Do not go here. I have never felt more unwelcome in a salon. The staff frequently talk about others in front of clients and even about the clients themselves. A stylist my family has visited for 5+ years has become increasingly rude over time. The receptionist and another stylist in the adjacent room have consistently unprofessional attitudes, making the environment exhausting and uncomfortable. I recommend looking elsewhere--there are plenty of salons where your loyalty is valued and you're treated with respect. read more

Yvette is so professional and great at what she does. I have been coming to her places of business for over 15 years and she has helped me to achieve healthy hair. I go to her to change hair colors, haircuts every 3 months and Brazilian Blowouts, etc. I feel beautiful every time I leave her chair and everybody compliments me on my hair everywhere I go because it is so bouncy and radiant. She has prescribed hair products and hair tools to me so I can keep up with my hair styles and colors. This salon is Trendy, clean , relaxing , friendly. Parking lot is terrible , I highly recommend to come earlier , I had to drove in circles to find a parking spot which took me 10 mins I barely walk in the salon at 1058 my appointment was at 11. My nail Tech was Kim I been to her before but a reason I can't remember I stop going to her, decided to give it another try it's been over 5 years since I seen her. She must of remember because she wasn't that friendly at first she was Standish it was awkward, it was a force conversation. When she did my pedi she started to more friendlier an that made my pedi start in good vibes. She did my gels an pedi . $35 for gels $55 for spa pedi Let's go on the positive review The pedi was amazing , usually I want to laugh when anyone touches my feet , but with Kim I did not laugh I was so relax a calm I could of just feel asleep. You get a sugar scrub an a massage an she uses a lotion while she massage. She did awesome job on my toes . At first I thought $55 for a spa Pedi was expensive but wanted to try it, but she really good it was worth it. Buts it's unfortunate that I can not go back to her , her lotion or scrub has a ingredient that irritated my skin. I have really sensitive skin, I have eczema . My gel nails was okay , I had better done before, she was having issues with my nails the polish wouldn't stay on , she had to go Over it couple times an even ask if I used oil before I came to my appointment. The two nails she had issues with peel off after 4 days. . I highly recommend the spa pedi , it's worth the $55 an a bonus you go into a quiet area an listen to spa music it's so relaxing their set up in the spa area looks like it came out of a magazine. read more

My first visit to this salon started off warm and nice and it was a quiet atmosphere. I was recommended the hair stylist Julia for best hair color so I booked an appointment with her. She was sweet and seemed to understand everything you told her. I came in wanting chocolate brown hair color from dark brown/black hair so she tested out a strand to bleach and it worked so we assumed all was good. Yet I had thought my hair was virgin but used (without my knowledge) permanent henna in my hair and so she didn't know that until we bleached and colored my hair. After that, we knew that my hair was in fact not virgin and it was of course not successful; we carried on to redo it. I paid her around $100 for the first time. Then I came back in for the 2nd time to recolor it chocolate brown. She did a toner and put the color in and it didn't work yet again. It was horrifying and she didn't seem like she knew what she was doing and lacked knowledge with hair coloring that she had another hair stylist Lisa (who had ruined my sisters hair previously) come in and tell her what to do. My hair was splotchy with 3 different colors and it looked fried. I told her I didn't want any red tones and she kept saying she had to if I wanted chocolate brown. She looked defeated yet made me pay her another $70-something for this awful job. I was so upset and she didn't care. I would not recommend this salon for my experience and previous experiences with family members. Julia and Lisa aren't professional and don't know what they're doing. 've been going to Lisa Hernandez at Via Bella for the last several years. She is ALWAYS amazing. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and always on point with your hair. You will leave the salon with super healthy soft hair and feeling so beautiful! I also want to add she's GREAT with kids-- My daughters are both super shy. One of which was terrified to get her hair trimmed (she was 4 at the time and had a SEVERE meltdown at the mention of it). Lisa had the patience of an angel with her. We were able to get her hair trimmed without so much as one single tear (considering that child screams like a banshee when I brush her hair I was amazed). If you call for a hair appointment and are scheduled with Lisa Hernandez, here's what you can expect: 1. A call from her an hour before your scheduled appointment asking you to come in an hour later. When you show up an hour later like she asked, she's still 20 minutes late and offers no apologies. She won't be slammed with clients as you would expect after being asked to come in later, but she'll tell you she was running errands around town. 2. If you ask for rich brown color, you'll go home with orange. When you text her to correct the color, she'll tell you to come in, but will be rude and unapologetic for her bad work. 3. When you go in to correct the color, she'll "tone" it with an ash color and then do something to make it red. Burgundy, actually. Again, she'll continue to be rude and unapologetic. But you're used to it at this point. 4. After you dry it at home, you'll tell her that it's not at all what you wanted and you'll have to get it fixed elsewhere. You expect a refund for the terrible service. She'll respond saying that you're lucky she was nice and didn't charge you for the color correction (remember, she originally screwed up your hair, and she had to correct her own mistake) and she would not refund you. 5. In between all that she'll tell you it was your fault and in general lack even one ounce of customer service. You'll leave there wondering how such a highly rated salon like Villa Bella would allow a "stylist" like this to represent their brand. read more

No complaints about salon itself, very nice. My complaint is I have been going to certain hairdresser for about a year. I have thin hair and all I had her do was partial highlight and cut and blow. I did not need cut this time and I prefer to blow out my own hair. I was told by her that it was 45 for cut and 45 for partial highlights. I paid her 100. Cash each time. Frankly I never liked the cut which was her waving the scissors over my head and definitely hated the blow out. But rather than piss off the hairdresser I kept quiet. Last appt. I said I only want partial highlights and nothing more. She charged me $10 less! Seriously, for putting 15 foils in my head. I paid it unhappily but will not go back. Feel I was taken advantage of because I was expecting to pay half for half the services. Left with wet hair and am happy to be gone. Her Instagram photos are definitely reflective of the work she can do. She took her time on my hair and did exactly what I asked for.
