not ideal to peel off gel, but I had no choice when it was lifting and getting stuck in my hair. It obviously left my nail beds in poor condition too. After peeling the polish on my pinky nail, you can even see that the polish underneath wasn't ever fully dried. After paying $65 for a simple gel removal and gel polish, I can't say it was worth it at all. Also, my appt was at 9am right at opening and the place was packed. Good for their business I'm sure, but it seems they only care about quantity and getting as much people in, as opposed to focusing on the quality of their services. If you need something quick and don't care about your nails lasting long or the health/quality of your nails, then come here. Otherwise, I'm very disappointed and will not be back.

First of, her studio is COZY. She offers coffee, matcha, or water during your service (some at a charge). She will decorate seasonally and it's just a vibe. If you don't like chatting, she has a huge tv playing behind her and will let you put on whatever show you like. Second, her attention to detail and being a perfectionist is something I appreciate when it comes to my nails. She is not only worried about the outcome but overall nail health. I have seen my nails become so strong overtime and just trust her opinion. I have NEVER had my gel lift or peel w Audrey, which is why I came to her in the first place. I am a new mom who is active and working so I am hard on my nails. Third, pricing is fair! I have been to other Russian studios that kind of operate like a normal nail salon now :/ in and out w and a lack of quality in my opinion.
