During my most recent visit, I was charged $110 before tip for an overlay, cat-eye polish, and a simple design. The receptionist broke down the charges as $40 for cat-eye, $25 for the design, and $15 for chrome. The chrome charge only appeared after I questioned the total, which made me feel like additional fees were being added to justify the price. I genuinely believe I was overcharged because I requested Brenda. To put it into perspective, the customer sitting next to me paid only slightly more but had significantly longer nails and a much more intricate design. Because of this experience, I strongly recommend asking for a complete price breakdown before sitting down for service. This business has potential, but inconsistent pricing and poor customer service at the front desk will hurt its reputation if not addressed.
