It was already a struggle for her to get her electric chair thru the door. They watched us struggle for 5 minutes and once we were in they said they would not do her nails. The lady said she didn't have time to do them. The gentleman who did them the time before said it took to long the last time and didn't want to hurt her. This client had a stroke and her right hand side is very sensitive. I wish they would have mentioned this before we struggled getting thru the door. The time before they refused to wax her. Do not recommend for people with disabilities. She had went to them even when they were in the mall. I understand being hesitant bc of her disability. I just wished when they saw us they would have stopped us before trying to enter. My clients feelings were hurt bc she had always tried to support them.
