Awful experience at the placerville autozone. Mainly young men working and the one helping me…read moreseemed to have no clue what he was doing. Their website let me order something they didn't even have available and he seemed unsure with all his decisions while never asking for help. I will not be returning here.

I usually get excellent service at AutoZone, not today, not at the Placerville store…read more I walk in, and there was one employee in the store. He was helping another person. I didn't get a "hi", an " I'll be right with you, " absolutely, no acknowledgment that I was even standing there. After a couple of minutes, I politely cleared my throat, still, no acknowledgment whatsoever. Another employee who seemed to be helping another person out in the parking lot, walked into the store, and as he walked past me, I politely said,"excuse me". I was going to simply ask if he was almost done. Again, no eye contact, no acknowledgment whatsoever. He just kept walking. After waiting for five minutes or so, I just walked out. It's amazing how far a simple "hi, I'll be right with you" , can go. I was heading "down the hill" anyway, so I stopped into the Rancho Cordova store. The gentleman who helped me was beyond friendly and helpful. I explained to him what happened to me in the Placerville store, and his exact words were, "that's unacceptable." He said that when a customer comes into AutoZone, they are supposed to be greeted within 30 seconds of walking into the store. Guess what? It didn't happen in the Placerville store. Consider the Placerville AutoZone off my list.

Walmart Auto Care Centers - The shop is almost as filthy as the counter woman's personality.

The incompetent dimwitted jackwagons put my oil filter on so tight I'm going to have to remove my entire engine to replace it. I saved myself an hour and it's going to end up costing me $1,500 because these clowns have no idea what they're doing. If they did they'd work a real automotive shop.

I am disabled...legally deaf and had recently torn my meniscus so I put my leg up on another chair to rest. The TV is the waiting room was very loud and had some kind of old western moblvie with gun shots non-stop. My phone rang and it was my doctor. With no remote in site, I got up to turn TV down to hear my doctor. I accidentally pushed the channel button. It made it quiet though.Moments later While on the phone with my doctor, the horrid old woman from the auto desk cones in and basically yells at me. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE TV?! I reply I needed it turned down and pushed the channel button once accidentally. She literally growls, shakes her head and swings the TV so hard it slams into the wall. Shocked by her aggressive, unprofessional and rude nature...I watch her put her western show back on amd turn it up to max volume. WHAT A PIECE OF WORK! WOW! About 40 minutes later... Pulled my car out and said it was done. Noticed that the tires had NOT been rotated. The exceptionally grotesque old woman at the counter snapped at her fellow co-workers and asked why. Then snapped at me and stated that the tires were too bald to rotate. Using an assumulative tone like I should have known. I explained I bought the tires 2 months ago. She blamed my driving technique. Told me to check my alignment. I asked if I can get an estimate. She huffed and said she didn't have time for that sh!t. Not wanting to deal with any more of this disgusting personality, I left.
