We got there a little early for dinner so didn't need to wait, but there was definitely a wait when we were done. Gender-neutral bathroom stalls with a common handwashing area. Menu is small, two sides of one sheet, plus one more with a few specials. We got their big appetizer combo platter, and 3 different bowls of pho. Their pho only comes in one size which is large, and you get a pretty large bowl. I got the Tuan's special pho which has a runny egg yolk along with a lot of beef. The pho is pretty tasty. Their soup base is a bit thicker and robust than other pho places. The appetizer platter is also huge, and had a variety of rolls, grilled meats, and also some salad and noodles. Total was about $100 before tip and we had a fair bit of leftovers. There was a fly and mosquito flying around the table. Probably flew in from the outdoor seating area.

Last visit they threw in an extra rib, and today they gave us this massive extra bone loaded with tendon. I loved it. My wife was too shy to use her hands to eat it, so hey, bonus piece for me!
