Turned out because of a miscommunication with my contractor (not CSC), I needed more stone for thresholds and shower shelves so CSC was able to match the stone and turn it around in a week. The above items all seem to be on the up and up at reasonable pricing. Some of the items they sell - bathroom faucet sets are double the price of the big stores. They have toilet and sink repair items but not everything you might need depending on the job and again - the prices aren't exactly a bargain. They sell shower assemblies that I would think may be fine in an all adult household - but I can not picture them standing up to the typical wear and tear of little kids or teenagers. The staff was busy but still friendly on the three occasions I've been in recently - even when i needed to return an item - so that was good. Shop around, do your homework - but keep this place in mind for kitchen remodels on a budget! April 2018 Update - adding a star! I have found Matt and Adam to be super helpful and well versed in the cabinet lines they carry. The patio and retaining wall look great. The project took longer than expected, but those delays were all on our side. We took longer than we should have to make various decisions about light fixtures, etc. We also changed the scope of the project a few times, adding more areas of walkways that we decided needed to be refinished with the stamped concrete. We would recommend KBR for any project that you might have. Karen was great to work with and even when we were not following through with things on our end, she never lost her cool with us and was very patient waiting for us to come to decisions on things.
