Visited Colosseo Pizzeria for the first time. The atmosphere is very casual. There were only seven dining tables, or seating for about 30. A very small dining area. The menu consists of Antipasti, pasta, salads, and pizza. They also have desserts of tiramisu, cannelloni and cheesecake. We ordered the Amanti Della Carne pizza. It consisted of mozzarella, pepperoni, homemade sausage, signature, tomato sauce, ham, and mortadella. All pizzas are 12 inch and thin crust. Our pizza was $17. We also ordered the spring salad for $7. It consisted of spring mix, tomatoes, and homemade balsamic vinaigrette. The spring salad was good. The lettuce was fresh and nicely seasoned with the dressing. We really liked the homemade balsamic dressing. The pizza was very good and had a lot of toppings. As mentioned there is no variety or choice of size. The pizza only comes in a 12 inch, which was eight slices. Also, there is no choice of crust thickness. It is all a reasonably thin crust. Not a cracker thin crust, but thinner than most pizzas. We really liked it. The table next to us ordered pasta. They said it was delicious. They asked our server if the pasta was made fresh in the house. The server replied that it was. Service was very good, friendly, and prompt. It appears they do a big takeout business as while we were dining we saw several people come in and pick up pizzas to go. We recommend if you were in the area read more

Ordered from here a while back. Originally tried it after seeing their pictures on social media and it looked great. I went super basic and just got a cheese pizza, as I am a pretty basic eater. When I walked in, I was greeted happily and they were super helpful. I took the pizza to go, but there was plenty of nice seating inside. The pizza was cooked very well. Crispy but not too crispy. The sauce tasted great. All in all, I thought this was a very solid option for true pizza in Fishers and hope this place does great! read more

Parmigiana pizza had a great flavor. The sauce and the crust were the standouts. The crust was not chewy, thin, and the sauce was well seasoned. The flavors of the pastas were good, but the cacio e pepe was too creamy and saucy for us. Great to have a pizza option like this in the area. The employee helping us was so friendly, checking in on us and ensuring we had a good dining experience. Learned of this place thanks to Fox59. It's hidden within a narrow space amongst the middle of a strip mall off 126th and 37 (near where The Ram Brew Pub used to be). When you walk inside, they have maybe 8 tables with all but 1 being high tops. The gentleman (not sure if he is the owner) behind the counter is extremely friendly and courteous as he mans the phone, communicates with the kitchen, and serves both those at the tables as well as those doing pick-up. While they offer appetizers, salads, and pastas, we decided to try 3 of their pizzas, which are all 12" Neapolitan style similar to Tre Mori or the Songbird Social House. We ordered the Ortolana [$15 - Mozzarella, Peppers, Artichoke, Onions, Garlic, Fresh Roma Tomato, Signature Tomato Sauce, Basil], Estiva [$16 - Mozzarella, Shaved Parmesan Cheese, Organic Baby Arugula, Fresh Roma Tomato, Signature Tomato Sauce (Extra Virgin Olive Oil], Black Pepper), and Quattro Formaggi [$16 - Mozzarella, Asiago, Mascarpone, Gorgonzola, Signature Tomato Sauce]. We also each had a Mini Cannoli ($2.50 - Crispy Pastry Shell Filled with Sweet Ricotta Cheese Filling and Chocolate Chips). We agreed that we liked all of them, although we each had different favorites from the three. My favorite was the flavor combination of the Estiva. We also agreed that we preferred the pizzas here to the other places I mentioned above, but the other two probably have better atmospheres if you are dining in. A little Italy in Fishers! A small but mighty restaurant delivered the goods! Our waiter, Ulysses, was charming and very attentive. He knew all about the fresh ingredients. We started off with the calamari. It was so fresh and tender. The fries were hot and crispy. The pizzas are 12 inches so we ordered 2. The Amanti Della Carne (meat lovers) and the Parmigiana (eggplant parm). BEST pizza we've had in a long time. Start to finish, five stars for service, knowledge, and food. If you love Tres Mori or Diavolo, you'll be disappointed on first entering as the atmosphere is no where near as nice. You order from a counter and seat yourself. However, the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Although no wine, beer, gelato. I think this is my new carry out pizza place but can't imagine eating in the restaurant again. I'd pay more for an actual restaurant atmosphere. Was really hoping for something like Tre's Mori's but with actual table service in Fishers. We have been looking for a new pizza place for a while and have tried many of the popular local options. They aren't very consistent anymore so we decided to try Colosseo. We ordered two pizzas - both had a perfect crust. The pizza isn't overly "doughy" and the sauce is a nice compliment to the quality ingredients used on the pizzas. Shortly after we placed our order, we got a call back letting us know they were out of one ingredient we selected. It wasn't an issue for us, but they gave us free cannolis for the issue. Our kids highly approved on the sausage pizza and cannolis! We picked up our food and the staff is extremely nice. The restaurant is small, but does have room for dining in. Great food, great people. The food here is fantastic and the host Ulysses was so attentive and friendly. It felt like we were the only guests in the room. The caprese salad was wonderful, the Diavola pizza was authentically Italian with fresh ingredients, and the crust was the best I've had in the Fishers area with a bubbly light and crispy authentic kneaded crust. Finally the mini canolli was absolute perfection. Coloseo also has various pasta dishes which we'll try next visit. You'll find Coloseo off E 126th and Enterprise. Had a craving for pizza and this place did NOT disappoint! Ulysses was wonderful, caring, enthusiastic, and funny! He really made the dinner wonderful and made us feel so welcomed!! Everyone in my party got their own pizzas and each one was hot, fresh, and fast! The restaurant has a wonderful homey vibe and the cannoli's were out of this world and Ulysses put a raspberry sauce on the plate as well and it really made a great flavor with the chocolate chips on the dessert! I love this place. First, the food is excellent! Fantastic pizza! That's enough for 5 stars. It's just a small restaurant in a strip mall, so you might overlook it. What makes it special is the service. It's a small family-owned business, so they give personalized attention to every customer. You are always greeted with an eager-to-please smile. Once, DoorDash screwed up a delivery order. The owner (or manager) called me. Since my pizza had been sitting for half an hour waiting on DoorDash, he wanted me to know he was making me a fresh one. Then he delivered it to my home personally...and threw in some complimentary cannoli. That type of service deserves to be rewarded. I wish I would have taken pictures to share! We started with the garlic cheese bread with a marinara sauce on the side. The sauce is simple but has excellent flavor. Next, we ordered the meat pizza. The crust is light, the four meats are sliced thin and not overwhelming and the mozzarella was melty and fresh. I am not normally a meat pizza lover, but this was tremendous. Last we enjoyed a complimentary mini cannoli served on raspberry sauce which was the perfect end to this meal. The restaurant is small with 8-10 tables and they offer carryout. Ordered takeout for the first time from this place this evening - wish I hadn't waited so long to try it! Pizza was a tiny bit thicker crust than traditional New York style and I loved it.
