I cannot say enough nice things about this pet hospital. My cat needed his anal glands expressed…read more I'm new to the area so I don't have a vet yet. Even though it wasn't urgent, my little guy was in discomfort and they got me in with a vet tech the very next day. I appreciated that they cared and made it a priority. When I arrived, I was greeted right away. They asked about Bagheera (my kitty) and brought him a calming pheromone blanket to cover his cat carrier while we waited. Once we were brought to the exam room, the employee laid out some cat treats for Bagheera and let him get settled. Everybody genuinely wanted him to be as comfortable and stress-free as possible. There was even a pheromone plug-in in the exam room. After a short wait, Erin and another vet tech arrived to express his glands. I've seen uneasy videos of this procedure, and he's had it done once before. It wasn't anything like that during this visit. One tech held him snug while the other was gentle and efficient. And it was done! Bagheera didn't make a peep. Everybody who interacted with me seemed like a sincere animal lover. I could tell everyone cared and enjoyed what they do. I will definitely be coming back for any future vet needs. They even treat reptiles in addition to cats and dogs. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Baggy!

I originally supported this clinic b/c I assumed it was Woman owned & run..instead these are cruel, humanoid devoid of empathy or common decency. AVOID THIS CLINIC WITH ALL AWARENESS!!!

We had been visiting Bend for two days, and my blind senior dog got sick with bloody diarrhea. My…read morefriend in town recommended this clinic to us, and when they heard what was happening, they were able to squeeze us into their busy day. They called us the next day to check in us, and Bailey was improving. When she went back to her original kibble a week later, though, she started vomiting, so I called the clinic again, and we made a plan to put her back on the special diet and bring her back in if she hadn't improved. She did improve so we canceled the second visit. A month later and after just finishing the cans of special diet, we think she is on the mend. We have a follow up at home in two days, but we are so appreciative of the vets and staff here who helped us.

This clinic completely neglected my dog's health and tried to gaslight me about his medical history, even though it is explicitly documented in their own records. Ignored Symptoms & Documentation: On 08/17/2026, I called the clinic specifically reporting that my dog's ears were getting worse and that his eye was now affected as well. Their own task notes confirm this exact phone call. Contradictory Treatments: After an initial visit where he was given steroids without antibiotics (which caused his issues to flare), subsequent visits failed to properly address the secondary infection spreading to his eye. Denying Their Own Notes: When I called back regarding ongoing discharge, the clinic claimed on 09/09/2026 that I had never mentioned his eye previously and that it must have "just happened" to force another paid visit. However, their SOAP notes from 08/26/2026 also clearly document my reports regarding his left eye discharge starting right after the steroids. They repeatedly dismissed clear symptoms, failed to provide appropriate ongoing care, and tried to deny what is plainly written in their own patient files. I would never trust them with an animal again.
