Took good care of my boys. Much more affordable than most vets we go to and so friendly.

He is barely out of his puppy year so he was shy and scared but they were very gentle with him. They even trimmed his nails. I could hear everyone swooning over him in the back room because he is a handsome fellow. He survived his stitches and found a fan club.....and we appreciated that staff were very kind and gentle with our silly boy.

I won't be returning to this clinic after what happened to my dog. He's a healthy 4-year-old with…read moreno history of medical issues or aggression--he's registered with the AKC, comes from a strong bloodline, and has been seen by vets regularly without incident. During a routine nail trim, he became so distressed that he urinated and defecated on himself and ultimately stopped breathing. I wasn't present, so I'm relying entirely on what I was told--which makes the situation even more concerning. Based on what I understand, things escalated after they attempted to muzzle him, despite him never having shown aggression. That should have been a clear signal to pause and reassess, not push forward. When I tried to ask Dr.Regetz what happened, I was met with short, defensive answers. Any attempt to ask reasonable questions was treated as combative, and I was hung up on without getting any real clarity. Since Dr. Kenny left, this clinic has gone downhill in terms of professionalism and care. I no longer feel confident in their ability to safely handle animals, nor do I trust their communication or judgment. I strongly urge others to consider a different provider. I was understandably upset and just wanted answers. Dr. Regetz was immediately defensive, treating my questions like attacks. She even said, "You weren't here--I'm the one who had to bring your dog back from the brink of death," as if I should feel bad for her. That response only made me more concerned about how this was handled. It did NOT have to get to that point any reasonable person would have stopped before it did.

We are very disappointed in this vet especially since they came highly recommend by a friend…read more We've been taking our 2 dogs to this vet for just better than a year and have spent more in there than we care to think about. The normal receptionist we've dealt with seems disorganized, not overly personable & at times downright rude (unless you're someone she knows by name). In our experience, the veterinary assistants seem to be the best thing going for this place. They have always been a joy to deal with, unfortunately we've heard them get talked down to right in front of us. We expect a Vet to help us understand what's going on with our pets and educate us. Even when we ask to have something explained here the Vets have basically blown us off or just handed us a brochure. One time after spending +/- $165 on bloodwork the Vet came in and said "okay, her bloodwork looks good"... no explanation, no offer to email the bloodwork, just that it's okay. On another occasion our dogs were administered shots that we hadn't agreed to nor even discussed. Our final experience with this office was the experience of waiting on hold for over 5 minutes just to speak with reception. Thanks, but no thanks, we'll take our dogs and our business somewhere where we'll be appreciated.

Dr. Grenoble and his staff acted quickly and compassionately, recognizing how critical her condition was. They stabilized her, provided exceptional care, and even followed up after she was discharged to check on her recovery. I truly believe that if they had not acted as swiftly and professionally as they did, my sweet Raven would not be here today. I am incredibly grateful for the care, expertise, and kindness they showed during one of the scariest moments I've ever experienced. Thank you for saving my baby.

Drive 40 min up there, didn't have meds ready just charged us $40 for a written prescription that the pharmacy doesn't carry, called back asking them to refill it. They called back apologized said they would have the refill ready this evening. My husband drives 40 min again to-we can't give you the meds until you bring the prescription back (not telling me this on the phone this morning) so now driving 40 min there and back home 2 times with no meds. Will not be going back and do not recommend this place! They make it impossible to get meds elsewhere and they do not respect your time!

I took my dog Luke there last night, originally for his first checkup but turned into a sick visit. First off we were greeted the moment we walked thru the door. We were given our paper work and seen almost immediately after completing everything. I am mad I didn't get anyone's name because I was so overwhelmed with my puppies diagnosis but they should know who they are. The One thing I appreciated the most was they explained everything so I could understand, and their patience was great. It was a lot to comprehend and they gave me options to review. I was getting worried because it was the end of the day and I'm sure it was past their time to leave but they didn't rush or pressure me to make a decision quickly. They took great care of Luke and sent us home feeling hopeful. I also spoke to the staff this morning and they checked up on his condition, answered any more questions I had and reassured me things are going well and how they should. I am so glad I chose this vet to bring my baby.

I came in this morning to see if I get the medicine refill and they said no I would have to make an appointment to have her looked at. I said that bring her in for the same thing every year and nothing is ever found out. I will now have to pay an office visit plus testing and then the medicine. This place is unbelievable. They do the same test every year and come back with nothing. This place is just about money and not the animals or the people. Maybe this is why the parking lot was empty this morning
