Tre Mori is easily one of my favorite pizza spots in Indiana. As a former New Yorker, I'm always on the hunt for great pizza, and this place absolutely delivers. The dough is a 10/10--I don't know what they do, but the flavor of the crust is incredible. It's the kind of crust you actually want to finish! I'd easily rank this in my top five pizza spots in Indiana. We always start with the garlic bread, and it's a must-order every time. The pizza is consistently delicious, the service is attentive, and the food comes out surprisingly fast. The atmosphere is another reason we keep coming back. We love sitting on the patio, especially on nice evenings. It does fill up quickly, so I'd recommend getting there early if you want outdoor seating. If you're looking for authentic, delicious brick oven pizza, Tre Mori is definitely worth the visit. We'll be back again and again! read more

Came here for lunch on a random Saturday and it was in fact a later lunch than the usual rush-hour. There was only one other family at the time having lunch and we were quickly seated The menu seems really diverse with lots of choices. However, the pasta choices are only rigatoni or spaghetti. From the pictures yes they really do have a pizza oven, which is fantastic The calamari was great, especially because it contained tentacles. However, at this price point, the plate was pathetically filled with barely anything. So they're charging high prices, trying to present themselves as a great place to be, and yet are feeding you less than the competitors out there. Our server was very nice, however did not know what tentacles were. Our server was slightly attentive but slow. The two pasta dishes we ordered were very disappointing. The sauce tasted like they came out of a jar and they were definitely not homemade or made from scratch in any way shape or form. The cheese is as well tasted like they came out of a bag and were not shaved or cut fresh. Unfortunately, I can even do the simple pasta better at home. Further, the alla Norma I was playing a game of trying to find the eggplant. My partner got the Bolognese and you could not find any meat in it whatsoever. It was very disappointing. By the time we left the place was packed, so maybe they are doing something right but frankly from three dishes, this was a huge disappointment and frankly a waste of money There are lots of other Italian places in the fishers and Carmel areas please go there. read more

Super happy we found this place! Did a pickup order because we were on a road trip with our dogs, but I wished we'd eaten in. The place was charming, very unexpected for the location. There was a great outside dining patio and a great inside vibe. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Our food was ready when we came. We had a pizza which was cooked perfectly, two pasta dishes and meatballs. All were flavorful and clearly homemade. The sauces were tasty and the meatballs were a perfect addition. Called to order pick up pizza as we had heard good things about this place. Placed an order and was told 15-20 minutes for pick up. Drove to the restaurant and waited in the drive thru, total time over 20 minutes. Hostess at the window checked and came back and asked what we had ordered and under what name. Said she would check again because she couldn't find an order. Came back the third time and said they were just now going to make it but it might be a while as they were "pretty busy". What a delightful little eatery on the North side! Tre Mori is hiding in plain sight in an area I've driven past many times. It has a good location, but I seem to only drive by this way when there is traffic and I want to get home. Yet, on a lovely weekend where I was experiencing a bit of wanderlust, a new venue seemed like the perfect way to quell my desires. And Tre Mori fit the bill! Tre Mori boasts wood-oven pizza, pasta and a wine bar. No wonder the siren song was calling to this Italian! I chose to sit outside as one does when you are at the throes of restlessness. It was a gorgeous summer evening. The sun was about to set and the breeze tempered the summer temperatures to provide the perfect Sunday evening. Tre Mori seems like the perfect spot for a lazy Sunday (if you find yourself out of Mr. Pibb and Red Vines, that is! And if you get that reference, my hat is off to you!) But, for real, Tre Mori is crazy delicious! ;) This Italian is slightly embarrassed to admit that I've only recently been introduced to burrata earlier this year. Oh man, but since I've discovered it, there is no turning back. Chances are, if it's on the menu, I'm choosing it. And Tre Mori has it on the menu! The burrata was fabulous, served with prosciutto and a balsamic glaze on wonderfully crusty bread. I'm also a sucker for a good Margherita pizza and Tre Mori did not disappoint. We've had this place bookmarked for eons after seeing it make one of Yelp's top data lists for pizza. Good news - it lived up to the hype and wait! They were quite busy during our Sunday evening visit (note that they do not have reservations). After a ten minute wait and watching the pizza magic happen in their open concept kitchen, we were seated. We ordered one of their arugala-based salad (pears, gorgonzola, walnuts, etc.) to kick off the meal followed by the popular lasagna and mortadella pistachio ricotta pizza. It was a great mixture of textures and flavors for our family-style meal. We ordered on the lighter side to save room for dessert. The tartufo (chocolate truffle) and layered pastry/cream creation (I'm failing to remember the name and its not listed on their website - it was so good that we ordered another!). Both of these desserts are hard to find in Indy, so we couldn't pass them up. Overall, it was a positive and tasty experience from start to finish. I have already reviewed their incredible pizzas with flying colors. Yesterday I was extremely happy with my choice to try the Tuesday special which was wonderful!! The steak pappardella pasta is a real delight. Broad flat egg noodles in a rich creamy sauce with mushrooms and topped with sliced medium steak. Bonus.....Tuesday is half priced wine! The service was good, seated at the bar inside. I ordered their namesake pizza -- the tre mori -- with mortadella and burrata. The crust was on point, but they made a fatal flaw...mortadella would typically be added to a pizza AFTER the pizza comes out of the oven, not before. It is not meant to be cooked, as it loses its flavor. The pizza was overall not as flavorful as it looked or comparable to other pizzas with these ingredients that I've ordered in other parts of the country. Zero noise dampening no soft surfaces or acoustic tiles. So it was incredibly noisy. 4 slices of bread should be a free app. It was nothing special. If it is homemade it didn't taste like it was made in-house. 4 Fromage sauce was good with the pasta. Lasagna didn't have much flavor. No small Caesar salad so husband and I split a large salad. What a gem! I Tre Mori is some of the best woodfired pizza I've had the pleasure of eating in central Indiana. The crust is chewy yet crispy with a slightly char-dusted bottom. They use San Marzano tomatoes for their sauce. They have a cozy, intimate bar area set off to the side just for adults. They have a magnificent wine menu. It's the perfect place for people who like good food and drink. Their thing here is woodfired pizza, so I didn't even think to order anything else. But they also offer pasta and salads. For the pizza, there are a number of toppings to choose from if you wanted to make your own pizza, but I suggest you order one of the specialty pizzas they offer. We ordered one Pizza Quattro Formaggi (mozzarella, mascarpone, asiago, gorgonzola, red sauce) and one Pizza Tre Mori (mozzarella, mortadella, ricotta cheese, granulated paw pistachio, red sauce). I fell in love with the Tre Mori -- and I was surprised because I ordered it on a whim and because I wasn't sure if I was going to like pizza with what's essentially boloney on it. But I loved it, and it's my favorite pizza now. We also loved the quattro formaggi -- it was cheesy but not overly so, and had a nice pull. One pizza was not have been enough for a family of four, so we ordered two, and we had leftovers to take home. Like any woodfired pizza reheated, it doesn't taste as good once you're back at home. For the same reason, I suggest you dine in, and don't order to go. Wife and I decided to do an impromptu dinner night here and we were not disappointed at all. Infact this is one of the best Italian spots we've had in the city, especially for the cost. We got a few apps, a pizza and a few pasta dishes and everything was incredibly good. My husband and I just got back from Italy and were really hoping this would compare to the Napoli or Sicilian pizza we ate while we were there. I would rate the pizza a 6/10 and the cannolis a 5/10. Service was slow to start. We also noticed a server who was irritated and obvious about it with his coworkers and a party he was serving (we sat near the kitchen). Coming from a restaurant background, I'm surprised his attitude wasn't put in check by a manager. It was contagious and quite frankly, rude. The restaurant overall was clean. I've been seeing so many great reviews on Yelp, and the photos of the pizza looked amazing! My husband and I finally were able to have a date night and try this place. When we walked in, we were a bit confused. There is no sign or host stand. We stood around for a while, then were finally greeted and taken to a table. Eventually someone brought us water and we again sat around for a while. A server finally approached us and asked if we were ready to order which was odd as we were never given menus. They had tons of employees just standing around talking, not helping customers or working. We ordered the Bianca Cheesy bread which was cheese stiffed pizza dough. They had so many unique pizza toppings and options. We ended up picking the Pizza Delicata which was delicious!! I think next time I'd like to try one of the more traditional pizza offerings. We came in because we have been wanting to try this place since we drove by and saw it a few weeks ago. It's definitely off the beaten path, but not to be mistaken for a hole in the wall. We were greeted pretty quickly and asked to sit anywhere which was nice. The service got really slow after receiving water and menus. It took nearly 20 minutes for anyone to come back for us to place our order (it wasn't busy at all with it being between lunch and dinner time). I opted to try a new pizza and my love chose the pepperoni. Mine was pretty good, but nothing to write home about. My love's pepperoni was a bit disappointing because the quality of the pepperoni didn't quite seem to match the higher quality of the pizza dough and cheese. I hope they decide to try a better pepperoni in the future. Our Caesar salad on the other hand was actually quite delicious. We were both quite impressed with it and delighted to eat it. To note, I had eaten a Caesar salad a few days prior at a really bougie restaurant in Indy and this Caesar was much better. Well done there! The space is open and brightly lit with natural light coming in from their large windows. The interior is nice as well. Over all it was good. We'll be back to give their pasta a try soon. Popped into I Tre Mori during our stay in the Indianapolis area. We were initially concerned about the lack of restaurants within walking distance of our hotel. Our concerns were quashed when we stumbled across I Tre Mori. The restaurant is a blend of fast casual and table service with great food.
