Everything I've ever gotten here, I've loved it. Their lunch menu price level is the same as a fast food joint, but so so much better. Their dinner menu has much to choose from. The steaks are great... but my favorite is their Bourbon Bacon Salmon. Yes, the fish... at a steakhouse, is my favorite. It's that cool. Great healthy sides. Their fillet is awesome. Visited here for dinner when we first moved to the area. The atmosphere was great but the food left little to be desired. I ordered a steak with saute mushrooms and onions. The steak was overcooked and flavorless and the kitchen forgot my mushrooms and onions. When we asked for them they said they would be right up. I waited a bit but started to eat as my family was half way through their meal. We finally just asked for it to be taken off the bill since it took more than 10 minutes before anyone came to check on us. We will not be visiting this h establishment again. read more

My wife and I stopped in for supper tonight at this Colton's in Cabot. It was pretty busy but we were seated immediately. Our server, Laura, was friendly and attentive. We both had the the 6 ounce sirloin, baked potato, house salad with balsamic vinegrette, and the steamed veggies. Everything was served quickly and hot. (not the salad). The steak were cooked a perfect medium rare. My wife's steak was tender and well seasoned. My steak, though, while well seasoned, was somewhat tough and chewy. On a positive note, a good jaw workout! The service was amazing! The tea was wonderful. But, our burgers were absolute crap. They tasted like someone ran to the gas station and microwaved one of those mass produced burgers and brought it back to serve to me. I am very disappointed. Worst place ever! Didn't even stay long enough to get my food since they didn't even want to take our drink order. Racist sons of bitches!! There was 8 of us at my table, 5 white people, 3 black people and we were ignored more then EVERY OTHER TABLE! After 35 minutes waiting for our drinks to even be placed, she finally came over to ask what we wanted but again, only took the order of the white people. First time to eat here the other day. Wife and I enjoyed the salmon. Very tasty. Coleslaw was excellent. Lots of menu options to choose from. Saw some excellent looking Preparations come out of kitchen but don't know how they were. But if looks are any estimation of taste they are good. Will try a steak next time around. read more

It was awesome! Wife and I came for a relaxing dinner, close to home. Been a little while since we have been here. We each had sirloins. Both cooked perfectly medium rare. She had 9 0z and it looked great and thick, tender. She said it was very good. I had the 10oz smoked sirloin, I'll tell ya, it was one of my favorite steaks ever! And I'm picky!! Don't Do It, terrible attitude etc. all of the food tasted of nothing but salt, I ordered a NY Steak medium rare served Rare, added items Steamed vegetables (requested no salt,) period when served, all I tasted was salt on the vegetables and the steak was so salty that it even lost the taste of steak entirely, 3rd item, Corn on the cob, the only item they got right. When I complained the server says "we don't add salt to the food" I had to cut all outter sides of the steak away and eat only about 25% of it and walked away hungry, unbelievable. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I've been here twice, and have been deeply disappointed both times. The first time was when I just closed on my house and thought a delicious celebratory steak was in order, and I was given anything but. The steak seemed like it was boiled for a few minutes, then thrown on the grill for a few seconds to get exactly 2 grill marks -- not to mention the steak was over cooked. Second time resulted in my fiancée and I walking out 15 minutes after we sat down. The whole time we were there no one even looked at us long enough to get our drink order. Stay away from this garbage! It was Sunday at 3 o'clock on Veteran's Day and not more than 10 cars in the parking lot, the 6 employees standing around at the host's booth were too busy doing nothing to care about the patrons. read more

I've been to this restaurant several times mostly when family invites me. Now let me start out by saying I've eaten steaks since i was 7-8 years old and I've tasted horrible steaks and some amazing. This being a steak house i ordered a t-bone with baked potato. After a 25 minute wait and this is for a medium rare steak its delivered and for what is supposedly a great steak house the steak was over spicy and that is all they apparently cannot cook medium rare as every time i order its always been either rare or well done. I have to send my food back at least once every time to get it recooked. Now to the atmosphere this is a very rustic and a very western and my family thoroughly enjoy it. My husband and I have always been a fan of Colton's in general. The one in Searcy has gone downhill and has several terrible staff members. We now dine here in Cabot. All of our experiences have been positive. The food has been good, hot, and seasoned well. All of the servers and hosts have been friendly and attentive. Yes, we did mention the rareness, to the wait staff. She did return the steaks, but when we got them back they were dry and way overcooked. This is by far my favorite place to eat. Love the staff always courteous. My husband and I enjoy sitting at the bar while we dine and watch sports on the tvs. We come at least 4 times month. Our server did not let our drinks get below Hal full and she consistently checked back thru out our meal to make sure she provided us with EXCELLENT SERVICE.
