Don't waste your money. Worst pizza I've had in years. I ordered their thin crust hoping for tavern style. The crust was rubbery and tasted like it's probably out of the freezer. Every Noble Romans that I have visited in person in the greater Indianapolis area has been delightful. This location in Fishers is no exception. The food, service, cleanliness and overall vibe is great. Our go-to dine-in order for any Noble Romans is the large pepperoni pizza. It needs to be large, and it needs to include pepperoni. This is because the pepperoni is the kind that kind of leaks delicious grease onto the cheese, and the surface area of the large pizza is such that the crust is just right: not too thick and not too thin. So you pick up a slice and get a perfectly drippy, floppy yet sturdy triangle of cheesy and saucy and greasy deliciousness. We also got boneless barbecue wings, which were very tasty. I like Noble Romans wings, even though I don't get them very often. I tend to get their breadsticks instead (they're amazing), even though it's carbs on carbs. But the double carbs are worth it here. Noble Romans is a great place to dine with kids. It's a relaxed atmosphere. Every time I visit a Noble Romans, I know my kids will eat and we will have an enjoyable time. Honestly, this pizza/breadstick combo left much to be desired for. The Sicilian pizza didn't even have sauce on every piece. The breadsticks were far from what I remembered. They were completely dry, flavorless, and had zero salt. My husband picked up the order and when he got home the order was completely correct so I guess they have that going for them. All in all, I would not recommend this for a pizza night. Spend even less and you can have Chicago's which is 10x better with fresher ingredients. read more

Is it asking too much for a restaurant to honor the prices they post on their website?!? They have their "Daily Specials" posted, but don't expect to actually get those prices! They listed a Sunday Special but when I ordered it, they had raised their prices! They would NOT honor what they had on their Specials webpage! Further more DO NOT order online as that price is almost double what is posted! Then when you talk to the manager they say the prices were changed over a week ago but they have nothing to do with the website! What kind of business are they running?!? Noble Romans pizza is okay but is wildly overpriced. It's one option in an area of Indiana that is sadly a pizza desert. I had my wife pick up a "sub" from the Fishers Noble Romans to try something different, and was mortified. The pics below show their $9 sub. A few pieces of meat, some cheese and banana peppers on a small bun. they should be embarrassed, but clearly aren't - so I will embarrass them for them! The pics below reveal the Noble Romans $9 sub! Voila! Amazing value! (Kinda makes Subway look amazing with 10x the meat, twice the sandwich for less money!) Restaurants complain they cannot afford to stay in business anymore. They underpay employees, raise prices and short food offerings to their customers (read "rip them off"), then cry as they go under. I don't feel sorry for most of them - especially the ones who think it's okay take advantage of their own customers - their lifelines. I won't be returning to Noble Romans until they dramatically up their game from being a low-tiered restaurant, which I do not see happening. Ok, the staff was great but the food was ok. We went because we saw the taco pizza sign outside. First we ordered the taco pizza, breadsticks and water for me and beer for the husband. It was $2 pint day. While ordering she asked what size of breadsticks and I said small and then asked if that was 4 she said no it's 3. I said that's fine. My husband said the other lady heard me and threw another breadstick in so we ended up with 4. Then came my husband's beer. It's $2 pints on Monday so he got one. The man brought us a whole pitcher out, we told him we only got one pint he then said well now you get a pitcher because I'll have to throw it out. Came in for a late dinner at Noble Roman's during our trip earlier this month because my husband's coworkers recommended it. I got an individual sized thin crust cheese fantasia pizza while my hubby got a medium pepperoni. I loved the wooden menus. It was a little hard to hear in the restaurant, making it hard for the cashier to hear us and for us to hear him. He even accidentally originally range us up for 2 individual pizzas instead of 1 individual and a medium because of the noise. The pizza was amazing. Soooooo much cheese and my husband loved his pizza too. My first bite was like cheese heaven and my second bite was like super cheese heaven. As you come in the door...you can watch them press out the dough for their pizzas. The place also has a very welcoming and clean vibes. The menus are printed on a wooden pizza board (nice creative touch). The menu has several options or you can custom make your own. A unique item on the menu (and very tasty) is the speeches root beer on tap...yum!!!! There is plenty of seating options (table top or booth) in the main room. However, if you venture around the corner from their bar area...there is a "party room" that each table can seat up to 10 people. In the room there are also tv's playing old black in white silent movies and cartoons....while the other tv plays various spirts related broadcasts. The staff is always super friendly and laid back...they make the experience that much more special! This reviewer loves the fact that they reopened the chain using the original recipe...our faves are the breadsticks and the deep dish pizza (I mean...that crust is worth it all on its own)! read more

Given we have the unfair advantage of growing up with the original Noble Roman's, this still didn't rank very high amongst all the pizza joints we've visited (which is well over 100 by now - no joke!). The staff was friendly, our carry-out order was ready in time, and restaurant seemed clean albeit cluttered dining area (Half-closed? Under construction? Some large shelving unit with delivery insulated bags in middle. Didn't remember exactly what was up with dining area, but was glad we ordered for carry-out instead of trying to figure out dining situation.) The price for medium Deep Dish Sicilian was overpriced for both the quantity/size and quality. ($20+) Toppings were sparse, cheese was very sparse, crust was flavorless, and the dollops of sauce on top tasted bitter and more like straight tomato paste rather than a flavorful marinara. Original Noble Roman's Deep Dish Sicilian had buttery, seasoned crust, mounds of cheese (my brother used to eat so fast he'd choke on the thick cheese- no joke), and delicious dollops of red sauce so good you could eat it straight!) But we were even more disappointed in the breadsticks. In high school we used to go to NR for breadsticks all the time for these lightly salted (garlic salt?) chewy but airy, golden breadsticks you could enjoy even without dipping sauce. On this recent visit I snuck a breadstick out of bag on our way home, only to put it aside after first bite. Only way I could imagine finishing it was by smothering in the nacho cheese included [note: the new NR includes two dipping sauces whereas original only had 1]. The sticks were flavorless, had burnt bits stuck to them (from residual pizza oven surface?), and had no garlic salt/salt. They were much smaller than expected, too. We also tried to order various salads online but kept running into error messages on "unavailable"...not sure if that was the salad or the dressing?? We appreciate someone tried to bring the classic Noble Romans back to Indiana, but this current version just doesn't stand up to the original. Nor does it compare to current competitive pizza scene. For $30, we could have gotten much tastier, more satisfying pizza & sticks elsewhere. Kudos for the attempt. High praise for hiring friendly staff. But the quality, price, and flavor just won't bring us back. read more
