Bo is the very best. She takes her time and is a perfectionist! If you have sore toes from nails curving or ingrown she gets out the whole thing taking her time and doing it right. Her manicures and dip skills are also excellent. read more

The service could've been better in the wait time department. I literally took a nap and people that arrived after me had received services and were out the door again. My nails are beautiful. Ginda really took her time and care to give me exactly what I asked for! The pedicure however, a day later, sitting outside is not the great. A red line has appeared on my big toe. My cuticles are ugly and have been painted over and the cut is atrocious. Not sure what happened there! It was really relaxing in there. Everybody there is extremely friendly, and I'm not usually the type of person to leave bad reviews... but this custom job was so horrendous I had to warn others. Almost everytime I've gone, it's been magnificent, with quick service and sweet nail techs, but the young woman that did mine was snobby, rude, sassy, and not a good artist whatsoever. When I asked her if she often did custom designs like the one I was getting, she sighed, rolled her eyes, and said "Unfortunately. I wish I didn't have to do them at all." Not to mention, the design itself was so terrible that when I sent images to my close friends, I got calls from two of the three asking if I was kidding. The French tips were EXTREMELY uneven and visibly so, not to mention the flowers looked like tentacles with little to no attention to detail. The frenchies didn't even touch the edge of the nail, and none of them are even. She was rough with the filing and using the tools and more than once slipped up to the point of grinding down my skin. Overall, this salon is actually very good. Every other technician is very sweet and takes care to do a good job, but this young woman was probably the worst experience I've had with my nails done. read more

Be sure you ask exactly what they charge!! I was overcharged by this shop. Discovered after I suspected my bill was too high so I called and asked what they would charge for the service I got. Lo and behold. Overcharged! Not going back. read more

I'm visiting Hendersonville, NC, so I decided to give this nail place a shot. Everyone was nice and welcoming, however the man who did my pedicure didn't paint my toes correctly. Toes look like my boyfriend painted them . Also, why was I charged $73 if I got a $40 Pedicure and a regular clear manicure? I didn't have gel polish on my hands, and all he did was cut, file and paint them clear. Was the basic manicure $33? If so, I think that's insane. Not even in California I pay that price. Nevertheless, I still tipped the guy $13 . If I'm ever here again, I would NOT go back to this place. read more

Would give a lower rating then 1 star if available. I sent my my little 92 year old grandmother in for her to get her nails done as a treat. Tracey was the nail tech if we even have to label her as a nail tech. She did a half ass job and was extremely rude to my grandmother. She has a hard time moving as it is due to her health and Tracey kept calling her down and shoving her hands different ways. She did not know how to paint nails at all. There is one layer on her nails but you'd think there was 5 layers or more with how thick And splotchy the nails look. I was appalled at how my grandmother was treated and the type of service we received. Tracey was all about calling her down and speaking at her in a negative manner then actually doing her job. read more

First of all I scheduled an appointment with Tina and they gave me someone else. And I was in pain the whole time. She was very unfriendly and at one point she wiped her nose with a tissue, put the tissue in her mask, and didn't wash her hands. And my nails look terrible! The application is awful and my nails are uneven. I might have to go somewhere else to get them removed because I don't want to walk around with these nails. I would give it 0 stars if I could! $23 down the toilet and now my nails are RUINED. read more

They are extremely friendly. I have my daughter with the stroller and they see me coming One of the workers opens the door for me. They greet you & ask you what you would like done. I got in there without mask cuz it say on the door they can give me one the lady 30 minutes in then wants to get a mask okay which was weird then I showed her a picture and I can't understand her at all and she asks gel or regular I said regular she point out the shelf and I showered her the picture again and ask these color I had sit there for 10 mins matching colors myself when there normal just know .she is doing my nail again right and she is really pulling me hands and pushing and I said ow cuz the lady really drilled at my nail and she just annoyed me I really hated this place I think there are nice lady's there I saw good work with other but mine sucked she paint over wet nails three times there look so bad they are so badly layered and they send me home with wet nail after she just sprayed a dryer spray and hurt all my finger they are so sore my nails are layered and thrre is no acrylic clean up under my nails read more
