    Banana Blossom Salad
    Barbara C.

Really enjoyed lunch here. Went with a big group and everyone enjoyed their meals. I enjoyed the Banana Blossom salad, spring roll and summer roll. Others had chicken soup, a few chicken dishes, Vietnamese rice crepe and Lotus salad. A friend who went on a cruise to Vietnam this year said it was the most authentic Vietnamese food she's had in locally. Service by the waitstaff was very good, although the meals took a while to be served with some of us waiting quite a bit. Good overall though and I plan to return.

.had the pho ga and pork banh mi. Excellent quality. Fresh and authentic flavors. Balanced but complex. Service was great, consistent check ins by multiple servers and everything came out timely The environment is traditional with a modern take. Comfortable for the old school and new school enjoyers of Vietnamese cuisine

I've eaten a ton of Vietnamese food in my life at places from hole in the wall to upscale. Since relocating to South Florida I'm 2018, I've found a few decent Vietnamese places -- mainly focused on Pho -- but have been looking for a more wide variety of traditional dishes. This place is it and it's amazing!!! We drove quite a way to check it out a few weeks ago. Entering the door everyone was very nice and smiling. We had already checked online and knew they had traditional dishes, so we were ready to order. A longtime friend of mine had introduced me to a mainstay traditional dish about 12 years ago. It's sweet and sour soup with fish (or shrimp, if you prefer) paired with pork belly in a clay pot. Put rice on the bottom of the dish, add the soup and pork -- and viola, it's a comfort food dish Vietnamese style that's out of this world!! Note: there are many other dishes that you can order. I'm confident they are just as delicious! Afterward we met Mindy, who along with her husband Victor, open up this place about 6 months ago after having a successful restaurant in the PA-NJ area. We can't wait to go back!!!

Tried this place for the first time. I got the egg noodle soup and it was flavorful and delicious. I eat my food plain though so it does come with onions and those side veggies you can put it. Husband got the lemon grass chicken and he said it was "very good, tender, good flavor". Restaurant was clean. There is one outside table if you wanna bring your dog and eat outside

Com Ga Ninh Kieu is a new restaurant so everything inside looks bright and clean. The staff is very nice. Their menu is a little bit different from the Vietnamese restaurants we are used to seeing here. Instead of a focus of pho, they have dishes not often seen on other menus here, so it's great to try them. We got the chicken rice, which is similar to the Hainanese chicken rice, even though it isn't so named on the menu. Tender chicken with fragrant rice. My only complain is that, maybe the cleaver wasn't sharp enough, but there were quite a bit of broken bone fragments in the chicken, which didn't make for pleasant dining. We also enjoyed our bun rieu, a tomato-based noodle soup with crab meatballs. The taste is so traditional, the ingredients fresh and the seasoning delicate. The plaza where this restaurant is located in looked kinda dead on a Friday night, which worried us a bit. There are a few other restaurants too but just a handful of cars in the lot. Hopefully this place gets busy and stays open. You guys all should come and give this a try!

Vietnamese cuisine is one of my favorites. I was happy to find Com Gà Ninh Kiêu near my work. The first time I tried & chose summer rolls to go, yummy & refreshing. The second time I enjoyed the restaurant, friendly staff & ambiance (nice jazz) all pleasurable. The Thit Nuong was the best I've had, it included charred sugar cane (nice surprise), the seasoning & freshness were perfect! I'll return & recommended.

BEST chicken rice I have had in the U.S. it says a lot since I live in a very diversified part of the country with quite a few chicken rice or the likes. My kiddo got the chicken pho and loved it. The durian smoothie is her favorite of all the things we tried. The owner/people who work there are super nice. Mom and pop style place. Clean and comfortable. Wished we live closer to eat her once a week. They shared that the chicken they get are free range not the industrial super fatty chickens. You can definitely taste the difference. Looking forward to returning annually :).

Com Ga Ninh Kieu Located in Hollywood, FL but not Hollywood Hills We ordered the chicken cabbage salad, and chicken pho as part of our meal The cabbage salad was a crowd pleaser If your baby mama said that thing smackin', well you ought to believe her The chicken pho fell short on my end The broth was good, but it was the portion I felt like they gave you enough food for just 3 bites For me, something about it didn't feel right I also got their Viet coffee Overpriced, thick and too sweet if you ask me They only had one server, running the show So you know, the service was kinda slow...

Vermicelli special--fried pork, shrimp, super fresh veggies, vermicelli. I already ate 3/4 of the spring roll!

Perfect! I had lunch alone yesterday. Waitress was very attentive. Three types of sauce on the table in case you want to try some other. I also had great milk tea. Cute inside too!

Happy to finally find a well-reviewed Vietnamese spot in South Florida! I was excited that the menu went beyond just pho and included many authentic Vietnamese dishes I love. We ordered the cá kho tộ, phở gà, and gỏi sen. The lotus salad was the best, so flavorful and refreshing. I loved the combination of shallots, sauce, peanuts, and chicken, everything worked perfectly together. The caramelized fish dish was also excellent, the meat was both lean and rich at the same time, and sauce was very savory & comforting. The phở gà was the only slight letdown. I had high expectations since they're known for their chicken, but the broth was a bit bland and simple. Even after adding toppings and sauces, it didn't quite pop. That said, the chicken itself was great with that bouncy texture we love. Service was wonderful, the waiter was kind, knowledgeable, and had great energy. The restaurant was clean and cute. I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Fort Lauderdale.

Good overall. The food was tasty and portions were decent, and service was smooth. The place is nice and works well for groups. The only downside is that it felt a bit pricey, especially for a group of six. Otherwise, a solid spot.

Living in New Orleans and learning about Vietnamese culture, I've come to appreciate and have high standards for the food. The vermicelli was delicious, as well as the wings, and the pork bahn mi was good, but too small for my liking. Unfortunately, it's in an auto-oriented, suburban hegemonic design that pollutes the environment and worsens our health. Thankfully, Alan's hospitality made me feel very special and worth the whole experience - all the workers deserve a raise, especially him! Oh, and lovely decor complete with a charming altar!

Com Ga Ninh Kieu is a hidden gem that truly delivers an authentic Vietnamese dining experience. If you're craving bold, traditional flavors without the Americanized shortcuts, this place hits all the right notes. Tucked away in a modest strip plaza, it may not look flashy from the outside, but once you sit down and take that first bite -- you'll understand why it has such a loyal following. Let's talk about the grilled beef rolls -- hands down, the star of the show. Called bo cuon la lot on the menu, these flavorful rolls feature tender, marinated beef wrapped in wild betel leaves, grilled to perfection. The smoky char, the savory-sweet marinade, and the herbal aroma from the betel leaf all come together in every bite. If you've never had these before, prepare to be wowed Their com ga (Vietnamese chicken rice) is also excellent -- clean, comforting, and true to its Southern Vietnamese roots. The chicken is tender, lightly seasoned, and served with fragrant broken rice and a flavorful side of fish sauce. Nothing over-complicated, just honest, well-prepared comfort food that tastes like home cooking. You'll also find a solid selection of noodle soups (pho, hu tieu, bun bo Hue), rice plates, and lesser-known Vietnamese specialties that you won't often see on mainstream menus. It's clear that the kitchen knows what it's doing -- the flavors are balanced, the ingredients are fresh, and the dishes come out hot and fast. Service is low-key but kind and efficient. You're not getting fine-dining white-glove service here, and you shouldn't expect it -- this is a mom-and-pop spot focused on the food, and they do that extremely well. Our server was friendly, quick to recommend their specialties, and brought everything out with a smile. The space is clean and simple, with Vietnamese music softly playing in the background. It's not fancy, but it's warm and welcoming -- the kind of place where food speaks louder than decor. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Must-try: * Grilled beef rolls (bo cuon la lot) -- smoky, herbal, and packed with flavor * Com ga (chicken rice) -- simple and comforting * Iced Vietnamese coffee -- strong, sweet, and perfect to finish If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food in a no-frills setting that gets the flavors exactly right, Com Ga Ninh Kieu is the real deal. I'd come back again just for the grilled beef rolls alone -- they're that good. Highly recommend giving this spot a try if you love Vietnamese cuisine or want to experience it beyond pho.

She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food came out quickly, and as always, it was absolutely delicious. This time, I ordered the Bún Đậu Mắm Tôm, and it was amazing. The tofu was perfectly crispy and crunchy on the outside while staying silky smooth on the inside. The portion is meant for two people, but it was so good I could have finished the entire platter by myself. Every bite was delicious. What impressed me the most was the level of customer service. I noticed a gentleman, who I believe was the manager, personally greeting guests at the door and shaking hands with customers he knew. He paid attention to every detail. Before my son had even put his empty water cup back on the table, he was already there refilling it. That level of attentiveness is rare and speaks volumes about how much they truly care about their guests. You can tell this restaurant focuses not only on serving great food but also on creating an outstanding dining experience. The place is really clean. That combination is what keeps us coming back. And I feel like I have to say this: some of these reviews are clearly linked to exposure. The pho here was FINE. Solid 3. The service? Not good at all. The woman who cooks/runs this place was all over the place. There was nothing kind, grateful, or warm about her as she took orders and prepared food. Her husband was nice but the lack of attentive service from her was not cool. She was very tuned in to the other couple dining but I called her several times (in that tiny space) and she seemed to not hear me. I also have to say that the size of their homemade teas is super generous. However, while I was there, two tables, including mine, were served Thai Iced Teas with sour milk. When I finally got the owner's attention, she frowned when I told her and said, "I just served that." And then went to the other table to double-check as if my words wouldn't quite do it. lol The other table confirmed it was sour. The owner took the cups, no apology or nothing, and asked us if we wanted it remade. I asked for a coke instead. A bottle was $5... five whole dollars. Egg rolls: okay. Def a bit bland.. Served with some weird ketchupy sweet/sour sauce. I asked for fish sauce, which was good. Paid about $36 for pho, egg rolls, and a drink. If this is your only pho option in the area, go for it, but i was not impressed especially once my stomach processed the sour milk.
