LOVE THIS. 2) He replaced a wooden beam seamlessly in my pergola. Way too difficult for me to do. And now I know who to go to if another beam doesn't hold up in this Colorado weather. I've uploaded the photo -- it's seamless. While the big projects will get attention, I appreciated that he quoted out and delivered rapidly on a number of nagging things for me. Off the top of my head, he: 1) repaired fence gate that had slipped over the year (huge PITA for me, but swiftly done), 2) repaired a few air vents, 3) rewired a light switch, 4) replaced some light fixtures, etc. Considering his very fair pricing, he will be my go-to for projects around the house. I researched and got quotes from other handymen. Don't let his lack of reviews scare you. I called a number of his references and the guy knows what he is doing.
