My first time coming to Kitchen Nail Bar and I had such a great experience! The salon was very clean, and the staff was so welcoming and nice. I got the Greenery Kiss pedicure with gel polish and added a French tip. My technician, MANLEY, did an amazing job. She really took her time and paid attention to every detail. I absolutely love how the thin-line French tip came out -- so clean and pretty! It was a little pricey for my taste, but overall definitely worth it for the experience and quality of service. read more

I usually go to Nina..but Nina is currently in Vietnam. I made an appointment like I usually do online and got Katie as my nail tech..she was so meticulous and did such a great job. I could tell she took her time and cared about how my nails turned out. She was so good I asked if she could do my pedicure too if she had some time. She did have time. I don't enjoy or even like leaving negative reviews, but this experience at Kitchen Nail Bar on Brokaw Road was really disappointing. I paid $70 for a regular gel pedicure, which is already on the expensive side, so I expected good service and attention to detail. During the pedicure, the technician started the 5-minute massage timer, but instead of actually massaging for the full time, she began cleaning up the station and organizing tools while the timer was running. The massage barely happened, which completely defeats the purpose of timing it. If you're going to advertise or time a 5-minute massage, the customer should actually receive five minutes of massage, not watch the technician multitask while the clock runs down. For the price, the service just didn't match the expectation. Unfortunately, this experience makes it hard for me to justify coming back, therefore, I won't be making a return to Kitchen Nail Bar. read more

I've only been to the Blossom Hill location and wasn't impressed because my gel nails came off two days after I had gotten it done. But I chose to try out the Brokaw location with my SIL and had a much better experience. We made an appointment for a Friday afternoon with Kayla and Talia. Kayla did my SIL's manicure and Talia did my pedicure. I was under the impression that Talia was going to do my mani too but I was passed on to Nina, who did an amazing job as well. We both got some 3D gel design on our nails (not sure what the name of it is lol). I had a chrome base on my nails and my SIL did French tip. Price is quite on the higher side though. They offer a slight discount if you pay in cash. read more

Not sure they do semi stick, but the manicures range from $29-104. You can attempt to walk in, but appointments are highly encouraged. They also do a really great job at reminders 2 weeks after your appointment.

The nails themselves aren't even done well!

You can definitely tell that the owners put a lot of love and care into their salon decor. Everything looks absolutely lovely. The Kitchen Nail Bar salon itself provides such a luxurious, lovely, and relaxing experience. This is hands down the BEST pedicure experience I've ever had and I have literally tried TONS of places so that's saying a lot. lol. (However I will say it's a bit pricey but if price doesn't matter to you, it's so worth it) lol. I also really like how they have hot tea and other beverages available during the service. I enjoyed a nice green tea that helped me relax even more. :) Side note: the parking lot here is very busy and packed. However finding parking is definitely doable. Just be careful in the parking lot because cars don't seem too mindful of pedestrians.

She's so gentle and always checks in to make sure you're comfortable. I've had pedicures in the past where the tech was a little rough or even nicked me, so I really appreciate how careful and thoughtful she is. She makes the whole experience relaxing instead of stressful. I honestly can't recommend them enough. They're both so talented, and I'll definitely keep booking with them!

First of, her studio is COZY. She offers coffee, matcha, or water during your service (some at a charge). She will decorate seasonally and it's just a vibe. If you don't like chatting, she has a huge tv playing behind her and will let you put on whatever show you like. Second, her attention to detail and being a perfectionist is something I appreciate when it comes to my nails. She is not only worried about the outcome but overall nail health. I have seen my nails become so strong overtime and just trust her opinion. I have NEVER had my gel lift or peel w Audrey, which is why I came to her in the first place. I am a new mom who is active and working so I am hard on my nails. Third, pricing is fair! I have been to other Russian studios that kind of operate like a normal nail salon now :/ in and out w and a lack of quality in my opinion. They are always very friendly and accommodating for a walk-in appointment. The salon is hygienic and clean. They also have a very nice selection of gel polish colors, especially cateye colors. I recently had an ingrown toenail (my first ever in 33 years) after my latest visit but the owner was quick to help communicate this with the nail tech doing my pedicure so it doesn't happen again. This made me feel very understood and respected as a regular customer here. The owner also tries to remember the regulars at the salon and always offer a warm welcoming, which is very nice of her. They offer a discount for cash payments, but also accept Venmo (even for tips) while credit card has a small charge. I think their prices are very reasonable and definitely cheaper than the last salon I went to before switching to Pedi Nail Lounge. There is a large shared parking lot in front so plenty of parking nearby. I also like that there is a coffee shop (Blvd coffee), food spot (Chispiro's) and Lucky Grocery store right next door that makes the location extremely convenient for me. 5/5 , definitely recommend if you're looking for a new nail salon
