Tell me why my nails came out to be $45? (I tipped $5 totalling $50). Did they charge me for the length or something because I was never told that but it was partly my fault too since I didn't ask. But where did the price come from? The cost for the shape? Well certainly the shape doesn't look like the skinny coffin I wanted. I am never coming back here again. They keep moving you around from one seat to another. It's like there's no value to you. Whatever happened to customer service. The man doing my nails kept ask me what I want. Shape color. Design. Diamond everything. I said ok let me think for a second while your shaping them. HE WOULD NOT LET ME THINK!!! He kept talking and talking and it felt like he was doing it on purpose or trying to be funny. Regardless. I politely asked him to stop so I can figure it out. And he still wouldn't. So I said "I can not think if you keep talking to me". So I asked him to make my nails medium short and square. He made them soooo short. It bothered me but I said whatever it's ok. After he's done shaping he moves me to the coloring lady. Now I'm not a pro but I do know that nail polish generally goes on the whole nail. This lady was in such a rush she missed the bottoms and corners. Then guess what happened. Oh yea. I GET MOVED again to the designs lady. (Which is another wait btw) I told the man in charge and he called the lady who did my nail polish. I told her I was not happy with the way she colored then and she said NOTHING. JUST STARED AT ME. did not even offer to fix it. I got so frustrated I just said forget this. I got up. And paid my bill. The boss gave me a $5 discount for a design I never got. So it wasn't really a discount. I told him I'm never coming here again. And the nerve of this guy to whisper under his break "we offer to fix". NO! Nobody offered to fix. Your employee just stared at me like I'm crazy! Anyways. Save your money go somewhere else. read more

My friend and I decided to come here because of the number of great reviews we saw. Luckily, we booked appointments for a Tuesday afternoon which was perfect because it wouldn't be packed. When we got there, we were immediately seated and asked to pick our colors. Me, being super indecisive, took forever and although it felt a little rushed they were happy to change my color last minute, which i appreciated. The place is definitely a rotation system from what i saw but since I wanted basic coffin acrylic nails, i stayed with one person and that was Jenny. She was a very nice lady and did my nails really well. We made conversation once in a while and i didn't feel awkward at all. The only problem was that i asked her for short coffin nails but they turned out a little too long for my hand, but other than that, she was very sweet about fixing little things i saw and asked me how they were turning out every once in a while. Overall, my nails turned out AMAZING and am so so happy with the results. The customer service itself was great. The owner asked me if i liked my nails and referred me to the best nail shapers he had for a future reference. The workers themselves were funny because they were joking around with one another. The atmosphere wasn't awkward at all. I was in and out of that place in one short hour. Fastest, but most efficent service ever! My nails turned out to be $30. ($25 acrylic, $5 coffin shape). MOST AFFORDABLE PRICE EVER. Thank you for not charging extra for the sparkly nails, also!! I will definitely be back. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR GREAT QUALITY NAILS! read more

I use to go here all the time with my sister and the workers were great and our nails were always good an they didn't rush. I recently started going back an i had angelina do my first set and i loved them, i went back and got a fill from two different people one took the polish off an the other painted the new color on and i was literally in there maybe 20 minutes and they were horrible. The color coat was way too light and she didn't fix the shape of my nails or anything. I went in today to try an see angelina again an give it one more try since i really did use to love coming here and they refused me because my daughter was with me. I'm sorry but just because you don't know my name is not a reason to refuse me. Every time i've came before there are little girls getting their nails painted or sitting waiting for their moms and you know the mothers names. So just because you don't know my name your going to refuse my service and look at me like "what the F" can i help you with look. This nail salon has lost my service! I've come in a few times for simple manicures, but today I actually asked for a design. If you're walking in, ask for Sandy. She was a sweet lady who shaped my nails perfectly. Often times I feel like I have to go home and refine the shape because salons don't spend enough time on the filing, but Sandy made sure they were not only uniform but there wasn't any stuff left behind UNDERneath the nail. I initially just wanted to remove my old gel x manicure from somewhere else, but I was persuaded to get a manicure too. After showing her a reference photo, she offered some tweaks to keep the design within my budget while still looking cute. She did my nails like she was doing her own nails. With lots of care and attention to detail. This salon is a very typical Viet nail shop, so please be kind to the ladies if you cannot speak Viet. I've never been here before but Instagram & Facebook people are posting up their work everywhere! Don started on my nails ... Very nice man ! & funny too. Boss lady was awesome , she was so respectful to us ... Me and my friend were waiting for queenie to design our nails & she got us water and felt bad that we waited long & kept apologizing . That's how you should act as a boss ! There was a particular worker that wasn't so respectful .. Think his name is Andy .. Well anyways, queenie had finished with my nails so she moved me over to an empty seat to wait for someone to put gel on my nails and out of no where, Andy (I think, he had glasses looked kinda old ) walks past me & utters out loud , " can someone work on this girl , she's just sitting here on her phone , someone finish her up so she can leave !" EXTREMELY RUDE and Racist! The manager is rude and disrespects the customers when they are not satisfied with the service that they are paying for. A good manager would simply value their customers and try to make them as happy as possible. The manager also argues back and forth with customers via instagram, not professional at all. Yes, the prices are cheap; but the customer service is horrible. The manager has anger problems. The workers at this nail salon think it is ok to disrespect their customers. If you read he reviews a lot of people have been complaining about how rude the manager and the employees are. If it was not for the customers then this business wouldn't be anything, we make this place popular therefore they need to respect us. I'm also reporting this place to the Better Business Bureau. Had to get my nails done for the annual family Thanksgiving pow wow!!! I was immediately greeted by Steve!!! He was super sweet and so is his wife Snow, who did my Shellac Color nails. It is very rare to find a nail salon that has someone that speaks perfect English to greet and help you make a decision because I am so bad deciding for myself. I think they are the new owners, because I have not experience such great customer service in the past. I didn't see the airbrush lady, that is always so rude and loud! Everyone seems more relax and pleasant. Snow was extremely thorough and gentle with my nails, unlike many other tech and places that I have gotten done with b4... Came here yesterday. The service was good but the quality of their work is bad. I got a gel set with white tips. My nails aren't as wide but once they finished. It looks very wide and uneven compared to my other hand. I chose 2 3D designs which took them forever to do because the lady kept messing up so I kept asking her to redo it. When the designs were done. It looked okay.. Not as pretty as other places I've been to. Only a day went by and one nail is starting to come off already. the price is cheap and affordable but now I know why.. This was the 3rd time I came here. All 3 times it didn't look very nice. I kept going back thinking that maybe the next person I choose would be better but all their work seems the same. It sucks! I have FINALLY found my regular, go-to nail place. First of all, no one can compete with the excellent prices offered here. You will not burn a giant hole in your pocket. Secondly, the quality of work is outstanding for the price you pay. I'm extremely picky and exact with how I like my nails done and Steve and the ladies will listen and accomodate you until you are satisfied. They don't make you feel awkward or that you're taking up their time either, they just want you to get exactly what you want. That's huge for me. Queenie gave me exactly what I asked for and does amazing designs, Tina was a sweetheart and gave me a precise, well-done manicure, and Steve is very professional and accomodating. A friend recommended me to this place. When I got here, it looked just like all the other asian nail salons. I walked in and I was surprised at how busy they were on a Friday afternoon. There was one seat left at the pedi station so I got service right away. There were a lot of workers there and some were just sitting around and chatting with each other. The prices are really cheap. $16 bucks for my pedi and I added flowers for an additional $5 because the pedi was already so cheap. They do the whole leg massage thing and they even massage your shoulders which I refused. The lady that helped me was really nice. Overall I had a pretty good experience. This nail salon is managed by an arrogant prick. I waited, with a number, for two hours while they shuffles people around and lied to me several times about the order of which people came in. The time of my wait kept extending. Then I was finally sat down at a station where the NAIL TECHNICIAN WAS ON HIS F***** LUNCH!!!! Then he just shrugged his shoulders when I yelled at hi m in front of the very busy nail salon. I also stopped two people walking in and told them before they could even get tok the door. As soon as you walk in it is very overwhelming, The guy at the entrance grabbed my hand and placed a numbered sticker on it. He then told me to sit and wait.. the salon was packed. Very fast paced environment. I felt very rushed to choose my nail shape and color. The technician didn't really ask me what I wanted she did her own thing. it felt like I was in a factory assembly line. Not relaxing at all! i don't think i'd ever come back as I want to enjoy my nail service in a calm and relaxing environment. One last thing I didn't like is that I kept being passed around from technician to technician very uncomfortable having to keep moving from one chair to another. VERY CHAOTIC!!!! read more

Not only is she super creative and talented, but she's also very gentle and always makes sure I get exactly what I want. She's in high demand, so I recommend getting there early to snag her. I did my nails with Mai this past Wednesday and she did an amazing job . She did exactly what I asked for and in a timely Manner . Been living out here for a few months now and was very nervous to try a new nail place. After going on yelp, most places out here seemed a little sketchy until I came across Color Nails. I have gone here three times now and have never left disappointed. The salon is huge which is nice, most of the time you are able to walk right in. The owner I believe it is can be a little aggressive at times, but this place is great. I made an appointment request on yelp at 10PM the night before and Susan messaged me an hour later (11PM) confirming my appointment the for the next day! That already was great customer service, I didn't expect to hear from her until the next day! When I went in, all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was seated right away, and the whole session only took about an hour for a full set of acrylics with designs--which is amazing considering how detailed the work was. I always have such a great experience here! I usually go to Ivy for my acrylics and shaping, and she seriously never disappoints. The shape and form always come out exactly how I want them, and I trust her with my nails every time. For designs, Trish (Be) is amazing! Whenever I have a specific set in mind, I just show her an inspiration picture and she can recreate it so well. I returned to Color Nails today to see Anh again and was pleasantly surprised. I was seated right away and offered drinks while I waited for Anh to come over. As expected, she did an amazing job on my fill and even fixed the shape from my previous set. The designs were affordable, and I really appreciated the discount they offered as a customer service gesture. They have a full wall of polishes plus a basket of DND gel swatches to flip through, so you'll definitely find what you're looking for (the hard part is choosing!). They're popular and get booked out, so I highly recommend calling ahead to make an appointment. They also accept Venmo, which is SO convenient if you don't carry cash or just want a quick checkout. Still nothing fancy here and the inside is a little outdated and dingy, but I like coming here because they do a great job at cuticle care and really digging into the skin on the sides of my nails and scraping everything off. I don't get massage or oils or callus care so I can't speak to that, but even with the basic gel pedicure I get, my gel lasts a really long time due to the prep. No frills, the techs probably won't try to talk to you, and aside from the music it's kind of quiet inside. I lowkey don't even feel comfortable having a conversation with my dad when he's getting a pedi next to me that's the vibe inside.

I got my gel pedicure done yesterday, and already the polish fell off one of my toes.. I got nicked on the left side of the big toe, and I know that can happen sometimes. I didn't like the fact that I needed to ask for Neosporin to be applied. I feel like it's common sense to apply antibiotic on a cut before applying any polish, especially since the whole left side of the nail was trailed with blood. I do appreciate the owner I think, on helping me out on that. As of this morning, the cut was still bleeding, and I had to clean it again and wrap in bandage. Lastly, the application and work on the nails themselves were sloppy. I did ask for a correction, but I noticed the others still weren't even afterwards. At that point, I decided it was best to go to another salon afterwards since it was clear that the technician simply didn't have the skill set. As you can see in the photos - French tip smeared on a nail, tips in terms of length were uneven in thickness,a couple of toes were lop sided, and the gel polish wasn't evenly applied so the polish looked splotchy. Currently typing out this review as I'm getting it corrected in another salon. I don't have any interest in returning, even if a correction is offered. With the amount of positive ratings listed here, I think retraining should be done with technicians to make sure quality of services are equal for all. Left a 10% tip as a nod towards the woman who helped with the Neosporin.
