I read reviews of "rude service" or "rude employees" or "aggressive employees" After my experience at this salon and might i say, you all were NOT wrong. I WAS PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED AT THIS NAIL SALON. This was the WORST experience i have ever had at a nail salon. Me and my sister went together to get our nails done, i had been here plenty of times before a long time ago and remember it being nice. I had Gel X already on my nails and i requested a soak off and full set acrylics. My sister needed an acrylic fill in. She sat us down together, looked at my nails and told me "you can't soak off gelx" i said "yes you can, i am also a licensed cosmologist" and anyone who knows, acetone eats through almost anything lol she then tried to pop them off with a nail tip the "quick way" that absolutely damages your nails and i pulled my hand back and reminded her i asked for a soak off not a pop off... I could tell she was mad at this point she then puts both airpods in her ears and disassociated with me and my sister. I'm sitting in a bowl of acetone, removing my own nails for over and hour while she does my sisters nails. She wanted french tip with bubble bath base. She tried communicating with the tech asking for thinner tips but the lady ignored her and shoved her hand in the lamp before she could get a chance to really look at it. Nobody likes speaking up to a nail tech, so i encouraged my sister to in order for her to get what she wants and for her to be so dismissive was beyond disrespectful. She was trying to ask about the shape and the lady again ignored her yet again. By the time she was done, the lady told me to wash my hands, i turn around and she's started on another lady in the salon so i told her to forget it and i didn't have time to wait. I understand being short staffed but salons have forgotten the customer experience when it comes to switching between clients the whole time instead of giving one client your attention. It's awful. So i said no thanks and still paid $15 for my pathetic nail removal that i did myself. My sister noticed she had been cut in multiple places, which can be scary considering the state and cleanliness of the salon... The tech was using contaminated products such as used nail files, used e nail files and dirty clippers on her the entire time. Not to mention the filthy stations we were sitting at looking at other peoples nail clippings.. Which is a state board violation. We even tried speaking up about that but what do you do when someone is blatantly ignoring you? We should have just left immediately. My sister now has a strange infection on 2 of the cuts and has had to pay out of pocket for antibiotics....We called trying to get a refund or even partial refund and the lady was BEYOND RUDE over the phone. She hung up on me twice while trying to get her name and license number and told me i had to come into the salon to get it. There i was assaulted by two separate woman... I was EXTREMELY polite walking into the salon requesting the license number because i know they were already hostile and truthfully, i don't think they believed i would show up. Both of them physically attacked me for trying to take a photo of the PUBLICLY POSTED LICENSE WALL. Hitting me in the face, grabbing my wrist, trying to take my phone from me. One lady was on my back at one point. They locked me in the salon and the police were called. I filed assault charges against them both as the police gave me their information to after watching my recording and the salon footage and a police report was made. I will be reporting this salon to state board and wish nobody to ever come here. read more

It included a sugar scrub, lotion and I believe a clay substance and a hot towel wrap. He took his time and massaged my feet and calves and my toes look great! It was a very nice pedicure! Called when they opened & was able to get an appointment quickly. Ended up 5 mins late from being turned around in traffic, but no one seemed to mind! Picked out a gel color from the many options available and was seated immediately. My nail tech took her time and was gentle removing my old acrylics, cutting my cuticles, and filing at my extremely thin nails. They had HGTV on to watch and spa like music playing so I felt relaxed. I chose Victoria based on their Yelp reviews, and they were quite accurate: this is a great place. I got a "King and Queen" French Pedi which was extremely thorough and relaxing. It did not feel rushed and a lot of effort was taken to make sure I was comfortable. It included scrub, paraffin wax, hot stones, massage, and probably some more things that I've forgotten... I also tried the dip powder for the first time and so far I am really enjoying it. I find it to be much stronger and thicker than gel polish which was the manicure I had one right before this one. The color I chose also turned out BEAUTIFULLY! I chose #202 which is a pretty nude. I will totally get it again. read more

Friendly and polite, I requested our nails to be cut short and short they were. Instructions were followed precisely. Salon was clean and didn't reek of chemicals like other places I've visited. I had checked around before visiting Victoria Nails & Spa and found them to be the least expensive of five different places checked in Hendersonville. They have plenty of parking, but some of it's shared with a small strip center next door. Be careful where you park. Offering three different types of pedicures, we opted for the deluxe - their "middle" package. Services were provided exactly as advertised in the brochure and we didn't leave disappointed. Then they were so short staffed after reopening couldn't get an appointment unless it was more than a month out or more. Understandable. Now reopen. Was told on my local Hendersonville FB page they are wonderful, walk in's available, etc. as of recently. Well, I've called their number. And they don't answer or it seems like they answer then hang up. Seriously? If your going to run a business please answer your phone or have a voicemail set up. Just poor customer relations & communication. You need to get your act together. I'm surely not the only one experiencing this. And here on Yelp they say they've updated over 3 months ago. Really loved this place. Mom and I came for our date and the staff treated us very well from the moment we came in to the moment we left. They are all very friendly and kind and will help you relax. We both got mani pedis. You can add on French tips for $5 for hands or feet OR $10 for both. You can also add cute colored lines (see my pic) for $3 extra. My manicure was very poor the guy didn't even care to clean the my nails after finishing painting I had to come home and fix all my nails. My nails are all different sizes. This nail place was an unexpected success for a last minute bridal decision while I was in Hendersonville, NC - I was out with my Sister in Law (the bride) on the morning of her wedding getting hair done. Our party included my mother in law and the maid of honor, totaling 4 people. While we were getting our hair done, my SIL declared she needed a mani-pedi, and in an attempt to please the bride we tried to find a place that could fit us in. My Mother in Law found a place on Main St. (Nails on Main) that said they could fit us in at 11am, so she booked that appointment. When we walked down a little before 11am, the woman at the counter suddenly had a story about "We forgot to book this other party, we won't be able to take you for another half hour." It took me some prodding to even get the reason for the wait, so I get the impression they took another walk in and never really had us on the books - plus the place looked dingy and a bit understaffed, so we left. Victoria Nails was a place my mother in law remembered driving by, so we headed down to the little purple building and I went in to scout the situation. The purple exterior made her nervous, but inside it was a lovely spa, with clean facilities and nice ambiance. Even though it was busy, I was warmly greeted upon entering and when I explained our situation, the gentleman in charge had my sister in law and her maid of honor in pedicure chairs within 5 minutes, just as he promised. We were even able to get my mother in law and I manicures and the prices were better than those listed at Nails on Main. I was prepared to not get any service, but it was a pleasant surprise to get seen by such a friendly staff. The woman who did my nails was polite, gave a wonderful hand massage, and did a very good job. I am clumsy with my nails, so the polish has chipped a bit (a week since they were done) but the paint is holding up good despite my abuse. They seem to get very busy, but the team worked fast on everyone in the spa and they gave honest times on how long the wait was to everyone who came in. I don't get my nails done ever really, but from the few reference memories I had, this has been one of the faster and more professional jobs done. My sister in law and her maid of honor said the pedicures went well, and my mother in law was excited to get a nail cover for one of her thumbnails that had gotten damaged, at no extra charge past the basic manicure cost. I made a reservation and was directed to come at 4pm on a Saturday. Although my pedicure was about what I expected for the price, the service was disappointing. It was 4:47 before a technician even began working with me. No greeting at all--just a silent offering of a plastic card telling the different types of pedicures. I assumed my technician didn't speak English because she was so curt. I was wrong. The owner/manager was also very short with me when my technician left to do a manicure, and I asked if I could leave. I saw excellent treatment given to women I suppose are regulars in high contrast to mine. My 15 minute pedicure took 1.5 hours, and I was treated dismissively at best and rudely at worst. If you are too tired or busy to treat customers with basic courtesy, don't schedule appointments. I made no extra requests, paid cash and tipped. I get more friendliness checking out in my local grocery store! A disappointing experience I will not repeat, especially since this was supposed to be an early Mother's Day treat. read more

They were so kind and were able to remove the nails that were so badly put on and put new ones on. They did a wonderful job and even redid my toe nail polish and design.
