I have been here several times. It's usually a fairly last minute decision or time allowance to get a gel pedicure but they are typically able to accommodate me with the technician I prefer which is always nice. Today I called and was asked if I could come now as the tech was available right then. She is always meticulous in her work and makes sure I am happy with the color. I made a bad choice initially and she was happy to pivot and allow me to make another choice in color. My only issue is that out of all of the open chairs (Wed morning before 10 am with approximately 7-10 chairs occupied), I was sat next to a girl who was FaceTiming with her parents with no air pods. This girl was rude and inconsiderate speaking so loudly that every customer in the spa was looking at her. Thankfully her service half over when I was seated so I was at least able to enjoy the second half of my service w/o listening to a conversation I had absolutely no interest in. I suggest a no calls w/o earphones for everyone policy. This girl should have been asked to end the call or go outside. read more

I've been to this salon approx 6 times before without issue, which is why this visit was so disappointing. From the start, the service felt rushed and unwelcoming. The technician doing my pedicure was noticeably rude and kept commenting that I wasn't "relaxed enough," which was frustrating given the environment. I was seated right next to someone having their nails filed, and the dust was blowing onto my area, including my purse and the coffee I brought in, I had to keep everything in my lap (I commented about the dust flying all over my things they did nothing to help the situation) They began my manicure and pedicure at the same time, and both felt hurried. Toward the end, one of my nails was uneven, and when I asked for it to be fixed, the response felt annoyed rather than accommodating. (They did not fix it properly just painted over the issue area.) The pedicure technician was apparently angry I asked the manicurist to fix my nails so she ripped my toe separators out as fast as she could and gave me a dismissive look, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. This was a very unpleasant visit and uncomfortable I have never been treated so rudely during a nail service. I will not be returning to this establishment. That's a lot of money to spend to somebody treat you so rudely. I hope management takes steps to improve both the service quality and overall customer experience. read more

This has been my go-to nail salon for a good year now. I've been getting gel x manicures and pedicures and each time has been great. They do a good job, are respectful, and the whole place is clean. The shop is big with a lot of pedicure and manicure chairs so they see a lot of people at a time. I schedule appts usually but my couple of walk ins have been successful as well with no wait. They are always on time. I'm usually in and out in about an hour, which is perfect. I don't have a specific nail tech since they all do well. They serve drinks not just water, even some alcohol. Music is relaxing and they always have something playing on the tv. The massage chairs always work and make the experience better. I say that because I moved to Florida at the end of 2024, and thankfully found a lovely lady there to do my mani, but am so disappointed in the pedicure quality in FL. I had a pedicure with a massage that was incredibly relaxing, and my wife had a dip manicure that came out beautiful. The quality of Jackie's work really stood out -- clean, precise, and very well done. What impressed us most is that Jackie does an amazing job and she's very efficient. As working professionals, we truly appreciate being able to get top-quality service without spending all day at the salon. That alone makes us want to come back. Please be cautious about pricing. There were additional charges for Zelle, credit card, and essentially any payment method. I did not have a good experience and ended up paying significantly more than what I usually pay elsewhere. One of my nails broke, and instead of properly removing and fixing it, they simply glued it back on. Two days later, it broke again and I had to return. Unfortunately, they did the same thing--just applied more glue. Overall, I was unhappy with both the service and the cost. I was charged almost double the usual price and was told I had to pay cash because their machine "wasn't working," which already felt unprofessional. The technician (Lillian, I believe) mentioned she was new and clearly didn't know how to do my nails properly. The result was completely messed up, and she admitted she didn't know how to fix it. When I asked for help, the manager wasn't available, and the person at the front desk said she was "busy on the phone" and couldn't assist. And the front desk employee was kept on saying they have no manager. They have no owner and they have no idea who they're working for very bizarre. Despite not fixing my nails, they still charged me full price. When I expressed that I was unhappy and didn't want to leave like that, they told me to come back the next day, pay an additional $15 just to remove the nails.۰on top of $75 that already paid. This is unacceptable. I've been to this place multiple times before and was never truly impressed, but this experience was by far the worst. honestly wish I never went here. I got a manicure and pedicure and it was such a disappointing experience, especially for how expensive it was. For my manicure, I went in planning to have my old set removed and get a completely new set. Instead, the technician rushed me and convinced me to just get a fill because they were "closing soon." That alone felt unprofessional, but it gets worse. My natural nails are completely grown out underneath, so you can literally see the gap. On top of that, the acrylic she did is weirdly see-through, and even the white part of my French tip is not fully opaque. It just looks cheap and unfinished. The pedicure was $54 for gel, and while I'll admit the polish itself looks fine, the actual pedicure part was basically pointless. The bottoms of my feet are still dry and peeling, like nothing was even done. That's kind of the whole point of a pedicure, so I don't get what I paid for. Altogether it came out to $150, which is honestly crazy for the quality I got. I felt rushed, ignored, and like they just wanted to close instead of actually doing a good job. For the last year I have been coming here and all I can say is that once you find Brian you'll never want to leave! Brian is incredibly talented. Not only is he talented but he is kind and incredibly professional. When I first met him we didn't speak much since I was new and a bit shy but over the last year he has made me feel incredibly welcome and has done such a remarkable job with my nails every single time! Usually I get the same thing but sometimes I come in with a design in mind just to see if he can do it and he always does it even better than the photos I show him. Perks There is a loyalty program you can join with your phone number where you earn points for perks. And you get complimentary drinks like wine, champagne, soda, water or tea. So cool. My favorite perk is the 8day no chip guarantee with gel polish. Not sure if it's the same guarantee for all services, but that is awesome they back their work. You just have to bring in the receipt. Gel Mani Ivy was my nail tech. She was really polite & professional. No small talk which personally I prefer esp after a long day at work. She was so detail oriented. Made sure my nails were buffed, clean & perfectly shaped. She took her time & it shows! She removed excess product when needed with a small brush so literally my mani looks PERFECT & so symmetrical. I had a terrible experience at this nail spa. I went in for a gel manicure, and not only did they do a poor job, but they also cut my cuticle, which left me with a painful wound. My finger became swollen, and there was no apology or acknowledgment from the staff. The very next day, one of my nails chipped. I went back, showed them both the cut on my finger and the chipped nail, and while they did agree to fix the nail, they made me find the exact same color myself. The day after that, the same nail chipped again--along with another one! When I returned again, I asked the manager if I could change the color because I suspected the polish or the application was the problem. She called the owner and then told me I would have to pay full price for a new color. I asked her what would happen if my nails chipped again tomorrow, and she simply said they would "fix it again tomorrow," with no sense of responsibility or care for the situation. As another technician began fixing my nails, she pointed something out to the manager. After a quick exchange in front of me, the manager suddenly told me I could pick a different color "this time," but insisted it was probably my nails and not their work. I believe they realized the poor job that was done and didn't want to admit it. There was absolutely no apology for the wound on my finger, no accountability, and a very unprofessional way of handling the situation. Tried to call them and dispute it but I wasn't able to give proof on paper because it was a reward gift card. When I called the card it clearly said I was charged more than I should have been. She had to reapply the nail tips multiple times, and even then, the glue was spilling out the sides on every nail. I had to communicate multiple times that there was still a lot of excess glue that needed to be cleaned up. My girlfriend had to change the design she was getting twice because they weren't able to do it even when they said they could. We wanted to get nice manicures for our graduation so I chose this place based on the great reviews, but I was unfortunately disappointed :( read more
