I accidentally curbed one of the wheels on my Tesla Model Y in a drive-thru and was pretty bummed about it. After looking around for mobile wheel repair in the Livermore area, I found Colormetics and reached out to Mark. He responded quickly, had me text a couple photos of the damage, and gave me a clear quote right away. He came out to my house and repaired the wheel right at my driveway. The whole process took about 30-45 minutes and the result is incredible -- I honestly can't tell where the curb rash was. Mark was professional, friendly, and clearly knows what he's doing. The color match on the wheel is perfect and the finish looks factory again. If you're in the Tri-Valley and need wheel repair, I would absolutely recommend Colormetics. Super convenient, fair pricing, and excellent work.

Fiancé and I accidentally gave our car a curb rash last Thursday and contacted Mark the same day for a repair. He was so fast to respond and also flexible with the time and location he could meet us at. We paid $129 to have one tire fixed and while I'm not sure if that's great value since I've never had this type of service done before, we were really happy with the results! Mark was extremely accommodating and made our rim look brand new. We also inquired with him about a windshield repair since we had a small crack from a rock but he told us that the fix wouldn't help much. To me, this showed that he wasn't just in it for the money but also to genuinely help his customers. We highly recommend his service and would go to him again if we needed his help.

I agreed to save some money and go to him Concierge style service way beyond what I expected After agreeing to fast estimate ( pictures of entire wheel damage) Appointment was set and I was texted directions to park in local auto dealer parking ( jaguar) owner then introduced himself. I was escorted to luxury showroom waiting area complete with bagels and espresso ( free) what? Random salesman was very familiar with Colormetics and stated he contracts with tons of dealers and really takes care of his customers After waiting exactly estimated time I checked carefully and was surprised that I couldn't tell where damage used to be I'm glad to see a hard working guy be successful and get some recognition and it sure beats buying a new wheel I just show the before picture because the after looks brand new

All I can say is WOW! If you value your car and want it to stay in top condition, Mark is the only person you should call. I was frustrated seeing the damage on my wheels, especially after paying so much for the car. Mark transformed all four of my tires to look brand new--it's as if the damage never happened. I've had wheel repair done in the past from other mobile wheel repair guys, the work has always been good, but I could always distinguish where on the wheel the repair was made. Not a big deal, because it wouldn't be noticeable to most. Well... I have to commend Mark for doing an amazing job, I couldn't tell at all where the original damage was. After his repair work, my wheel looks new, like the damage never occurred in the first place. Due to a moment of mind lapse, I scrape the wheels on my brand new Lexus RX350h and got some bad curb rash on the passenger side wheels. Replacement is not realistic. I felt I had to write this after seeing all the 5 star reviews here. My experience was disappointing from the start. This was PDR insurance claim but Mark was a completely unprofessional and I would give zero stars for customer service. It was a hassle to just trying to send him photos via text and email, he kept insisting that he never received them. I understand technical issues can happen but blaming the customer for his tech problems and speaking in a demeaning tone as if he were doing me a favor, made this a bad experience. After several back and forth he somehow managed to get the photos, only to show up and say the damage wasn't repairable . What a complete waste of my time. read more

Mark did a great job removing rim rash on my 2024 CRV. Called him and he said he worked out of Livermore, but will come out to you for an extra $29 dollars. He gave me a good price and I told him I lived in Walnut Creek. He said that he would be coming this way to a shop he uses and that would save me a trip and the $29 travel fee. I was impressed that he made that time available on a busy day to help me out! Super good guy that does excellent work. Looks like new. If you live in Walnut Creek or the surrounding area,I think you would be hard pressed to find better service from a nicer guy than Mark at Colormetics. read more

They were able to identify the screw in my tire when another place, which I will leave unnamed, couldn't. They were also able to deal with my tire lock without the key (my family has two of the same type of cars and the key was with the other car). They worked around the lock at one visit, and broke it off (with my permission) on another in order to get me back in the road in a timely fashion. The time when they worked around the lock was in 2024, and I paid about $45. The time when they had to break the lock was a year later and I paid about $75. I especially appreciate their professionalism and ability to not talk down to female customers, which sadly a lot of auto shops still do, even in 2025. Definitely recommend!

I had Mr Dent come by my house midday to fix a dent in my car's hood. The dent occurred through the…read morePPF applied to the hood, so I didn't need any paint repair -- paintless dent repair would suffice. I enjoyed being able to get a quote and schedule the visit with Mr Dent all via text messages. That worked well. Mr Dent arrived at the agreed upon time and quickly set to work on my car. The dent was a small one -- fingertip-sized -- and Mr Dent was able to completely eliminate it! I'd sent him an initial photo of the damage via text for a quote (the same image attached here) and he quoted 80% improvement was likely. Well, I call the repair 100%. It's great! Of course, there's still damage to the PPF, but that's the point: it saves the paint. I'll probably replace the PPF after a few more snags and dings on the protective layer. While Mr Dent was here, he noticed another minor door ding style dent on the front, driver-side fender. It was subtle, but clearly there once you knew to look for it. He ended up fixing that one as well for no extra cost. Impressive! Overall, working with Mr Dent went smoothly, resulted in a very nice repair to my car, and didn't break the bank. I hope I never get any more dents in my car. But, if I do, I'll have Mr Dent come over straight away!

Even though part of my rim has a faux brushed finish, he was able to blend the repair to the rest of the rim to the point I have to put my face up to notice the difference.
