The view overlooking the lake from the hotel is so nice and peaceful especially in the evening. I also took advantage of the amenities and kayaked on the lake, which was fun. Honestly, I would have given this place a 5/5 if it weren't for the giant cockroach I accidentally stepped on in the kitchen on my last night. It was late at night and I ended up having to smother it with dish soap because it was huge. I also found a dead centipede curled up. I think the issue is that the door cracks aren't fully sealed (there was a gap at the bottom of the front door), so it makes it very easy for critter to come in even if they keep the suite clean. Not to mention, if you stay at the resort, you are allotted a one hour early entry into the park. We arrived around lunchtime and were able to check into our room. We were a little surprised, but very grateful for the opportunity to drop our bags before we headed to the pool. We were placed on the seventh floor and got off the elevator to the cleanest hallway. I've ever walked down in a hotel before. Granted, the hotel is very new, but it felt very new. We walked into our very well lit room facing the pool. There were two queen beds and again one thing that I noticed, it was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and it came with a fridge as well. We quickly had it down to the pool where we spent most of our time. The water was warm in the pool was also clean. There were a lot of umbrellas for those that want shade and seating in general. Underwater, there is music playing, which we thought was a cool touch. We ended up staying late into the evening where they played a movie for kids. They also had football playing at the galaxy bar, too. The staff was kind and attentive. They were quick to help us with anything we needed, which was very little. We ended up having breakfast at the café downstairs and enjoyed it. This is definitely a five star for us. It's inexpensive and convenient. It's clean and quiet.

The best part about this hotel is that it is located literally 5-10 minutes walking distance from Epic Universe. All you need to do is cross one street that actually does not see very much traffic and boom you're at the front gates! But, the hotel itself is also dazzling and new. I ended up staying in a room with a theme park view and we were very comfortable. We even came back to the room midday and took a nap, so we really took advantage of the proximity. I'd love to stay here again. My only caution is that rates can get very high if you book near October due to HHN. But that would be the case regardless of hotel booked.

She is happy to reply to questions and accommodate however she can. Since it's a newly renovated townhouse everything is new, which is nice. Pots and pans aren't scratched up. The townhouse itself is modern and nice, but not great for very small children. The owner welcomes kids and even has a high chair and plastic dish ware but the stairs are steep and uncarpeted(this wasn't false advertising, just wanted to let people know), dangerous for little legs. It would be great with older kids for sure! My review reflects the overall experience of staying at the place. The surrounding area is a little trashy. The Regal Oaks isn't really regal. The neighbors spend their afternoons fixing cars and smoking cigarettes on their stoops. They are perfectly nice but i hate cigarettes. When you walk around you notice everyone has reinforced door locks(I felt safe until i noticed that even though i have no reason to think these extra locks were needed ). And there is trash strewn around from the raccoons at night, one of which made it to the pool so the water slide was closed down to be cleaned and shocked. The pool water is a little murky looking and both my son and I developed a slight rash while we were there that disappeared after a week so it wasn't serious. We aren't sure if it was the pool or a sensitivity to detergent. The great perk is that it's really close to Disney and you can walk to "Old Town", which is also trashy but fun. There is a decent pizza place there too! If you aren't on air bnb and want to stay here, you can go directly through Regal Oaks and find different rentals there through them and don't have to worry about the air bnb process. It's perfect for older families(my father in law loved it) or young adults who want to be near Disney, a resort and in walking distance to some bars.

No follow-up, no alternative offered. By the final day of our stay, a large roach had made an appearance in the room. When I brought it to the hotel's attention, again -- nothing was done. To be fair, the front desk staff were mostly friendly and approachable, which I appreciated. And the complimentary made-to-order breakfast voucher redeemable in their banquet hall each morning was a genuine highlight -- a thoughtful touch that stood out. This hotel has good bones. The concept is there. But the infrastructure, cleanliness standards, and staffing are in serious need of investment and accountability. Until then, I'd look elsewhere for your Orlando stay.

The Seven Eagles villas are like townhomes, much like a Marriott stay, with fully stocked kitchen and more spacious than a hotel room. Ours in the H building had the weirdest triangle shaped bathtub in the master. I would opt for buildings A through F for the best view of Palmer Course. Plenty of guest parking if had a rental or you can rent golf cart for about $125 a day. With at least four options for restaurants, was disappointed during our stay, only two seemed to be open. First day we had lunch at Traditions overlooking the 9th hole of the Nicklaus Course. Breakfast at The Clubhouse was great with Van as our server. Food selections were pretty good. The Lobby serves bar food and has a sushi menu. My favorite item is the Guamuchilito Roll. So good I ordered two. The Reunion Resort will serve up nothing up but manners, class and a memorable time. So you can stay in your own lane happy, moisturized (sunscreen) and undisturbed.
