The prices are decent- mainly outlet prices which include 10-20% and up to 70% depending on the stores you visit. They will have the prices displayed. You can always ask an employee. I've been here when it's super quiet, and I've also had to wait in line just to get inside--it really depends on timing. I've found everything from Lilly Pulitzer pieces to great clothing, accessories, and Disney bags. It can be hit or miss, but when you score, it's worth it.
